~*~*~*Story Start*~*~*~

We all stared at Toguro in shock, still finding it hard to believe that he had come out of that attack unscathed. But could you really blame us? I mean the guy was blown through the fucking stadium, smashed through a god damn wall, and through the ground! He shouldn't even be ALIVE, but nooo, he just has to act like he's God or something! I wanted him fucking dead, seeing him smirk at us like that. Swallowing back the fear that was coursing through me, I glared at him heatedly, my fists clenched tightly at my sides. I wanted this to be over and soon, I could tell that Toguro was even stronger than he was letting on, and that did not sit well with me. I'm not trying to say that I don't trust Yusuke or anything, but I am NOT happy with how things were starting to look in the least!

As if to prove my point, we all heard a 'hmph' come from Toguro's form, and we immediately tensed at the sound of it. Our eyes narrowed at him, and we grew tense. Hearing Toguro do that...well, I just hope that it wasn't as painful as it seemed to be. Suddenly there was a burst of blue and purple Youkai Energy around Toguro's body, licking the air like fire, and it felt as dangerous as one. Seeing the guarded looks on our faces, especially Yusuke's, Toguro let his Energy snap with a loud bang, purple streams of Energy firing at the young Spirit Detective, leaving him only a little time to cover his face with his arms. However when we saw him straighten up, there was a line of blood flowing from a cut in his cheek. I bit my lip nervously, so wishing that I could go in there and help him. Again, I was now happy with how things were starting to look.

Yusuke narrowed his eyes, feeling the small, sharp sting from his cut before he turned his deadly gaze onto the man before him. But his eyes only hardened when he saw Toguro's smirk drop, slowly making his way over towards him. The boys and I watched tensely, reacting to every small movement that he made no matter how insignificant it was. Considering this was Toguro Yusuke was fighting, those could probably be the deadliest. Quickly shaking my head, I glared at myself, this was no time to start acting like a pessimist! Yusuke would pull through, he would kill Toguro, we'll win this Tournament and we'll all go home like this never even happened! I know it!

"And I thought you might actually be the one, Urameshi." Toguro kept walking, making Yusuke back up slightly, a flash of fear in his eyes. "If you had passed my test, I was ready to go full power for you. But there is absolutely no need for you to worry about that now. My total power would be wasted on you," he said as he stopped, disgust in his tone and eyes.

The youkai in the stands seemed to be happy with that, instantly erupting into cheers. Their voices filled every inch of the stadium and seemed to bounce off the walls despite most of them being broken. I let my narrowed eyes travel along the rows and rows of youkai, wishing desperately that I could send one of my moves I have yet to master on them. It would hurt them badly, and it would probably get them to shut up for the rest of the fight. But considering I didn't have enough Spirit Energy to even try to do that, it was a lost cause and that only pissed me off even more than I already was.

Kuwabara took a step back, sweat trickling down his temple. "He's not at his full power? I wasn't aware that anyone could get any fuller than that!" he shouted in shock and denial, and I didn't blame him in the least, I still couldn't believe it.

"Do you think there's any hope left for him?" Kurama asked Hiei, although he never took his eyes off Yusuke.

"Not really," was Hie's only answer.

"That's a real nice thing to say about the guy that will probably save all of our asses, Hiei," I said, giving him a slight glare, not really in the mood to think about the possible outcome of us dieing, thank you.

Hiei glanced at me briefly. "And he may also be the one to kill us all, Onna," he retorted.

I only rolled my eyes.

"Right about now Urameshi's gotta be thinking to himself 'I don't stand the tiniest little chance'!" At the sound of Koto's voice, the boys and I snapped out of dismal thoughts. "I mean face it, if his enhanced Spirit Gun can't take Toguro down, what else has he got?!" she asked rhetorically, her eyes narrowed on Yusuke's form as well.

"Hey!" George shouted to Koto appalled. "Whose side are you suppose to be on these days, anyway?!"

"I just call it as I see it," Koto defended.

George looked at her slightly exasperated. "But you're not seeing the big picture! Look outside of the box, and inside yourself to see not what is but what might possibly be! For all you know Yusuke has some giant master plan!" he said, watching Koto as she thought over his 'advice', which wasn't that true.

"Good god, George," I groaned to myself, shaking my head.

Koto's eyes widened at the sound of that, an excited smile on her lips. "A big plan?! You know that for a fact?!" she asked looking at George, hope in her eyes.

"Uh...no, but he could have one..." George mumbled looking away, pushing his fingers together nervously.

"If you don't have anything smart to say, zip it!" Koto snapped, her eyes narrowing into slits, and I shook my head. She really should have seen that coming considering this was George and he always speaks before he thinks. For once, I feel bad for Koto, and that's really saying something.

