Summary: What would you do if your loved one was killed? Yusuke Urameshi has to face the hardest descion he'll ever make. Sage Urameshi his wife is a demon slayer with amazing spirit energy has been targeted by Naraku who wants to kill her for defying him. Taking her life. Leaving a enraged and broken Yusuke. Now is he being visited by his wife, trying to warn him about the demon he will face. Will he be able to give her up or will he hold onto the thought of her? Stubborn he turns to Koenma for help, will they get her back before Naraku uses her for his own twisted game?

Yusuke: This is weird..

Naomi: What is?

Naomi: Why?

Yusuke: Your not going to have yourself as the main person.

Naomi: Yusuke, i'm the Sage personage you know.

Yusuke: But your letting yourself die...

Naomi: Um yeah but i'm the main person still.

Yusuke: How? your dead.

Hiei: Hn! Baka ningen she still is the main person, she died but she hasn't left you.

Yusuke: I don't understand still!

Nadiya: Yusuke it's simple, my sister is dead but you want her back so you turn to Koenma to bring her back but well we don't know how that will turn out.. That means she still the main person in this story.

Yusuke: Ok i get it now.

Naomi: Yu Yu how could you not figure that out.

Hiei: Hn! he has no brain, he doesn't no how to work it right.

Yusuke: HEY!!!! i have a brain.

Hiei: Hn! Then learn how to use it Baka Ningen.

Naomi: -_- Hiei don't call him that.

Hiei: Hn! Baka Demon Slayer.

Naomi: What is your deal Hiei.

Nadiya: Hiei please stop it, apologize.

Naomi: Arigatou Hiei, see that wasn't going to kill you.

Hiei: Hn! I only did it because Nadiya asked me to.

Nadiya: You could be nicer Hiei (Sighs) but you wont be.

Naomi: Ok well let's get on with Chapter 1.

Chapter 1

The sun was just setting, the sound of birds chirping woke Sage from her sleep. She rolled

to her right to find the bed empty. The clock read 5:30 A.M., she slowly sat up, her dark blue eyes scanned the room, clothes were on the floor that needed to be picked up. Yusuke must of been called in for his new case, she threw the covers off of her and swung her feet to the floor, and started toward the bathroom closing the door behind her

as she pushed open the shower door and start to turn on the water. She had to get ready before Nadiya got there, she was going to take her to the place where there had been some disturbances the last week before.

She quickly undressed stepped into the shower letting her hair get wet, she picked up a bottle of shampoo and began to wash her hair and few seconds later rinsed it out. She quickly washed her body with body wash that smelled of rasberries. She slowly turned off the water and stepped out wrapping a towel around her. She walked out into the bedroom to pick out some clothes, when a soft knock came from the living room.

"I'm coming, i'm coming." Sage said as she quickly walked into the living room and answered the door, she clinged the towel to her body. She opened the door to find Nadiya

She had raven black hair that flowed to her shoulders, she had blue eyes and she wore a purple Kimono that fit her curvy body, she was a young beauty and she was a Spirit Guide she helped Botan out sometimes. Sage smiled. " Well, Nadiya you a little early, i'm still trying to get ready, so come on in." Nadiya nodded and stepped into the room. "Hai, i am i thought i would get here early enough to get a head start, more demon activity has been going on in town, Koenma insisted that i come now."

Sage sighed as she walked into her room. " Ok well give me a minute to get dressed." she said as she closed the door halfway. " No problem just take your time." Nadiya said as she sat down on the couch and glanced around the room. " Where is Yusuke? still sleeping i presume." She said as she ran a hand through her hair. "Iie, he wasn't here when i woke up, i guess Koenma gave the boys another case to do." Sage yelled from the bedroom, still trying to get dressed. " Oh that's right Koenma had Yusuke and the others to go to the Makai seems they have some trouble over there." Nadiya said and sat back in the couch waiting for Sage.

The bedroom door opened and the door opened, she wearing her ninja suit that had body armor to the knees and elbows and stomach. Her red hair was pulled back into a pony tail, she had compact boots on. Sage sheathe her katana and gave Nadiya a small smile as she retrieved her Takuyashi that looked like a boomerang, the blade on both side of it were very sharp and were curved on both sides and were shaped like Boomerang and had handle in the middle and was very hugh and weighed almost a ton, she strapped it to her back, that she slayed demons with, and turned toward Nadiya. " Ok Nad i'm ready." Nadiya stood up and smiled. " Well you look very nice, i see you changed it a little since your last battle."

"Hai i had to since it was nearly ripped into, i still have the scar were i was nearly stabed."

She said as she followed Nadiya toward the door. Sage opened the door and allowed Nadiya to walk out first. " Well, Nad did you try talking to Hiei, about how you feel?"

