Yu Yu Hakusho Fan Fiction ❯ Trapped between two girls. ❯ beautiful...BUT WHAT?!? ( Chapter 12 )

[ P - Pre-Teen ]

After running around the kitchen like wild monkeys, Heather and Kitty finally stopped. Well, Heather ended up hiding behind Hiei while Kitty stood in front of Hiei and Heather.

"Come on Heather, come out from behind him…I just want to talk…" Kitty said and looked past Hiei to her.

Heather shook her head violently, "Crazy talk, not going to not uh…nope!" Heather moved closer to Hiei.

`Like he is going to protect her…' Kitty thought to herself as she watched him glare over his shoulder. Yusuke and Kuwabara had sat at the table and watched the girls during their chasing game and Kurama was now standing about a foot behind Kitty watching what was going on.

"Onna…get away from me…" Hiei said as he took a step to the right leaving Heather to be shown from her `hiding place.'

"Gee thanks for the help from when I healed your stomach!" Heather said as she started to run for the Kitchen door.

"Oh no you don't!" Kitty said and took a few steps before she dove and tackled Heather to the ground. Heather was lying on her stomach with Kitty sitting on her back.

"You people are evil I tell you…" She said and tried to stand up but couldn't.

"Nope you either bandage it to get me off or I heal it. If neither then I can just sit here all day…" Kitty said as she stretched her legs out to be more comfortable.

"But I don't like either choice…"

"One or the other…"

Heather gave a long sigh, "Fine where the hell are the bandages?" Kitty smiled as she got off of Heather and helped her up.

"They are in your bathroom." Kitty instructed as Heather left down the hall to her room.

"Seems you know ways to get her to take care of herself…" Kurama said looking at Kitty.

"You just got to know her to know how to treat her." She responded as she looked at the group. "What are we going to do today?" Kitty asked tilting her head to the side like an innocent child.

"Well since we already saw the two of you in battle, we were going to do that today…so I guess today with just be a…"

"Lazy day?" Yusuke asked hopefully.

"I suppose so…" Kuwabara and Yusuke both shot up from their seats and started to run out of the room and down the hall with shouts of joy.

"Video Games!" They both said at the same time. It echoed through the hall.

Kitty sweat dropped, "Are they always like that?"

Kurama nodded his head with a small smile and a sweat drop, "Every time…" Hiei gave a small `Hn' and left the room

"And him?"

"Never the one to talk too much to anyone…" Kurama shrugged lightly and started to walk to the entrance to the room and to the hallway.

`Why do these people just leave the room without telling other people…?' Kitty asked herself as she walked out with him.

"So…where are you going?" She asked as the two of them walked down the hall past many random doors that lined every wall.

"Just to the indoor Garden…" Kurama said as he walked past a rather large door.

`O0o0o Garden pretty… I hope it has roses…' Kitty thought with hopes in her thoughts. The two of them continued to walk side by side through the halls the amount of doors on the walls growing less and less until the doors where about 5 yards apart.

"We almost there?" Kitty asked as Kurama came to a sudden halt at a red door. It Had random flowers painted all over it, every one with so much detail that it looked realistic.

"You read my mind…" Kurama said as he turned the doorknob and walked into a brightly lighted room. Kitty looked to the ground as she walked in but the string scent of flowers instantly hit her nose as she heard the door shut. She titled her head up to see a beautiful, colorful, and healthy Garden before. There were wildflowers, Sakura trees, Lavender, Baby's breathe, and many others. But the one flower that caught her eyes was the giant bed of roses that lay in the center of it all. The rose petals of the center roses were a blood rose and the leaves were a healthy green. The outer most roses, the surrounding roses, were a light rosy pink and the leaves where the same as the red ones.

"Wow…pretty…" She awed at the atmosphere around her and spun around looking at it all.

"I am guessing that you like this garden…" Kurama said as he strolled over and sat on a bench under a tree by the roses. Kitty nodded her head.

"Mhmm…" She said as she slowly walked over to where Kurama was while idolizing the area around her at the same time. She sat down beside him and sunk into the back of the bench, clearly calmed by the nice aroma around her. It was rocking and cradling her mind as it soothed her thoughts.

`I wonder how Heather is doing with bandaging her arm…I mean I know she will bandage it because if not then I will heal it…and she never likes it when I heal her wounds…'

Kurama was looking at Kitty as he watched her eyes droop a bit. `I can't help but wonder why Koenma needs to see the two of them…they don't seem like they would have caused a crime anytime soon…or have been in any trouble at all…you never know…' Youko had said that last part of Kurama's thoughts as he watched Kitty relax a bit.

"Looks like you are already adjusting to the relaxation day you are receiving…" Kurama said. Kitty simple nodded her head. "So…" Kurama started.

"So what…?" Kitty asked.

"How did you meet your friend?" `I should at least try to get to know her better….' Kurama thought to himself. That question began the long talk that the two of them shared. They talked about things from favorite colors, friends, and even favorite weapon to use during battle.

"And why exactly do they call you Kitty?" Kurama asked looking at Kitty's ears, "You don't have the ears to be a cat…"

Kitty looked at him and smiled giving a rather cat like meow as a response. Kurama smiled the slightest bit from it, "I guess that answers my question…" He said and Kitty nodded her head.

"So, do you maintain this garden or something?" Kitty asked still admiring the wonderful flowers that were sprouted from the ground.

"Yes, actually I do when we are not on missions."

"I figured so…" She smiled widely at him but her face turned to a curious one as a loud speaker sounded from the wall that the door was on.

"Will The Spirit Detective, Kitty, and Heather please report to Koenma's office immediately, I repeat, Will The Spirit Detectives, Kitty, and Heather please report to Koenma's office." I click could be heard after, what sounded to be Koenma, finishes speaking.

"Does he normally so that?" Kitty asked with a long and heavy sigh.

"Yes, he does…" Kurama said as she slowly, as if unwillingly stood up. He held out his hand for Kitty who eyed it before she took it and was pulled to her feet.

Kurama began walking still holding her hand without realizing, well, it seemed that both of them didn't realize it as the walked out of the beautiful wonder and into the rather dull hallway. Kurama was sort of the leader as the maneuvered through the hallways like a maze. After about what seemed like forever Kitty spoke up.

"Are we there yet?"

"Almost…" Kurama answered.

"What about now?" Kitty asked

"Yes." Kurama said as he opened the doors to Koenma's office with his free hand still not realizing. As the doors opened Kitty saw that every one was already in there and waiting for the two of them to walk in. Yusuke was the first to look at them.

"Hey you two lovebirds take to long!" He shouted. Both of them looked at one another oddly for the comment and then looked down at the hands that were still linked. Almost instantly the both of them withdrew their hands and blushed a bit as they went to the group.

Yusuke snickered a bit but stopped when Heather threatened him.

"Okay geese…what do you want toddler?" He asked looking at Koenma who was sitting at his desk just looking at them.

"I will ignore that comment like always Yusuke…" He muttered and then continued "Ah yes like I said it wouldn't be too long before I found a proper place for one of you to go, it was rather quick from what I had expected really…"

Heather and Kitty glanced at one another rather nervously before looking back at Koenma.

"Kitty, I believe that a proper place for you to go would be with Kurama, he can help you with the elements with training and-" Koenma was cut off when Kitty shouted.

"What do you mean!?!?!" She shouted and every covered their ears.