George hung his head. "Why do I always get myself into these abusive relationships?" he asked.

My face became blank, my arms crossed over my chest. *Is it sad that I empathize with George?* I thought to myself as I took a quick glance at the fire youkai before me. Sure we're not in any relationship, but it fits...

My eyes snapped away from Hiei, remembering the fight going on before us, or what will be going on before us I should say. Yusuke and Toguro were once again in a stare down, narrowed eyes on narrowed eyes, neither moving or doing anything but waiting for the other to move. However, Yusuke broke the tension as he smirked, wiping away the line of blood that fell down his wounded cheek. Letting out a small laugh, Toguro narrowed his eyes in suspicion at the suddenly smirking boy. I couldn't help but feel a bit confused as well, sure I'm glad he's not freaking out like me, but if he's going to act like a cocky dumb ass, I'm going to go in their and beat some sense into him!

"Guess play periods over," Yusuke said turning his attention back to Toguro. "Oh well, it was fun."

Toguro narrowed his eyes further. "What?"

Yusuke said nothing, just continued to smirk as he rose his left hand before him. I glanced in confusion at the boys next to me, and saw them doing the same before turning back to Yusuke. The black haired Spirit Detective grabbed his grin left wrist band, tearing it off to reveal a golden glowing circle of Spirit Energy. My eyes widened in surprise, that Spirit Energy bracelet thing felt kind of...familiar. My eyes narrowed once again, now in confusion, what was this going to do for him? Was it some type of weapon? Or was it something that was going to help him? ...Wait, ignore that last question that was stupid and so am I for thinking that...

"For some inexplicable reason Yusuke has ripped off his left wrist band to reveal a..." Koto's eyes narrowed slightly as she tried to find the word to explain what the hell she was seeing. "...a...It's a glowing gold bracelet! And might I say it takes a pretty tough man to wear jewelery in public, especially at a martial arts tournament!" she said with surprise.

I turned to the boys. "Do those things look familiar to you guys? 'Cause right now I'm really confused," I said with a slight pout on my lips, glancing at the glowing bracelet thing.

"You're always confused," Hiei said rolling his eyes at me.

Sending a quick glare of annoyance at the fire youkai, I turned to the others. "Ignoring the asshole, any ideas?" I asked.

No one answered me, and for good reason, too. Seeing as how their attention was now on Yusuke once again, I looked over as well, seeing Yusuke rip off his right wrist band, it revealing the same golden glowing bracelet. I blinked in shock, seeing a bolt of yellow lightning-like Energy form between the two bracelets, making them look more like handcuffs than anything else. But that wasn't the only thing that happened, a familiar glow appeared below Yusuke, and I saw similar cuffs around his ankles. My mouth fell open, what the hell was this kid thinking?! He's wearing fucking CUFFS on him while he's fighting TOGURO?! A glare of annoyance was in my eyes, an irk mark pulsing on my temple, I swear I'm going to kick this kids ass for being cocky!

"I should have expected, Spirit Cuffs from Genkai," Toguro said slightly annoyed, and my eyes widened out of surprise, no wonder I thought the Energy from those Cuffs felt familiar!

Kuwabara stared at Yusuke, but not in annoyance like Toguro was, his expression was more of shock than that. "I gotta say that's a pretty sissy fashion statement, even for Urameshi, man," he said looking at the Cuffs with a critical eye, and I had keep myself from rolling my eyes at him. This is Kuwabara we're talking about here...

"Why would he fight Toguro using such a handicap? I hardly understand," Kurama said, his eyes narrowing slightly.

"Easy," Hiei said, his tone coated with annoyance. "It's because he is a cocky fool."

I nodded, my hands tightening around my arms, my gaze similar to Hiei's and I was too irritated to even think about how scary that is. "I have to agree with you on that one Hiei, reminded me to beat the shit out of him for this later," I said as my right eye twitched, not seeing the smirk that lit the fire youkai's lips.

"Yes, he must have inherited that from Genkai. The Spirit Cuffs that is," Koenma said drawing Hiei's and my attention away from our cruel thoughts.

Kuwabara looked at all of us. "Uh, will someone please tell me what the heck is going on?" he asked.

I stared at the red haired ningen blankly, making him already sweat drop at the sight of it. "Kuwabara, do you honestly think that we know anything? We're watching the same thing as you, so shh!" I said with an irk mark, making the ningen laugh nervously, backing away.

"I guess I should have thought before I asked, huh?" Kuwabara asked, forcing a laugh.

I stared at him.

Kuwabara now gave me a blank. "Should I take that as a yes?" he asked once again, but this time bluntly.

"What do you think?" I asked, hiding a smirk.

