You saw a katana in someone's hands… and watched a black and white blur move like lightening around Cassius, the blur stopped, back to you, it was a boy… around your age, his katana was dripping with blood… you watched as Cassius fell to pieces on the floor….

The boy who saved you, was a little taller than you… making you feel really short… he had black, gravity defying hair, he turned to face you, he had a starburst of white hair above a white bandanna covering his forehead. His eyes were blood red, and you saw the pain they held… it captivated you… pulling you in… threatening to swallow you whole… and make you fall…

"Baka ningen… you should watch what you do!" he growled, he glared at you for staring, you blushed and looked down. 'Did he call me a ningen… isn't he human too?'

"Who are you calling a ningen!? You're not a demon! They don't exist!" you glared back at him, his eyes flared… you hit a nerve…

"Than you just said you don't exist, baka…. Since I assume you are ____(insert name here)… I might as well say you ARE a demon…" You stepped back, this guy was nuts… 'Mad as a hatter… but as hot as they get…' the guy's cheeks dusted pink ever so slightly, but you took no notice…

"Yeah… and a dodo just flew past…" you rolled your eyes, "I'm human, born and bred, not a single thread of demon in me…"

"Wrong… you are a demon… and you're coming with me…" he took a tight grip of your wounded arm, you winced from the pian, he suddenly noticed the protruding bone… he rolled his eyes, "Weak ningen…" he muttered,

"Ha! You have contradicted yourself! Saying first that I'm a demon, and than saying I'm a Ningen!" You smiled in triumph, the boy looked into your eyes,

"You're a demon in a Ningen body…" he shook his head, suddenly, you felt a sharp pain in your head…like something… or possibly…. Someone was trying to break loose… it felt like your mind was splitting, and being crushed at the same time… so much pressure… The world blurred, changing from red back to normal, until they blurred into one fuzzy mess… you heard the boy say something to you, but you couldn't make it out… all you could hear were the voices… the screams… a flash of something came… and imprinted itself on your mind… it was her… she was the darkness… its very essence. She was made of the shadows, ever played Ico? She looked like Yorda in the last scenes at the castle when she's like a shadow… but one MAJOR difference… a gem over her heart, it glistened… with a dark light, emanating it… controlling it… the darkness dripped off her… her eyes were yellow cat eyes, no whites… every detail of her figure could be seen… her clothes… her hair… her necklace… her fangs… all of it… as soon as you saw her flash… the pain became stronger… and you felt another pain… Right over your heart… it was like someone was digging in their hand, and searching for something…. You put your hand over, and looked down, your vision returning… but as soon as you saw what was happening you wished your eyes had never existed… your skin rippled, and slowly moved like water away as a dark gem slowly protruded out. You watched as it slowly stoped, the skin not stopping its rippling… it made you feel ill… and you watched as dark veins of it appeared through the skins… taking in your figure, appearance… as if deciding on if you were right to be it's owner… the veins glowed with a dark aura… and the pain subsided… you fell out of consciousness… with a new something flowing through your veins… it was dark… and you liked it…

….I love that last bit! Why? I have no idea… maybe because it sounds so cool! I want to be like that!