Nadiya sighed as she closed the door for Sage. "Hai, and you know how he is, stubborn and wont admit to anything." Sage gripped the strap to her Takuyashi and sighed. "Hai, i know he's the type that is very hard to get through to, just give him time he'll eventually open up to you." Sage said and stepped off the porch.

Nadiya smiled and brushed back strands of hair that fall toward her face. " Your right, i should back off him, let him come to me, right?" Nadiya said as she brought out her Oar.

"Right,Nad." Sage said and took a look around. "So where are we going exactly?" "It's only a few ways down from here, it's in the woods." Sage nodded and looked back at her friend. "We better get going, we shouldn't waste time, when i get their i want you to get out of there." Nadiya shook her head. "I wont do that Sage, i wont just leave you there to

fight this demon by yourself." Sage smirked. " I can take care of myself i know what i'm doing, and i don't what you hurt." She said as she watched her friend get onto her Oar.

"Ok fine, but i will not be far away, if you need assitants just call for me." Sage nodded as she climbed onto the Oar. " ok let's go." Nadiya nodded and they flew off.

It wasn't very long intill they got to their Destination, Sage was off and on the ground before Nadiya could land. Sage landed on her feet , her dark blue eyes scanned the woods, her hand grippng the strap on her Takuyashi as she heard movement to her right, it was moving fast. She strand her ears to hear her surroundings. " Nadiya, get out of here now, it's not safe for you to be here." Nadiya nodded and started for safety. Something didn't feel right, the woods was to calm and quiet.

A soft breeze past her by as she glanced around her when she caught sight of something and before she could turn tenticals came flying at her, one wrapped around her leg and started pull her, knocking her from her feet, she drawed her Katana slicing the first tentical that was wrapped around her leg, cutting it from her, another flew at her coming for her it moved fast slamming into her side as it shoved it's was into her side, she let out a piercing scream as it ripped through her side, she quickly pulled her Katana from her from it's sheathe cutting it from her, she held her side, she brought up her katana slicing her blade through it blood flew as the tentical fall only to revert back together, another came at her from behind, she quickly raised her Takuyashi and reared back and let it go watching as it cut through all the tenticals, she caught it as it came back. She watched as they all revert back but flew back into the woods.

Sage lowered her Takuyashi and looked around once more. A dark figure jumped from the treetops, landing gracefully to the ground, levitating inches from the ground, you couldn't tell who this person was, he wore a bamboo pelt. A dark chuckle came from him. "Well, Sage we meet again, it's been awhile hasn't it? I thought if i killed enough people you would come along." Sage froze in place, her chest tightened with anger and fear. "Naraku!?! You did this, i knew you were no different then before..... How did you get into the Ningenkai?" She said raising her Takuyashi from the ground ready to strike.

"Well, you do remeber me, then i would think you would recall that defying me was the worst thing you could do, How? I easily got through that pathetic barrier that king Yama

put up, i came for what i wanted." He smirked putting a hand to the hilt of his sword. " Your death." Sage took a step forward." I don't think so Naraku, you should by now i don't die so easily, and defying you was the best thing i ever i did, because i finally found true happiness, not like the hell hole i was in." She said her spiritual energy burst through her in waves as she raised her Takuyashi, and threw it and watched as it spinned with force power, an red aura surrounded it as it came straight toward Naraku, the blades shone from the sunlight as it sliced right through Naraku she caught it as it came back to her.

Sage watched as the body fell to the ground only to revert back together. " Did you forget my dear, i don't die so easily either, All your doing is wasting your power and energy." He said as he rushed toward her, she gripped the hilt of her katana as he came at her, she quickly dodged as he sliced at her with his katana and then brought it back, the blade rushed down at her , she quickly blocked his blow with her blade and pushed him back. Sage sheathed her Katana as he quickly turned around, tenticals flew straight at her coming from all sides, she dodged one as it came from her right, it barely missed her as she did a back flip she stopped short grabbing her side as blood soaked her side and not long after she landed did another came at her , she brought up her Takuyashi once more blocking it's attack and unsheathed her katana slicing the blade right through it. She heard his dark laughter behind her as she fought to keep alive.

"Sooner or later you will began to get tired my dear, you can't fight off all of them for to long it's useless, you will fall in my hands." Sage blocked another slicing the blade through

it, her breathing was begining to become heavy. " You keep saying that Naraku but i doubt you will succeed." She said as sliced through another. Sage turned to Naraku, throwing her hand out, as a bright white light came and he was thrown back, slamming into a nearby tree, wood flew in different directions. Sage smirked seeing her chance she

quickly moved forward raising her Takuyashi and threw it once more, and watched as the blades spun cutting through Naraku once more, the blades tore him to shreds straight through the middle destroying his heart, a bright red lights shined and he exploded and a wooden doll fell to the ground.