Hiei stared at me with a raised eyebrow, staring at me like I was an 'idiot'. "Onna, do you remember who you're asking that to?" he asked, and I swear I saw the beginnings of a smirk on his lips.

I smirked at him. "Good point," I said giving the fuming red haired ningen a 'mocking' look.Ha, we're so mean :D.

Ignoring Kuwabara's glare, Hiei and I turned our attention back to the fight, our expression immediately turning serious. Everyone else did as well, the crowd even growing quiet, their attention solely on Yusuke as he looked at the ground, his eyes closed. It looked as if he was remembering something, but considering I wasn't like Hiei in the department of mind reading, I could only guess what he was thinking. Swallowing thickly, I saw Yusuke's eyes open, narrowed with determination. All of us stood in silence, our bodies not moving a muscle as we watched the black haired Spirit Detective intently, waiting to see what might happen next. And all I could hope for was that it killed Toguro. Painfully.

"Now's a pretty good time, right Genkai?" Yusuke rose his cuffed hands above his head, his wrists crossed and my eyes narrowed. "Avitus!" he shouted, ripping his hands apart, the golden electric Energy disappearing all together.

However, that wasn't all that had happened, a bright blue light consumed Yusuke's form, almost blinding me to the point were I swear I wouldn't be able to see anymore. Quickly covering my eyes with my arm, I saw the blue fade to a dull yellow before everything was back to normal lighting. But I knew better than to put my arm down, and I was right in doing so. A second later Yusuke tilted his head, letting out a yell as the same bright blue light of his Energy formed around his body, but this time coiling up in the air. The coils moved around in air like snakes before they formed into what looked like giant blue bird, a loud shriek bouncing off the broken walls of the destroyed Stadium.

The boys and I stood in shock, not only because of the bird that sailed around in the air, circling the Stadium like a hawk would when following it's pray. We were shocked because of the enormous increase of Yusuke's Spirit Energy, it almost making me step back at the feel of it. My body tingled and slightly shook, but it was more out of excitement and hope than anything else. Yusuke definitely has a chance at beating Toguro now, I can feel it! With a smile on my face, I watched at the bird shaped Energy let out another shriek, landing behind Yusuke's form, slowly leaking itself back into his body. I stood there along with the boys, watching the two fighters standing before each other, and an excited smile was spreading widely across my lips.

"Wow," I breathed out softly.

Kuwabara agreed whole-heartedly, a wide smile of awe on his lips. "Just feel that! His Energy is out of control! There's no way Urameshi can lose this now!" he shouted, relief practically flooding his system.

"Oh my goodness!" Koto was now out of her seat, the microphone to her lips that were formed into a wide smile. "Urameshi's strength is making me feel faint! Who knew he had a surprise like this planned in the back of his head?!" she asked, although I think from her expression she didn't really care, she was just happy to see and feel it.

"I knew it!" George spoke up, throwing his head back with a laugh. "Yes I knew it all along!"

I ignored those two for the time being, happiness and relief flooding my heart and body as I felt Yusuke's Spirit Energy sky rocket to heights I didn't think a ningen could go. Glancing at Hiei, I smiled even wider. *Isn't this awesome, Hiei? We can finally go home!* I said with a bit of a squeal of excitement in my tone. Nothing could ruin this moment for me, I was practically on cloud nine right now!

Hiei glanced at me, his eyes narrowing ever so slightly. {It's not my home, Onna,} was all he said, his tone strangely annoyed.

My smile stayed in tact despite Hiei's negative attitude, and I clasped my hands behind my back innocent as I continued to glance at Hiei. "Hiei, don't you dare ruin this form me or I swear you'll regret it. K?* I asked, my tone so sweet I'm surprised I didn't puke, and I let my smile fall into a smirk when I saw Hiei sweat drop. Ha.

Toguro, however, wasn't too thrilled with Yusuke's little display. "Are you really so arrogant, Urameshi, that you thought you could actually beat me while wearing those Spirit Cuffs?" he asked, his eyes narrowing into an annoyed glare, frowning deeply.

"Well yeah, sorta." Yusuke brushed his nose with the back of his fist. "In hindsight I may have been a bit cocky," he said mockingly with a smirk on his lips.

"A BIT?!" I snapped with an irk mark as the boys sweat dropped, and Hiei smirked.

"You've wasted enough of my time by underestimating me," Toguro said with a glare, ignoring my loud shout as he got into a fighting stance, one hand out in front of him will the other was balled into a fist and by his side. "Fortunately this will be the last time you ever make that mistake."

I rolled my eyes at him. "Oh poor baby!" I shouted with a growl, I really couldn't wait until Yusuke killed this asshole.

