You sigh and clean up the last few dirty dishes, glanced over at the living room you see Hiei putting the pillows, or what's left of them, back on the couch. You grin as Hiei tries to take out the white feathers in his hair. "Here, lemme do it." You murmur helping Hiei, making him sit on the couch as you pull out the soft feathers. For some odd reason you fell like you've been doing this for years, if not all your life.

`I must be loosing it,' you think and finish taking out the feathers. "There, all done." Hiei mumble something that sounded like thank you; you just smile, glance over at the neon blue clock and plop down next to him, "So, what do you wanna do?"

Hiei shrugs.

"Ok, how about a movie and some popcorn?" you offer.

"Hn." Hiei response.

"I'll take that as a yeah." You mutter getting up and going into the kitchen. "The DVD's are in the closet, pick one out!" you yell from the kitchen.

The popcorn is done in minutes, and you already put it in a bowl; Hiei had selected a movie and placed it in the DVD player. You place the bowl of popcorn on the table and sit next to Hiei; Hiei pushes the play button and the movie starts. You glance at Hiei; "Sabrina invited us to the beach tomorrow, do you wanna go?"

"Hn." Hiei grunts.

You roll your eyes and stare at the television…

Halfway through the movie, you're head was resting on Hiei's shoulder and your eyes were halfway closer. Hiei seemed like he didn't mind at all, he glances at the clock and sees why you've rested your head. It was almost midnight. Hiei grabs a blanket from one of the couches and throws it around you and continues to watch the movie, after all the bloody parts about to come on.

You wait up to the sound of birds singing, and the morning sun blinding your eyes. You groan and turn the other side, giving your back to the sun. But apparently there's not a lot of room to move around. You sit up and stretch your arms and legs, glance around the room and find yourself on the couch.

You turn your head and wince, "Ow." Rubbing your neck you see something covered in a black blanket, grabbing the end of the blanket you slowly pull it off the figure. First you see something black and spike, some more comes down and you see a white bandana around the figure forehead. More down and you're able to see the face of the figure, Hiei.

You rub your eyes and stare at Hiei, "He looks like a dark angel when he's sleeping." You smile, grab the popcorn bowl from last night and walked towards the kitchen.

-Kitchen-

"You two looked real cute on the couch together," murmurs Sabrina's calm voice.

You drop the bowl and quickly turn around, only to find Sabrina, Shuuichi and Amber sitting on the kitchen table chairs. Amber bursts out laughing, Shuuichi chuckles and Sabrina just smiles, a playful look in her eyes. You glare at Sabrina and pick up the bowl, throwing it in the sink, "How the hell did you get in here?"

"Key." Sabrina says holding up a yellow key.

"I knew it was a bad idea to give her that." You mutter under your breath and sit next to Amber. "What's up?"

"Nothing but the ceiling." Amber answers.

Sabrina shakes her head and looks at you, "Ready to go to the beach?"

"The beach, right, about that…" you glance over at the living room. "I don't think Hiei wants to go."

"So, we'll leave him here, to protect the house." Amber says smiling.

"No." You mutter glaring at Amber. "We can't leave him here."

"Then we'll take him by force." Sabrina answers.

You sigh and shrug, "Whatever."

Some how all of you manage to go to the beach, Shuuichi managed to get Hiei to come without force. Sabrina and Amber, while pulling you along with them, run towards Kin, Kimi, Kairi and Yumi. You all chatter and head of to the changing rooms; the boys wait while staring at the other girls on the beach.

"WOW! LOOK AT THAT ONE!" Rein yells staring and looking at different girls. (Sound familiar??) Juu, Jun, Joe and Uni step as face as possible from Rein and wait for their girls. Yume finds a rock and throws it at Rein, it makes contact and Rein fall to the ground, out cold.

"Aw, so Hiei and (Your Name) where sleeping on the couch together?" Yume asks Sabrina from one of the stalls.

"Yeah." Sabrina answers back.

"AWWW!!!" all the girls say as you almost curl up in a corner and die.

`Why me?' You ask yourself and finish getting dressed. "Done, I'm leaving." you announce to your friends and walk out of the dressing room.

"AAAWWWWW!!" another wave of `awes' comes to from the changing room, people around the changing room stare at the tent and you start to walk faster away from there.

You catch sight of guys and walked over to them, "Hey guys, ready to go for a swim?" The guys look at you and stare; Umi and Kurama are the only guys that look away. You could have sworn that a blush was about to show on Hiei's face as he glanced away and stared at the ocean. You smile, "Alright guys, relax the others are coming."

"What was all the noise about?" Umi asks trying to get the guys to think of something else.

You sweat drop and laugh, "Noise? Oh the noise…well they saw a really cute baby and couldn't help but say how cute it was…"

They all stare at you.

"What?" You cross your arms and stare at the sand, "You know how girls are."

"Yeah that's true," a couple of them, mutter.

"WE'RE HERE!" announced Amber.

"Great! Let's go!" they shouted.

Juu, Jun, Joe, Kimi, Kairi, Yume (girl twin), Uni, Sabrina and Shuuichi were all in the water messing around with each other. Kin, Yumi (guy twin), you and Hiei decide to stay out of the water for a while and relax. Kin and Yumi rest on towels and work on their tans; you, however, stick around Hiei and stare at the ocean.

You catch Hiei staring at you a couple of time, but other than that both of you were staring at the beautiful blue ocean. The sun was staring to set already, five hours at the beach really pass quickly.

You sigh quietly, pull your knees to you chest and rest your head on your knees. Hiei jumps off the rock he was standing on and sits next to you; you tilt your head and stare at Hiei.

"Enjoying yourself?" you ask smiling.

"Hn." Hiei answers.

You look back at the sunset and mutter, "It's beautiful."

"It is." Hiei murmurs.

You look back at him and find yourself staring into his crimson eyes. A shudder runs down your spine and you look away feeling a blush ready to appear. `Was he talking about the sun or me?' you think.

You glance at Hiei; a smirk is placed on his cold face.

"Hey, lovebirds! Ready to go home, or do you guys still want sometime alone?!" shouted Amber from the water.

You glare at Amber and sigh, "Let's go, its getting cold anyways." Hiei nodded, helps you up and walked next to you, probably to keep you warm. You did say it was getting cold.

The sight of your friends with their loved ones gave you a strange warm feeling inside. Juu, Jun and Joe were with Kimi, Kairi and Kin; hyper Amber was messing with shy Uni. Yume was keeping Rein far as possible from his sister, Yumi. And lastly, Sabrina was enjoying her time with Kurama.

`Everyone has someone,' you think crossing your arms and glancing over at Hiei. `Do I?'