Sage slowly walked over toward it, and picked up. "It was only a demon puppet.... Figures, i should've known." She said as she examined it once more. She heard footsteps behind and quickly turned drawing her katana. " Whoa! There is no need killing me, it's me Nadiya, just put down the sword." Sage she didn't lower her katana, and looked her over. " If your Nadiya then prove it." She she said remebering that Naraku could take anyform he wished. Nadiya looked surprised. "Huh? Sage it is me what has gotten into you...." She

said backing up a little, her raven black her bounced with life as she took another step back.

Sage lowered her katana, realizing she was only being foolish. " Gomen-Nasai i thought you were Naraku." Nadiya titled her head some. "Who's Naraku? Was that the demon you were just fighting?" Sage nodded. " Hai, i knew him, i use to run with him but i defied him,

he's a half demon and he called demons to feast on his flesh so he could become a demon, because of me..... I saved him once before and now he has came back for me, he has a real obession with me." Nadiya nodded. " But... you killed him right?" Nadiya asked as she walked over toward her friend.

"Iie, i didn't that what you saw was only a demon puppet, something he uses so he can stay in safety intill the time is right." Nadiya's face went a little pale. " So you mean he's still out there." "Hai, and he will be back, he wants me dead and he wont stop intill i am."

Nadiya layed a hand on her shoulder when she noticed her wound. " Sage your hurt, he hurt you." Nadiya said, concern on her face. Sage winced but backed away. " I'll be fine, it only a scratch." She said and managed a smile. Nadiya shook her head. "You're not fine your hurting , we should take you to Genkai's temple so she can clean your wounds and fix you up."

Nadiya took her friend's hand. "Please Sage." She said with a worried look. Sage nodded. " Ok, i'll go." Nadiya smiled. "Good." Sage started to walk forward when she winced grabbing her side, she didn't realize she was that hurt, she was to in to keeping herself alive that she didn't feel any pain. "Sage, your really bad off, i'm worried about you....."

Before she could finish her sentence she was thrown back, her back slamming into a tree.

" NADIYA!" Sage yelled and turned to help her friend when a black mist surrounded her, she covered her mouth and began to cough dropping to her knees. "This is.....Miasma..."

Sage chocked out as she tried to keep from breathing it in.

Naraku stepped from the woods, his raven black hair flowed past his shoulders, his ruby red eyes were locked on her, he wore a black and white kimono. He stepped before her.

"Now look at you Sage, weak and pathetic easy prey to kill, you trained well since i last saw you, but not well enough, You should of never defied me." He said his voice deep, as he watched her try to stand up but found that she couldn't. "Hm, your hurt not much you can do to stop anymore, my dear might as well give it up, because your death is all i want then i go after your family, that Spirit detective you love so much is next." He said.

"N....No....Leave him alone..Y..You bastard." She managed to choke out as the Miasma thickened. "Hm, to bad i have to kill Sage you were always my favorite, but he will die aswell." He said as he unsheathed his sword again and brought it down, when Sage caught the blade between her hands, she slowly and painfully stumbled to her feet, she threw him back but he moved forward with ease bring it down again, she quickly unsheathed her katana blocking it, her blood soaked hands gripped tightly on the hilt.

Naraku smirked as he watched her fight. She coughed as the Miasma seemed to surround her more. "You are strong still, but this is the end for you my dear." He said as he brought out his other hand to her chest, his hand forming into a tentical bursting through her chest and out the other side. She let out a gasp her hands grabing his clothes then fell to her knees.

Nadiya slowly got to her knees when she saw her friend fall to the ground. " No!! Sage." She got to her feet as she ran to Sage's side. Naraku chuckled as he stepped back into the woods. His voice called out. "You will stay alive a little longer my dear, give a little message to Yusuke for me, Sage is mine now, but don't worry he be surprised to see what i have planned for him." Is all he said before his voice faded away.

Yusuke: Answer me one question Aki Tooshi.

Naomi: What is it?

Yusuke: How the hell do you know Naraku?

Naomi: Hun did you even pay attention when i explained how i knew him.

Yusuke: Iie.

Naomi: See there is your problem you need to pay attention.

Yusuke: I do i just didn't quiet understood that.

Naomi :::Sighs:::: Go read back and you'll find out.

Hiei: Hn! I told you he doesn't have a brain.

Yusuke: Shut up shrimpy I DO HAVE A BRAIN!!!!!

Hiei: ::::Eye begins to twitch::::: You want to die early don't you Baka Spirit Detective.

Yusuke: o.O;; Iie, i don't.

Naomi: You just had to open your big mouth didn't you Yusuke.

Nadiya: I believe he does, he always seems to get himself into some kind of trouble.

Naomi: Hai, that's true.

Yusuke: Hey!!!!

Naomi: Gomen Yusuke but it's true.