I, however, grew serious and slightly shocked at what I saw next, the boys doing the same. My eyes had gone to Yusuke's form, but they didn't stay there for long. Yusuke had kicked off into a run, heading straight towards Toguro head on before his body had disappeared into thin air. My eyes widened as well as the boys, and a small gasp left my lips as my eyes darted around the area, trying to find the dark haired Spirit Detective. Yusuke has been fast before, but this was on a whole other level, thanks to those Spirit Cuffs Yusuke might be fast than HIEI! That by itself was truly amazing, but considering I still couldn't see him at all, that was like Yusuke pulling a miracle!

"I cannot see," Kurama stated, his eyes narrowing.

Kuwabara's eyes darted around with mine. "Where did he go?!" he asked/shouted, a tone of shock in his voice.

"Damn, the little bastard is faster than me!" I shouted in awe, not caring if this was the best time to say things like this at all, this was me we're talking about, so you all can understand. Slightly.

I was pulled out of my thoughts, seeing a flicker of yellow and blue out of my peripheral vision. My eyes snapped to my right, seeing Yusuke appear above Toguro's head, making the ningen turned youkai stare up at the boy with wide eyes. Yusuke didn't waste any time, letting out a yell as he pulled back his fists, slamming them painfully into Toguro's face slowly making his way down to Toguro's stomach. The blows bounced off the broken stadium walls, and since Toguro was the one getting pounded on, I didn't flinch at all. I was smiling my ass off, excitement was making its way through my body, and I was practically bouncing on the balls of my feet right now. This fight was ours, thanks to Yusuke's new power boost, there was NO way that Toguro could come back from this! I mean look at the guy, he's just standing there getting the shit punched out of him! :D

Yusuke suddenly pulled back his fist before slamming it under Toguro's jaw, sending the taller male off his feet. His body was sailing through the air, and at the sight of that the youkai filled crowd exploded into boos and shouts of shock. I couldn't help but smirk cockily at the sound. Finally they were getting pissed off! Once their precious 'hero' is gone they'll be beyond pissed off, and I'll just laugh in their faces. Oh, it's going to be so awesome when we're the winning team, I just know it. However, I was pulled out of my thoughts when I heard the small gasps come from my team. I glanced at all of them, their eyes were wide with disbelief and shock, and even Hiei was, which is something I've come to notice doesn't usually happen often. ...All right, I didn't just notice it, but you understand what I mean.

"Toguro's knocked down!" Koenma shouted, his binky almost falling from his lips.

Kuwabara's shock face instantly turned to that of happiness. "He's gotta be feeling that one!" he shouted as well, laughter in his voice.

"Go Yusuke! Kill the bastard and lets go home!" I cheered, punching my right fist into the air with a smile.

Toguro's body slid across the ground, leaving a trail of dig up dirt, rocks and dust to follow behind him. Yusuke landed onto the ground before quickly running over to the body in front of him that was beginning to stop. Appearing above the taller male's form, Yusuke pulled back his right fist, letting out a shout as he did. The sound of the punch as it connected to Toguro's sternum made everyone in the stadium think that all of the bones in his chest had been broken and reduced to nothing but small particles of dust. Toguro let out a strangled shout of pain, a small amount of blood falling from his lips as his head fell back against the ground. However, we didn't have time to cheer because what we saw next shocked all of us, making everyone completely speechless.

The ground beneath Toguro's body suddenly cracked before it gave away into a ten foot deep, circular crater. The boys and I gasped, our eyes widening more than they had been when Yusuke showed us his increased speed. Yusuke let out another shout, bringing our attention back to him once again, and thankfully we were still able to see into the crater. The black haired Spirit Detective pulled back his fists once again, bringing another assault onto the ningen turned youkai. The smacks were even louder than before, and I swear I actually heard them echo despite the walls around us being broken. I slowly grew out of my shocked state, letting out cheer, a wide smile on my lips once again. This shouldn't last too much longer, Toguro would be dead soon.

"This is a very different fight, I've never seen Yusuke fight so intensely before," Kurama stated, his eyes never leaving Yusuke's body, his mouth slightly open in awe and shock.

"You said it!" Kuwabara shouted, grinning widely as well. "He's like a machine!"

However, our happy faces -well Hiei doesn't count in that department really-, dropped when Yusuke's shouts and punches suddenly stopped. They were cut off so fast that it seemed like Yusuke had seen something that froze him, something that scared him, and that made a bubble of fear churn in my stomach. I swallowed thickly, watching as Yusuke jumped out of the crater, still facing Toguro's body, his eyes were wide and his face showed disbelief and...fear. The boys around me stared at the fifteen year old in confusion, letting out small gasps of surprise at the sight before him. Whatever Yusuke saw down there must have scared the shit out of him, and even if I didn't see it, it was doing the same for me. I didn't like where I thought this was going...

