Shattered Dreams: Chapter four

Akkina- Hello, and welcome, my wonderful readers. How are ya'll today? Ok, whatever, on with the story! ^.^ (yes, the faces are back!!!)

After dragging Akkina off school property and slapping her senseless, you decide to go to that 'Meiou High' that Tali and the others went to. After a long walk and a of lecturing Akkina about acting crazy in front of strangers, you noticed she had head phones on and thus proving she hadn't heard anything you just said. This was going to be a long day.

At the school, crowds of students were bustling everywhere, and the aforementioned group was nowhere to be found. You grimace and look around. "I just wanna go home. Why are we even here?!"

You shout to the still searching Akkina.

"Because," she began stiffly, "Tali-chan is the one with the key to the apartment, and until we get extras, we rely on her. Now get off that sorry butt an' help me look!!" Akkina wandered off calling her name, while you follow somewhat grouchily behind. After twenty minutes, the grounds cleared out and you see Tali conversing with another girl, who made painfully high-pitched noises. Akkina was quickly over there with you at her heels. Closer investigation proved this was an argument. You grinned at the opportunity to inflict pain, and Akkina's over-protective nature kicked in.

"Tali-chan? Is this girl bothering you? Want me to scalp her?" Akkina asked as she flashed out a knife and licked it. You grinned sadistically. "No, no-let me kill her." The girl started backing away, and you go after her while laughing maniacally. After a few minutes the girl collapses, ruining your fun. Tali walks up shifting her gaze from you to the girl every so often. "Um, okaaaaay, thanks....?"

"______-chaaaaaan...... you're forgetting the point..... We came here so we could go home. R'member?" Akkina said, walking up while playing with her knife. So pauses to look at the now unconscious girl. "Can I eat her?"

"No."

"Humph. Fine."

"We're going home. Now you're forgetting. Let's go."

"Alrighty then!"

The rest of the day was pretty boring. Akkina was constantly mumbling about blood and 'ruby honey', which scared Tali considerably, so it was up to you to keep everything together.

"Akkina! Shut up about the freakin' blood!!"

"But I'm hungry!"

"Nobody cares!"

"I do!"

"SHUT UP!!!"

"But... I'm hungry..." Akkina whimpered pathetically, sniffing a little. She wandered off, and hid in a corner. You sighed and glanced over to the clock, which read '10:53 P.M.', so you decided food would be a wise investment. "Ok, crazies, I'm gonna go out and buy us some non-blood food products. I'll return shortly, so, don't kill yourselves while I'm gone." with that you were out the door, and soon on the street walking towards the fast food place at the corner. After purchasing the strange smelling food you turned around to return , hoping with all your might that leaving 'wind' and 'fire'* alone wasn't a mistake. Half way back, you feel a small prick at the back of your neck and darkness slowly starts to take over you.

*reference between my friends. I'm 'fire', or a problem, and my friend is wind, meaning she spread the problem

Akkina- Short, I know. BUT, the next chapter should be pretty good. And, no, you're not a fire demon. My reasons will be clear later on, not to mention it's a wee bit over done.

Lance- *sing-song* I am!! *burns random things*

Akkina- ^^;; And.... as soon as I finish it, I'll tell you and you ca e-mail me for pics of Onii-san and myself. To help you picture it in the story. Though, they're not done yet.

Lance- *causes burning debris to fall on head* Ow.... @_@

Akkina- Aaaahhh!!! Onii-chan!!! Fire!!! Master, help put out the fire!!!

Alucard- Fools.

Lance- Don't...call me....'-chan'... *passes out*
