Kurama was upset to find out that Nary worked from 8AM-10PM 5 days a week and a couple of hours on Saturday. And he knew he wasn't going to see a lot of her. But sometimes he just stop in the middle of something and daydream about her. And he got in trouble three times at work, and got sent home early.

Hiei was waiting impatiently for Nary to get home it was 11:24AM and he was hungry. He heard someone tring to put their key in the door and he ran over and through it open. Kurama came in balancing two bags of groceries. "Where's Nary Fox?" Hiei asked. "I didn't know you took a liking to her so quietly?" Kurama answered teasing Hiei. "She cooks better than you, and I'm hungry" "Well I'm sorry Hiei but she'll be back at 10" Kurama said putting the bags on the counter. "You mean that for breakfast I eat with her and for lunch and dinner I'm stuck with you?" "Yep" Hiei mumbled some colorful cuss words under his breathe and left.

Nary came home to a dark house, she carefully made her way to her room, trying not to knock or bump anything on her way there. She made to her room without accident and clasped on her bed, not brothering to change into her pajamas. She fell asleep right away.

Kurama woke early again to a delicious smell. He couldn't tell what it was but for the past two weeks he woke up Nary smiling beautiful face and her wonderful breakfast. He only got to see her in the morning and lately she was starting to look tried. He was concern. Youko (his demon side) had sense that her mental and physical health was failing. Today he was going to talk to her about cutting back in work, and try to ask her out on a date too.

Nary heard Kurama come in, but he didn't go get a plate of food like he usually did before Hiei got up. She looked up; he was staring at her as if she was the most interesting thing in the world. "Kurama?" She asked unsure. Kurama tried hard not to moan he loved the way she said his. He didn't say anything, just kept staring a her. "Kurama are you o-" "Nary we need to talk" Kurama said cutting her off. "Umm what about Kurama?" Nary asked unsure. "You work to hard and I think you need to cut back on your hours" Nary looked away from him. She got up and walked down the hall to her room kicking the door shut behind her.

Kurama followed her and put his hand in the door as she kicked it shut. He stormed into her room and grabbed her by the arm and brought his face down to her and kissed her slowly and gently so not to scare her. He was starting to fell Youko take over but him back down. He would tell her about his demon side but not today, today right now it was about her.
