Kurama and Yusuke were standing in front of a desk with a young brown haired man sitting at the desk. A blue haired girl in a pink kimono was to the right of Kurama. In a corner, as far away as someone could be, a short, muscular man wearing a black cloak, with black hair with a small burst of white stood in the shadows. Kurama and Yusuke were explaining what they think might of happened with Kuwabara to the three people.

"Koenma, do you have any way of finding Kuwabara?" asked Yusuke. He was looking pissed off, concerned, and frazzled at the same time.

"Yes Yusuke we do, but first we should..." the young man sitting at the desk started and took a deep breath before continuing. "We should check to make that Kuwabara...is...still alive." Koenma said with a pained look on his face. Yusuke looked as if someone kicked his dog.

"How fast can you find out Koenma?" asked Kurama looking with concern towards Yusuke.

"Not fast enough, Botan run and go get Kuwabara's file." Koenma said and the blue haired girl disappeared. "Normally we aren't allowed to look at files of humans unless they're dead, but because this is Kuwabara..." Koenma didn't finish his sentence. The atmosphere in the room was extremely heavy. Botan came back with a file after what seemed like ages, but was actually less than a minute.

"Here you go Lord Koenma." said the girl, she sounded like she was about to cry. Koenma opened the file and gave a sigh of relief.

"He's alive. He's unconscious, but otherwise unhurt." annouced Koenma. Kurama and Botan gave a sigh of relief and smiled. The man in black was just a calm onlooker, showing no emotion.

"Where...is...he?" asked a extremely angry voice. The voice was coming from Yusuke. One look at him and you could tell he was extremely angry, he was surround by blue light. Kurama and Botan took a step back.

"Uh...Yusuke?" Botan asked timidly. Yusuke looked like he was about to explode.

"WHERE THE HELL IS HE? THAT STUPID IDIOT GETTING HIM SELF KIDNAPED, I'LL KILL HIM FOR GETTING KIDNAPPED!!" shouted Yusuke, his eyes were now glowing.

"Yusuke calm down!! Kuwabara is fine, he is still in the human world." Koenma said trying to reason with Yusuke. Yusuke immediately relaxed.

"He's in the human world, oh good than he can get here by him self." Yusuke said happily.

"If he was abducted by demons, he would probably have a difficult time." reminded Kurama.

"Oh Yeah. Hey binky breath, can you tell if he's near demons?" asked Yusuke as he put his arms behind his head.

"The file says Kuwabara is only near humans." said Koenma.

"You're kidding!" Yusuke laughs. "That's freaking hilarious, Kuwabara fights dangerous demons all the time and he gets kidnapped by humans! Don't ya think Hiei?"

"Hn." said the cloaked figure.

"Uh oh." said Koenma. Everyone looked at him, Koenma was looking in the file and was as white as a sheet.

"What 'Uh oh'? That 'Uh oh' better be a good 'Uh oh'." said Yusuke.

"Oh this is bad." said Koenma.

"How bad is it Koenma?" asked Botan. Koenma took a deep breath.

"For the past 3 years, humans have been disappearing from all over the world." said Koenma as calm as he could. "The last place they are alive is an island in the middle of the pacific ocean. But we can never find their souls once they die on that island."

"What do you mean? You're the prince of the dead, you should be able to find human souls with ease." said Yusuke.

"We can't find their souls. They aren't ghosts, we're able to find ghosts with ease, because they send out a specific spirit wave." Koenma informed. "The only reason we wouldn't be able to find them is if their souls are trapped in something and can't escape."

"Is there a reason you haven't gone to the island Koenma?" asked Kurama, he was getting that concerned look again.

"We've gone there many times, but we can't find anything." Koenma paused. "We can't even find the remains of the humans."

"Doesn't the file tell you where the bodies are, you found Kuwabara that way." asked Botan.

"Unfortunately no, the file doesn't tell anything about the body once it's dead. After someone dies, our concerns are only for the soul." responded Koenma. "What's more disturbing, is that the file can't tell us where the soul is, that has never happened before on record before people started disappearing on that island."

"Koenma." said Yusuke. Everyone turned to look at him. "Are you telling me that Kuwabara is on that island." Koenma paused for awhile before finally nodding.

"Yes."


Me: Yessssssssss!! I'm done with second chapter!!

Yusuke: Booo! Why don't you just burn it?

Me: Why would I burn it?

Yusuke: Cause it would make everyone happy.

Me: No it wouldn't

Yusuke: I wouldn't have to look for Kuwabara than.

Me: Well too bad

Yusuke: Where's Kuwabara any way?

Me: Didn't you listen to Koenma?

Yusuke: Do I ever?

Me: ...Poor Kuwabara