"But why?" Kurama asked in surprise and shock.

Despite himself, Hiei was as well. "Don't stop now!" he shouted at the black haired ningen.

The crowd around Koto was silent, not sure of what to say, however said cat never fails to disappoint us. "Just when we were starting to get into some hardcore pummeling, Yusuke got spooked and backed off like he was afraid of Toguro's unresponsive body!" she shouted as she stood up in her seat, eyes narrowing in confusion with the rest of us. Except me.

My eyes darted to the crater, seeing black spiky hair suddenly rise from the ground. Ever so slowly Toguro walked out of the ground, a smirk on his lips that immediately brought fear to my heart and dashed the hopes of us ending this match soon. However, I distracted myself with confusion when I saw that Toguro's muscles had practically deflated. He was nothing but skin and bone now, looking too skinny to be healthy, and I was really hoping -despite how that smirk said otherwise- that Yusuke's punches had affected Toguro's power increasing powers. Stepping onto higher land, I couldn't help but notice that Yusuke involuntarily let out a flinch, almost taking a step back. He was as confused as we were, and that wasn't good. Great.

Kurama narrowed his eyes, sweat trickling down his temple. "I am afraid that a ferocious wolf is laying in wait beneath that placid sheep's facade," he informed solemnly.

Hiei nodded. "I know, it's written on his face," he said lowly.

I bit my lip slightly as I stared at Yusuke's back. "I have a very bad feeling about this," I mumbled as my hands wrung themselves nervously in front of my chest, the bad feeling that was rearing its ugly head was growing stronger than before.

The two fighters just stared the other down, one with a smirk and a glare with the other. Dark clouds hovered over our heads only adding to the already tense atmosphere that fell around us. Neither was moving, not even so much a twitch came from them and the anxiety that was coursing through my veins was making me wonder how I didn't pass out. This was too unnerving, the final match between these two was only just starting from the looks of it, and that didn't sit well with me. If Toguro was all right after that attack when Yusuke had just increased his power by at least ten times, then I'm not sure who was going to win this fight. What if Toguro became even more power than before? What if he can't be killed? What if something horrible happens to Yusuke? All these negative thoughts were clouding my mind so much that I almost didn't notice the smirk widen on Toguro's lips.

"At last Yusuke, you've done as I asked," Toguro said, his tone pleased and that sent a shiver up my spine. Uh oh...

My 'uh oh...' was justified a second later, all of us tensing up when we saw the veins in Toguro's body suddenly bulge, becoming so prominent I'm surprised that they didn't break through his skin. Light gray and purple wisps of Youkai Energy began to form around the younger Toguro brother, and said man held out his arms, making sure that we all saw what he was going to do next. More wisps began to appear around him, and Yusuke took a step back, the feeling of the Energy's power so immense I was glad that we were still in Koenma's barrier, or I'm sure I would have actually passed out. This guy was no joke, and with each passing second I was growing more and more worried for Yusuke. Please let this match end in our favor...

"I've waited a long time for this moment," Toguro continued with a smirk, his veins becoming even more prominent.  "Now destiny has rewarded my patience."

The increase in Toguro's strength was beyond what I thought it could go, and gasps from my team and from myself echoed around me, all of us staring at Toguro with wide eyes as sweat trickled down our temples. The ground below us began to shake, making me stumble a bit out of surprise. "Wow! The earth is quaking! Now this is shaping up to be the kind of fight were some legends are made and others are painfully broken!" Koto announced, her expression, however, not matching her words.

Toguro suddenly let out a yell, a bright purple light going off, causing everyone in the stadium to cover their eyes from the intense brightness. The ground below Toguro's feet began to uplift, and that was the last thing I saw before the purple light shot out towards the sky, forming into a tall pillar that wrapped around Toguro's form. However, once the light dimmed enough I forced my eyes open and held my arm in front of my eyes just encase. I saw a dark purple outline of Toguro's body still in the pillar, his arms stretched out like they were before. His power was still steadily increasing, making my skin crawl and fear rack my body. This guy was not a ningen or a youkai, he was the devil made real. I've never felt anything more powerful before in my life, and I never wanted to feel something like this again.

"Toguro's power is like a solar eclipse! You shouldn't stare directly at it no matter how beautiful it is!" Koto shouted happily.

All of us, however, ignored Koto, watching as the pillar around Toguro's body form into a shimmering ball of purple around him. It didn't stay there for long, a second later streams of purple burst from the sphere going into random directions as Toguro kept shouting that shout everyone seems to do when unleashing something you never in your life wanted to see. All of us watched as the streams headed towards the crowd, youkai immediately being turned to nothing but ashes or maybe nothing at all. Their screams echoed across the stadium, their panic filled voices continuing on or being cut off as the streams hit them. However, I was glad when I looked into the stands to see that the girls were all right, a light blue barrier around them, protecting them from a blast that surely would have killed all four, five if you count Puu.

