Kurama: Hello Melissa. I see you are putting up your first story.

Millie: *blushes* Oh why yes Kurama.

Black: *sees Millie blushing* Oooooh Love is in the air.

Millie: *shoots a mean look at Black* Shut up!!! *whispers*

Black: *Runs around the room yelling* MILLIE LOVES FOXBOY!!! MILLIE LOVES FOXBOY!!!

Millie: *runs away*

Kurama: *blushes and sweatdrops at the same time* Well Melissa or Millie doesn't own anything so have a good time reading.

“RACHEL…RACHEL” Someone called to her as we were walking down the street to my house. She looked up only to see some of her old friends waving to her from the coffee shop Fairgrounds. She waved to them and started walking over. I just stood there not sure if I should walk with her or just go on my own. It was 9:30 at night and I was a little hesitant about walking the streets alone.

“Rachel, I'll just meet you back at the house ok?” I told her.

“Uhh yeah sure. See ya.”

I walked down the busy, people filled street and turned the corner. It was completely empty except for the rustling of leaves and the scattering of squirrels. I kept walking, thinking about what I wanted to do and just thinking about people that I liked. Just like any normal girl would. But what if I wasn't normal? What if I was special and worth something to somebody?

“That's stupid.” I said to myself. Then a huge gust of wind blew my hair and surprised me. “What the hell?”

Then, right before my eyes stood a person that I thought, no knew I would never meet. Before me stood the one and only Kurama. My eyes widened and I gasped.

`Ok I am officially CRAZY' I thought to myself. He was walking towards me.

“WHO ARE YOU?” I yelled. “YOU'RE NOT REAL. GO AWAY.”

He stopped where he was.

“Melissa I assure you, you are not crazy. You know who I am.” He said.

I walked toward him in disbelief and looked him straight in his emerald green eyes. He chuckled and opened a portal to the spirit world. I looked behind me and saw the portal. My mouth dropped open and I took a step back only to bump into him.

“So-*ahem* Sorry.” I said.

“You must come with me to Koenma to discuss your training and you class of demon.” He put his hand out to me to help to the portal. I grabbed it and looked into the vast, swirling circle.

“Do not worry. I will protect you.” He said and I blushed. We jumped in and landed in Koenma's office. There I saw my very best friend Sarah standing next to Hiei, all red in the face. She saw me and ran over.

“MILLIE!!!” She grabbed my arm.
