Warnings: This chapter will go over the pregnancy, but make it faster, for I just want to get to the good stuff already.

The Pregnant Disease Chapter 7: Pregnancy

"Hiei? Hiei are you awake," said Hiei heard in his sleep. At first he thought this would be simple, but the past few months have been tiring, and it obviously was taking its toll upon him. For now he was sleeping, on the floor. Reluctantly, he opened one eye, and found it was Kurama looking at him worriedly.

"Are you alright? I've been saying your name for the past five minutes," he heard him ask. Grumbling to himself, he got up and responded, "Is there anything you wanted to eat? Are you cold? Hot?"

"No, I'm just fine. Yusuke already gave me some food to eat. In fact, both him and Kuwabara are bringing chocolate milkshakes, watermelon, rice balls, and a few other things for me, and I asked them to bring you some cocoa," and Kurama went on about food.

/How can he eat…so much? / Hiei kept asking himself. He just looked at his pregnant lover with wide eyes, and soon remembered the first things that happened after he arrived.

First, he was amazed at how much one could throw-up. Every morning in the first two months, he had to watch as Kurama lost his lunch, and keep his hair back. Then there were the weird food cravings, as he was warned before. There were also mood swings, and those were very difficult to handle. He either had to hold onto him, while he cried, or dodge all the things he threw at him.

Hiei soon broke out of his reverie when he realized Kurama was no longer talking, but just making a few small noises.

"What is it? Something wrong," he immediately asked. The green-eyed boy only smiled at him, and brought Hiei's hand to his stomach. Still smiling, Kurama answered, "The baby is kicking me."

"Hey you two love birds! We're back with the grub," Yusuke announced happily as he entered the room with Kuwabara. He then stated, seeing the scene in front of him, "Aw, it's a Kodak moment. Wait, let me get my camera!"

"Hey Hiei, I was thinking, can you use your Jagan to find out what the baby is," Kuwabara asked out of the blue.

"I'm surprised I didn't ask that already. Yusuke, could you get my baby names book," Kurama asked, while Hiei just smiled slightly at the feel of the baby's kicks. It was not until he saw his love holding the babies names book, did he remove the band around his Jagan.

"Ah good, I was going to order you to do that," a familiar voice said entering the room. Everyone almost jumped in shock, but soon groaned at finding it was only Botan, Genkai, and Koenma.

"I need to know what type of demons Kurama is going to give birth to, as well as this, how in the hell can you accidentally swallow a demon egg through your…rear end," Koenma asked.

"Hey, come to think of it, I want to know too," Yusuke then stated looking at the now blushing redhead. Everyone had their eyes on him, and Hiei was able to sense all the nervousness coming off of his love.

"Everyone get the fuck out before I burn you," he threatened, his skin starting to turn green. Immediately, only Hiei and Kurama were in the room. With a sigh of relief, "Thank you Hiei. I'm relieved I don't have to tell anyone."

"Yes you do. I'm curious to know as well. And I won't threaten myself to leave," the fire demon stated turning back to his normal skin shade. Kurama only looked down, rubbing his stomach, and contemplating on how to explain it.

"I…I was visiting the demon world, but while there, a winged demon of sorts just jumped out at me, and I immediately defended myself. I ended up killing it, and then another one of the same kind came out. Again, I defended myself, and thought I killed that one as well, but while walking calmly, I felt something push me down."

"So you're saying, a winged demon…shoved the egg up your ass," Hiei asked, trying to contain himself. This would be the first time he'd ever really laugh, but he didn't want to hurt Kurama's feelings by doing so. Either way the others soon started to knock on the door, and seemed really anxious.

"You can come back in you idiots. Only I'm not going to tell you what Kurama has just told me," the fire demon stated becoming serious again. On cue, the others entered, and asked for him to find out what the baby was going to be.

Gently, he placed his hands on Kurama's swollen stomach, and began to feel around in different spots at a time. With his Jagan fully open, it only took him a few moments to find the head of the baby.

"The baby is…a boy," he then stated, but soon saw something else besides that one baby. Concentrating more, he soon stated in discovery, "And a girl."

"What!?! You mean Kurama is going to have two kids! How is that possible? I thought you only have one child from one egg," Yusuke started to babble on in confusion.

"Shut up Urameshi! It's probably something that happens all the time with demon eggs," Kuwabara stated all knowingly.

"Oh, and what are you? Some type of demon egg expert," the black-haired boy started to argue.

"Both of you shut up! And Kuwabara, you are correct. It is not uncommon for demons who lay eggs to give birth to two offspring instead of just one. Yet most of the time it's only male offspring," Genkai yelled/explained.

"Indeed. The only excuse for the other being a girl, are Hiei's sperm. For every demon of his kind, just like a human, have a Y and X chromosome. So he contributed in making one a boy, and the other a girl," Koenma then explained afterward.

"Either way I won't be able to tell you what type of demons they will be. I'm only able to see what sex they'll be," Hiei stated, yawning, wrapping his Jagan again, and gently laying his head on Kurama's stomach like a pillow.