The boys looked all around, bringing me back to them as Kurama narrowed his eyes. "It's hard to tell if Toguro's lost control of his power, or he's attacking the crowd on purpose," he said with an emotionless tone, but his body was tensed.  Great.

"God please let this be over with," I moaned pitifully, my arms around my shaking form. This was just too much...

The boys sent glances at me in sympathy, watching my paler, shaky form. However, they and I knew they couldn't do anything to make me feel better, and we all turned our gazes back to Toguro's suddenly rag doll like form. He was still standing, his arms dangling down as he leaned forward in a slouch, and any hopes that this was too much for Toguro to handle was dashed what happened to his body next. His muscles bulged to sizes that I didn't think were possible, and his skin turning a bluish-green color. His skin even had the appearance of tree bark, and his body developed tree branch like mutations on his chest, causing all of us to stare at him in horror, while Hiei's expression was more of immense surprise. Continuing to stare at the monster before me I felt sick to my stomach. This was very bad, and I knew that he wasn't done yet.

Oh, how I hated to be right at times that I wished to be wrong. Toguro held his arms above his head, a dark purple orb forming above his head, and his eyes glowed the same bright purple that the Energy around him was. The orb grew darker as black streams of electric Energy spewed out from it before it expanded, covering the whole area in darkness. I couldn't see anything, and fear crept up my body, quickly moving to whoever was close to me. I usually liked the darkness, but when I didn't know what lurked in it, I didn't want to be alone. I grabbed onto the back of their shirt, holding on for dear life, not even caring for the person before me tensing ever so slightly before they moved over to cover me, which I was thankful for.

"Hey what the-?!" I heard Kuwabara shout angrily and fearful from next to me. "Who the heck is turning off the lights?!"

"Be careful, Yusuke," Kurama mumbled to himself.

The person before me moved suddenly, their body tensing up once more but for a different reason than before. "This is it," he said and if I wasn't so scared for the boys and my life, I would have blushed when I heard Hiei's voice, feeling my hands vibrating when I felt him speak.

"I'm not looking forward to this!" Koenma said, and I practically see his scared expression.

Kuwabara let out a growl of annoyance, shouting, "I can't even see myself think!" And once again, if I wasn't so scared, I probably would have let out a laugh, but I wasn't in the mood. For obvious reasons.

My attention, however, was brought away from the boys and before me. Around Hiei's form I saw the familiar purple and blue Youkai Energy light up the darkness. I didn't move out from behind him, but opted for the safer option of standing on my toes to look over his shoulder. I saw Toguro's large, bulky form outlined from the Energy, now even taller than he was before. I felt sick again, not from the power that was around us, but from the way Toguro's body bulged, expanded and . He was growing larger, his muscles and body structure were going beyond what was natural. His pants were ripping up from the constant growth, and I was beginning to feel dizzy from watching as Toguro's body turned huge at the top and skinny on the bottom before reversing. I leaned against Hiei's form, but not enough to send him off balance, watching this was NOT good for my health as you can plainly see. I already had a severe wound in my left side which had already drained me of blood, seeing this happening before me was going to do it in for me.

Then the darkness faded instantly, the light washing over us once again. However, we barely registered it, our wide eyes still glued to Toguro's horrifying form. Kuwabara let out a shout of surprise, his ningen eyes never letting him see Toguro's full transformation in the darkness, and I didn't blame him for the fear in his voice either. Yusuke wasn't moving like the rest of us, and I wasn't sure if it was fear or shock. His eyes were narrowed and sweat trickled down his temple, but he didn't move an inch. I turned to him, looking at his expression with worried eyes. If Yusuke was rendered paralyzed from this, then I was scared to see how this match was going to go from here on out.

Kuwabara suddenly stepped forward, gaining my attention. "Urameshi! This is your chance! Finish him off!" Yusuke did nothing, just continued to stare as if he didn't hear Kuwabara at all. "Do it while you can before he reaches full power!" he shouted, his eyes narrowed onto Yusuke's still motionless form.

