Yusuke, Kurama, Kwuabara, Touya, and Jin came to visit Hiei & Mukuro.

Meanwhile, Hiei was running through the forest enjoying himself.

The gang came through the portal and into the forest. Yusuke was the first to feel Hiei's Ki.

Yusuke: Hiei where are you!

Kurama: Yusuke, Hiei's behind you.

Kwuabara: Hey shorty what's up

Hiei: What are you doing here?

Yusuke: We forgot to tell him Kwuabara was coming.

Hiei: Make sure he doesn't cause to much trouble.

Kwuabara: Hey I came here to see you shrimp

Hiei: You think I care

Kurama: Shall we go

Jin: I'm hungry were ya live?

Hiei: Follow me

Hiei led them through the forest, past the meadow, and to Mukuro's palace.

Jin: that's a big house

Hiei: Come it's almost dark

Kwuabara: Shrimps afraid of the dark

Hiei: No the assassins come at night fall

Yusuke: Are they strong?

Hiei: The three that guard the palace by night and gone on missions by day could kill Raisen easily.

All: Wow!

Kurama: (in thought) I knew three demons who were that strong

Kurama: Hiei do you know there names?

Hiei: No there a complete mystery. Only Mukuro knows anything about them.

Touya: She didn't tell you who they were?

Hiei: No I didn't even ask

Jin: So ask

The door of the palace opened and they were safe.

Hiei led them to the dining room so they could eat. After that he took them to Mukuro.

Hiei: Mukuro we have some guests.

Mukuro: Hello so nice to see you again.

Just then the guards yelled that there was an army of 1000's of demons.

Mukuro: Who's leading them?

Demon guard: Shinnea

Mukuro: Send the assassins and tell them I want his head as poof he's dead.

Demon guard: Yes ma'am

The shrill cries of pain and agony made them all flinch. The sounds of the flesh tearing off the bone and the screams of pain from the demons were increasing in volume. The smell of blood, burning flesh, plants, and frozen carcasses made some of them gag. Then three cloaked figures appeared. One of the cloaked demons tossed a head onto the floor in front of Mukuro.

Mukuro: That's him no doubt about it.

Cloaked demon 1: We did as you asked.

Demon2: Do you need the head on a silver platter

Demon three: Or can we get rid of it

Mukuro: You may destroy it

One of the demons formed a fire ball and the severed head was consumed in the black flame.

Demon 1: Before I forget Yumi is waiting in the lobby. He wants to talk to you.

Mukuro: thank you. You are dismissed

The three demons vanished.

Mukuro; Hiei show our friends there rooms.

Hiei: Sure

Mukuro went down stairs to the lobby to talk to Yumi while Hiei took them upstairs to show them their rooms.

Yumi: I've come to talk to you about the increasing wars to gain Youko's territory.

Mukuro: Yumi you know that land belongs to the strongest demon in the three worlds

Yumi: Yes but she still believes he's alive and won't claim it

Mukuro: I'll talk to her and tell her to something about it

Mukuro leading Yumi to the door and Yumi's hand grasping a small dagger.

Yumi:* Grinning* Mukuro say hello to Youko for me

Mukuro turning to ask him what he meant was stabbed through the heart. The dagger piercing the flesh, muscle and tissue was ripped violently through her bone. Blood poured through the wound as she fell to the ground. Her blood had formed a pool under her limp body.

Hiei hit the ground hard as he felt her ki fade.

Kurama: Hiei what's wrong

Hiei: Mukuro's dead

All wore a shocked expression of worry. As they raced after Hiei.

One of the cloaked demons stood in front of Yumi staring at the burning corpse that belongs to Mukuro. Yumi sent the dagger into the side of the shocked demon. The demon stumbled backwards.

Cloaked demon: Yumi you'll pay for this!

Yumi: Aryanna I did this to get to you

I stood in shock, screaming in my mind NO! NOT AGAIN! NO NO NO!!! NO MORE DEATH!!! NO THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO DIE!

I snapped my past forcing itself into the front of my mind. Death I'd seen it so many times, my parents, my childhood friends, my…my own brother gone lost forever. So why do I have to see more. I fled into the Renkai after that. I had to get away.

Kureene and Lynal helped me through the portal. All three of us running from a nightmare. As I drift into unconsciousness.
