Chapter Two - Stuck with…

Second period was a bit strange; an argument erupted between you and Hiei. Why the argument started, you couldn't remember. Maybe it was something about him telling you that you were looking a bit…fat?

"Asshole," you mutter under your breath walking away from Hiei and stepping into your third period class. Hiei shot you a glare before you disappeared into the classroom, Hiei walked towards the teacher, still giving a deadly look.

You sigh and watch as Hiei starts to tell the teacher something, until Sabrina steps in front of you, smiling. "Hi, ________, can I have my sweater now?"

"Yeah, here." You say giving Sabrina her sweater.

"Still stuck with Hiei?" Sabrina asks putting on her sweater.

"Yes, he's an asshole." You mutter.

"Really? What did he do?" Sabrina asks as both of you walked to your desks.

You look at Kurama, whom was sitting next to Sabrina. Hiding a smile, you look at Sabrina, "Taking care of Shuuichi?"

A blush spreads across Sabrina's face, she glares at you; "I'm only showing him around, now tell me what he did."

"He called me a wench." You whisper.

"He's only flirting with you." Sabrina whispers, smiling and winking.

"WHAT?!" you yell.

"________, Quiet down. Hiei pick a seat," Mr. Morris said turning around and writing something on the board.

"Sorry," you mutter.

"ALRIGHT CHILDREN! PAY ATTENTION!" Hiei walks next to you and takes a seat, Mr. Morris continues, "First of all, everyone meet Hiei and Shuuichi, new transfer students from Japan. Ok, now that that's out of the way, everyone turn to your journals on page 86, we'll continue with our lesson on `Weather and Erosions' chapter."

You flip towards the page and share with Hiei, as much as you'd wish you didn't have to, while Sabrina shares with Kurama. `They make a cute couple,' you think grimly and glance back at Hiei, `why did I have to get stuck with him?'

You stare down at the stuff that the school called and sold `FOOD'. You glance at the cafeteria lady, her horrid face sent chills down your spine. `Don't be mean!' a little voice in the back of your head scolds you as you walk away.

You sigh, drop you `food' and sat yourself on the seat, you look around Sabrina is trying to flirt with another guy. But a girl stands up and yells at Sabrina to back off. You shake you head as Sabrina walks over towards you. "No luck in the male department, Sabrina?"

"Shut up," Sabrina hisses sitting across from you and taking your food, "You gonna eat this?" I open your mouth, but quickly close it as you see Sabrina already goggling down your food. The food you paid for. YOUR MONEY! M-O-N-E-Y!

"Like the food I paid for?" you ask, smiling.

"Mee, it's ok." Sabrina said placing a fry in her mouth, a smirk appeared on her face. "Hey look over their, its Hiei, you two seemed to be having a good time in math, gym and science."

"GOOD TIME!? WHAT ARE YOU BLIND?!" You yell out grabbing the attention of every student around you and Sabrina, not to mention Hiei and Kurama's. You blush from embarrassment and lower yourself in the seat you are sitting in.

"HEY! HIEI! OVER HERE!" Sabrina yells.

You look at Sabrina, "What the hell are you doing! Shut up!"

"Aww, you're blushing!" Sabrina said smiling ear to ear.

You hold yourself back from straggling Sabrina as Hiei and Kurama sit on the table; Kurama smile at Sabrina as Hiei just plop down next to you and starts eating the cafeteria food. How can people eat that stuff? You remember in elementary that one of your friends told you that they put flies in the school ketchup. (XD this one girl told me that in elementary, I still don't trust the ketchup from school.)

"…" Hiei looks at you, and says, "You didn't get any food?" You glance over at Sabrina as she smiles innocently towards you. You slowly shake your head and look back over at Hiei. "You can have mine," Hiei said moving closer towards you and putting the tray in between you two.

Your blush starts to return as you can feel Hiei's body heat. "Thanks," you say smiling and grabbing some fries.

"Whom are you staying with?" Sabrina asks, breaking the small silence.

"No one, actually." Kurama answers.

"Really?" Sabrina said, smirking evilly. "Hey, ________, don't you have some free space at your place?"

You glare at Sabrina, "Yes. You can stay over at my house Hiei."

"You can stay over at my house, Shuuichi, my parents won't mind." Sabrina said looking at Kurama.

"I don…." Kurama response.

"Great then it settled!" Sabrina said smiling.

The last classes flew by, fast, and you were very glad. Hiei and you constantly continued to argue about any little thing. You and Hiei were walking in silence, neither wanted to talk to each other. `I should have said no,' you think looking at Hiei out of the corner of your eye.

You finally grow bored of the silence and decide to break it, "If your going to stay with me, I guess we should be friends and no enemies."

"Hn." Hiei muttered.

You glare at Hiei, "Is that the only word that you know?!"

"Hn." Hiei response.

You sigh and mutter a few curses, "Hiei, say something else besides, Hn."

"Hm." Hiei mumbles.

"THAT'S NOT WHAT I MEAN!" You yell.

"Stop yelling, you're attracting unwanted attention." Hiei says, looking at you.

"You're going to have to talk to me, baka." You hiss.

"No I don't." Hiei growls.

You smile, some how you enjoy getting Hiei frustrated, "HERE WE ARE! Home sweet home."

"That piece of crap is your home?" Hiei mutters smirking.

"PIECE OF CRAP!? WHAT THE HELL IS YOU TAKING ABOUT!!" You scream.

Being friends with YOU, the reader, weird I know, or friend with Hiei/Kurama, even thought you're only reading this story go get him into bed with you, but…YOU ALWAYS NEED A PLAN B, RIGHT?!