I opened my mouth to shout at Yusuke, to snap him out of it, but the sound of cracking made the words die on my tongue. I turned my attention to Toguro once again, and looked over Hiei's shoulder. I was surprised, not about Toguro though, but Hiei. I would have thought he would move away once we were able to see once again, but he actually continued to let me stay close to him, and I couldn't help but notice he had moved in front of me more. Almost...protectively. However, my mind didn't stay on that, remembering Toguro. My eyes snapped to his form once again, only to grimace and shake in disgust as I watched tube-like appendages come out of his shoulders and bone-like bumps forming out of his collar bone. I trembled against Hiei once again, but I wasn't scared for myself, but for Yusuke, the boys and the girls in the crowd. Toguro seemed like the guy to do anything to get Yusuke to fight him, and I was afraid he would go after one of them. Please don't let that happen, I couldn't take it...

"So this is full power..." Sakyo spoke up softly, wide eyes on Toguro's form. "It's more than I...hoped."

My eyes narrowed into a dangerous glare despite my fear racked form, turning my flashing ruby colored eyes over to Sakyo. "Sick fucking bastard," I hissed lowly, successfully keeping the tremors out of my voice.

"Are you certain..." Kuwabara said from behind me, and I turned to him, seeing his white face. "...he doesn't get stronger?"

I frowned at him in empathy before turning to the two fighters before us, not listening to Koto. "Well after much anticipation and build-up, Toguro has finally reveals his full power! And may I just be the first to say that I'm not the least bit disappoint in the grand unveiling! You have got to see this muscle bound man to believe it!" she announced, taking off her sunglasses from before.

"U-um?! W-Where'd everybody go?!" George shouted in fear next to her, looking around at the bare stadium.

"You know," Kuwabara began. "I was kicking myself pretty hard before for not being able to feel this guy's power. But now I realize that if I actually had felt it, my head would've exploded all over the darn place," he finished, his eyes narrowed seriously.

"I wish I couldn't feel it now," I mumbled, biting my lip nervously.

Kuwabara only nodded, that being the only thing quick enough for a response before we heard the sound of shoes hitting the ground. Our heads snapped towards Toguro's body, watching as he walked forward to Yusuke's still paralyzed body, and I felt my heart leap into my throat, my hands tightening on Hiei's undershirt. Why the hell isn't Yusuke moving?! Does he want to be killed?! However, my grip loosened when Yusuke snapped out of it, stumbling back with a small gasp of surprise, his eyes narrowing on Toguro's form as it towered over him by who knows how much. All I knew was that Toguro was bigger than Chu, and before I though that the Australian male was a giant. Looks like I'm wrong. Great.

Toguro came to a stop and rose his right hand, curling it into a fist, but had his thumb resting just in the crevice of his pointer finger. My eyes darted to his arm, seeing it suddenly pulse as if something moved through it. However, I didn't have enough time to wonder what happened there because I saw Toguro flick his thumb out from under his pointer finger. I wasn't sure what had happened next, but I heard an impact and I heard Yusuke let out a shout of pain. All of us turned to Yusuke, seeing the young Spirit Detective off his feet and moving violently onto the ground before crashing into a large piece of the destroyed ring. A line of blood feel from Yusuke's forehead, and my eyes widened considerably, my heart beating loudly in my ears and all around me making me think my body was pulsing. Yusuke laid against the stone, his eyes closed which didn't make me feel any better.

"Yusuke!" I shouted worriedly, desperately hoping that whatever Toguro did wasn't fatal.

However, I let out a sigh of relief when Yusuke's eyes snapped open and he got to his feet quickly. He glared heatedly at Toguro, hearing the audible 'hmph' fall from the taller male's blue lips. "Did you like that one? Unlike your Spirit Gun, I have an infinite supply," he said with a smirk on his lips, position his hand into the one from earlier.

Yusuke didn't say anything, only fused his Spirit Energy into his fists. Not a second after doing that did Toguro fire more of the Energy bullets or whatever the hell he had at Yusuke. I wasn't able to see the bullets at all, but I was happy to know that Yusuke was able to. His arms moved at a speed that made them look blurred, knocking away the bullets rapidly, the only indication of that being the small sparks of light blue Energy as they connected with Yusuke's hands. They just kept coming and coming, leaving the boys and I to stand around and stare at Yusuke as he desperately fought off the invisible bullets. However, as more bullets came the more the ground before Yusuke began to get hit, quickly making a cloud of dust rise in front of him, which made me nervous. He better be able to see in there, or I'll fucking kill Toguro myself!

Watching as Toguro stopped his assault, Koto was out of her seat. "It looks like Toguro is done with target practice, and Urameshi's just plain done!" she announced with a smile in her voice, and I ignored that, knowing it wasn't true. Yusuke wouldn't lose to this bastard, not after all that he's done...

