A loud crash echoed through the forest.

Kureene: What was that?

Aryanna: I haven't a clue, but what ever it was it is heading this way!

Kureene and Aryanna sat up quickly. They both ready to attack the intruder that was headed for them.

Youko and Kuroune heard the noise too. They arrived and took a fighting stance. Just then a vixen came through the forest (a female fox). She was carrying her baby in her mouth. She came up to Aryanna and dropped the cub. Aryanna looked at the fox in amazement. Aryanna couldn't believe a fox giving it's cub up just like that. Suddenly another huge explosion this time much closer cracked through the air. Aryanna new then and there that she gave the cub up to save its life. But who was hunting the fox. The fox quickly ran back into the forest and there was a sharp yelp like someone whose life was ripped away from them. Then there was silence. A man appeared carrying the dead body of the fox over his shoulder.

Man: Who are you?

Youko: This is my land so the question is who are you?

Man: Don't get all moody on me. My name is Shunro

Youko: Shunro you can stay but don't do anything stupid or you will die

Shunro: Okay I got it so don't get all uptight

Aryanna quickly snatched up the cub and began to walk back to camp when he said something.

Shunro: Well, well what do we have here a beauty with a beast

Kureene: Shut up

Shunro: Don't be so grumpy I was just trying to be polite

Kureene: Well go be polite somewhere else

Shunro: Fine I might if everyone around here is so grumpy (looked at Aryanna and mumbles something)

Aryanna: Youko I don't like that man there is something unusual about him something is not right

Youko: Aryanna don't worry he is only staying another day and whether he wants to or not he will leave

Aryanna: Why can't we just get rid of him right now?

Youko: Cause we need to find out what he was doing out here first

Aryanna: Understood

~~~~~~~~~~~~At Aryanna's Tent~~~~~~~

Aryanna: <So what's your name little guy>

Baby fox: <Mommy didn't give me one then bad man kill family mommy got me out everyone else is dead>)

Aryanna: <who is bad man?>

Baby fox: < Man outside. Did man kill mommy?>

Aryanna: (nods)

Baby fox: < what are you going to name me>

Aryanna thought about it.

Aryanna: <How does Kitsune sound?>

Kitsune: <My name>

Aryanna was feeding Kitsune with a bottle when she heard something the a cage rattled and a mans voice.

Man's voice: Stupid creatures(kicks cage again) Why do I even bother keeping you?

A sharp howl echoed through the night.

Voice: Shut up. Listen you must kill all you see and if you don't I will kill you two remaining pups.

A growl lit in that instance.

Voice: Do you understand?

A solemn bark gave that man the satisfaction he wanted. The cage was opened and whatever was in it went into the camp and screams were heard.

The man was hiding and watching the massacre.

Aryanna ran with the cub in her hand to Youko's tent.

Aryanna: Youko!

Youko: Aryanna what is going on?

Aryanna: Someone let lose a monster on the camp

Youko: We must kill it and then find the culprit

Aryanna: Agreed

They went out in to the panic of demons as they ran for their lives trying to escape from the beast.

The beast was a shadow wolf. They are wolfs with amazing speed and accuracy. They made a perfect killing machine, but the problem was they had a mind like any demons. They thought everything through and didn't follow what they were told because they didn't like it.

Kureene: What took you so long this thing is strong

Aryanna: It is a shadow wolf

Kureene: A shadow wolf, but why is it attacking us

Aryanna: Someone is forcing it to

Kureene: Poor thing

Just then it lunged at Aryanna. Suddenly it fell to the ground an arrow in it's side.

Shunro: You need to be more careful

Aryanna: What's that in your hands?

Shunro: I found it's cubs

The shadow wolf stood up and made a lunge for Shunro's throat, but it was to weak and he through it back to the ground.

As a last resort it sent a message to Aryanna.

Shadow wolf: < You must free my pups from him he is evil cares nothing for life. I wouldn't have attacked your people if he hadn't threatened my pups lives, but he did so I die now hoping it was not in vain. Please save them….>

Aryanna: (bent down and touched it) Poor soul. Your request will be honored.

Aryanna: Shunro you will release those pups now

Shunro: No I won't (he grabbed Aryanna and held a Knife to her throat) No one move or she will die

Just then the black pup's eyes opened and he sank his teeth into Shunro's arm.

Shunro: Ahhh (flings both pups to the ground and starts at Aryanna)

Kitsune's eyes glowed and plants springed from the ground and consumed him. Shunro was dead there was no doubt about that.

~~~~~Next Morning~~~~~~~~

Aryanna and her new friends walked through the forest. Killer the black wolf, Shinta the white wolf, and Kitsune the fox.

Kureene caught up with them and petted all three of them.

Kureene: So what is next?

Ayanna grins and tags Kureene.