I couldn't help but let out a smirk when I heard a shout from a familiar black haired ningen from the dust, a second later bursting out of the cloud. His eyes were narrowed dangerously on Toguro's form, his hand pulled back into a fist as bright blue Spirit Energy glowed around around it. Toguro only watched Yusuke with a blank, placid expression, and I desperately hoped that this attack would smack that look off the bastards face. I wanted him him dead, but before that I wanted to watch him wither in pain and agony. The bastard deserved nothing less than that, and I hoped when he died he went to Limbo where his should would be subjected to torture so great that he'd be begging for his soul to be sent down into the deepest pits of Hell.

"Take this!" Yusuke shouted angrily.

Throwing his fist forward, Yusuke's fist collided with Toguro's left thumb, leaving Yusuke to stare at the display with wide eyes. Taking advantage of Yusuke's surprise Toguro suddenly swinging his right one, it connecting with the young Spirit Detective's left forearm. All of us heard the sound of the bones in his arm cracking, and his forearm was instantly bruised, a dark blue and black patch sitting painfully on his skin. Yusuke let out a shout of pain as he fell onto the ground on his back, only to sit up instantly and hold his arm tightly, letting out shouts of pain. I stared along with the boys with narrowed eyes, our bodies tensing as we watched the abuse before us. Dammit! If the fucking Committee didn't make it a rule not to jump into the ring and help, Yusuke wouldn't have to go through this!

Toguro stared down at Yusuke, eyes hard. "I have more power in my thumb than you have in your entire body," he said, looking at Yusuke as if he were pitiful, and that look just pissed me off.

"We'll see," Yusuke growled through clenched teeth. "I've got a strong finger myself." He pointed out his right pointer finger, and the familiar bright blue Spirit Energy formed around his finger tip. The blast that he was using was definitely strong from what I could feel, and I hoped that would be enough to hurt Toguro badly.

"Now, hit me with everything that you have. You have no idea which shot will be your last," Toguro warned seriously.

Yusuke rose his finger, eyes flashing dangerously. "Spirit Gun!" he shouted.

The bright blue sphere of Spirit Energy shot out into a large stream towards Toguro's still form, and the boys and I stared at the ningen turned youkai as he puffed out his chest, letting the blast hit him square in the chest. And when I saw the large bullet explode into nothing but dust, I felt the color drain from my face completely. My fear returned ten fold when I heard Toguro throw his head back, letting out a laugh that sent shivers up and down my spine. The boys and I could only stare on in shock, none of us able to make any noise at all, too speechless to even try. Yusuke, who got to his feet once the blast left his finger, was doing the same as we all were. There was no sound around us except for the loud beatings of our hearts in hour chests. Shit.

"I consider myself a good judge of human kind," Toguro said, making Yusuke take a step back, his eyes narrowed. "Having formally been one I can say there's something missing in your eyes."

Yusuke said nothing, only sliding into a stance as he clenched his teeth in anger and pain. However, Yusuke was suddenly lifted into the air, Toguro holding the young Spirit Detective up by the front of his yellow undershirt. Yusuke was high off the ground, and judging by the narrowed look on his face, he didn't notice what had happened until the rest of us did. However, my shocked expression melted to that of anger, wanting nothing more to do than rip off Toguro's arm. I didn't like the look that was in Yusuke's eyes, and I didn't like what Toguro was saying at all. What was worse was I knew where he was going to take that, and I grew exceedingly worried about the boys and the girls, hoping he wouldn't go near either of them. If he did...

Toguro's narrowed eyes locked onto Yusuke's brown ones. "And that something is fear. It use to be one of your strengths. Without fear you'll never grow stronger as a fighter. I know I've told you that before," he said, and Yusuke didn't say anything, just continued to glare at the man below him.

Toguro bulled back his right fist, slamming it into Yusuke's gut painfully. Yusuke's eyes seemed to glaze over slightly as he sailed through the air like a rag doll, flying right into one of the stands. All of us let out gasps, watching as Yusuke's back hit against the staircase on one of the stadium's floor, sliding up it only to leave a line of smooth rock behind. However, he didn't stop, flying into the wall behind him with a sickening thud that made me cringe. The wall behind him exploded a few seconds later, leaving a rather large, circular hole behind him. Falling forward, all of us stared at his body for a second, hoping that he would be all right and would get up. And thankfully whatever being was up there was listening to us, letting us see Yusuke slowly and shakily pull himself up onto his knees, coughing up blood as he did.

*Oh Yusuke,* I thought in a whisper, watching as Yusuke glared down at Toguro from his place in the stadium stands.

And we knew, this was just the beginning.

Ending it here! I'm SO sorry that it took so long for me to put this out! I've just had so much to do at school, my computer funked out on me, my speakers are still fucking broken (I'm using my step-dad's laptop right now, but I'll need to give it back soon...) and all this other shit kept me from putting this out faster. But I sat my ass down and finished it, and I hope you all like it and can forgive me! D:
