Viora walked down the halls of Yomi's castle. She was going to see Shura's progress in combat against his father. She often wondered why Shura and Yomi had trained for long hours. They would come in around lunch time and go back to training. Viora walked outside to see Shura get up and run to her.

" Mommy! Did you see me? I was incredible right?"

" Yes you were Shura. You certainly are getting stronger. Why don't you go wash up?"

" Can't mom. I'm going to train. See you and father later "

Shura kissed Viora's cheek and ran past Viora and into the castle. Yomi whiped his face and gave Viora a long kiss. He picked her up and walked inside to their room. Once inside he layed Viora on the bed and took off her shirt and kissed her bare chest. Viora let out a soft moan when Yomi's fingers entered her womanhood. Viora and Viola walked downstairs into the kitchen where Yoita was waiting. He greeted the two with a hug and kissed Viola on the lips. Viora payed them no attention. Instead she filled her cup with hot tea and sliced up lemon and dropped them in her cup. She sat in front of the two and stirred her tea. Viola sipped her coffee and put her cup down. She looked at Viora and began to speak.

" Viora, you know I am your mother and you can tell me anything. If there's anything you have to say you can always come to me. You don't have to hide anything but you have to tell the truth. Who is this Yomi person?"

Viora couldn't believe her ears. How was she going to explain this? ::: How do I get out of this one? Oh mom, Yomi's my fiancee and we're getting married the next Makai moon. Oh don't worry we'll be a happy family. On top of it. I'm pregnant. Don't worry little Destiny will be fine. She's going to be the most beautiful granddaughter despite the fact she's a demon. " Viora "

" Yes! Yomi is Ame's brother. He lives in a nice apartment. I met him at an art gallery in the mall. He's a very nice artist. they live together. I met him through Ame. They're away on vacation but they'll be back tomorrow. Why not invite them over for lunch or something "

" That's not a bad idea. Shuiichi and his mother will be over. We'll all have a wonderful time "

Viora sipped her tea and nodded. ::: Indeed. The time of a lifetime :::

That afternoon Kurama brought Yomi, Shura and Ame to the Ningenkai to meet at Ame's apartment.

" WHAT ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? VIORA HOW COULD YOU SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT ?!?!??!" Ame screamed at the top of her lungs and one of the cars outside flew into a telephone pole. Ame smiled sheepishly and apologized. Viora sighed and slumped on the couch next to Shura. He caressed his mother's hand and gave her a smile. Viora hadn't thought this through. She blurted out the first idea that came to her mind.

" I'm sorry guys. Now the both of you have to be at my house tomorrow for tea and sweets. Yomi you be rude and silent. Be talkative. Shura, you have to call Yomi big brother and Ame big sister. Ame and Kurama you know what to do. Don't mess this up or I'll be screwed. " Everyone nodded and Viora sighed. " Ok, lets go to the mall and get things we may need for tomorrow. "

Kurama drove them to the mall and once they were there they went to find clothes for Yomi first. He refused to be measured and any size he wanted. When another person tried to take his measure Viora could sense he was getting angry. Viora kindly told the man Yomi wouldn't need an assistance. Yomi went into the fitting room and tried on an outfit he chose. When he emerged he wore black pants and a black button up shirt. Yomi decided to take it and and several other pair of pants and shirts. Next was Ame. She had a passion for anything red and blue. She had picked out six outfits that had her favorite colors. She was determined to choose three more but Kurama had stopped her. Last was Shura. He was as picky as his father. Only wanting black or any dark colors. Viora promised to him an ice cream treat if he wore the blue pants with a red shirt. Shura quickly agreed and Viora kept her promise. She had bought him ice cream on the way home. Once they returned home Yomi put away the clothes and Ame and Kurama went into Ame's room to talk.

" Walk me home Yomi "

" Ok then " The two left the apartment and walked down the street. Viora slipped her hand into Yomi's and they held hands.

" Yomi, I'm so happy to see you in the Ningenkai. I never thought we'd walk the streets of the Ningenkai like this. I'm so happy that you're allowing yourself to come here. " Yomi looked down at Viora lovingly. He was about to speak when a car pulled up to the sidewalk. " Viora!" It was Viola. Viora let go of Yomi's hand quickly and walked to the car. She spoke to Viola and turned back to Yomi. " I'm sorry. I have to go. I'll see you tomorrow. " With that, Viora got in the car and rode away with Viola.

That night while Viora settled into bed she heard a knock on her window. She looked and it was Shura. She opened the window and allowed Shura in. Shura hugged his mother and Viora put him on her bed.

" Come to spend the night?"

" I missed you Mommy. I wanna stay with you tonight "

Viora smiled at Shura and opened the covers for him. He snuggled in the bed and Viora layed next to him. She held Shura close to her and he snuggled against her. Viora looked down at Shura and moved his hair away from his face. She loved more than anything. He was her son and she loved him like she had given birth to him. Nothing could tear her from Shura. She wanted to continue to raise Shura and give birth to Destiny like she promised Myoko. She rubbed her stomach. She didn't feel pregnant. She looked the same she had always been. She prayed that she would be able to hide the secret from Yomi. What would happen if Yomi were to kill Destiny? Viora would have failed to keep her promise. She made a vow right then and there that she would do everything she could to protect Destiny. She swore that she'd raise Destiny as her own and no one, not even Yomi, could stop her. With that, she closed her eyes and rested.

The next morning Viora found a letter from her mother that she had gone out shopping to prepare for lunch. She had decided on sandwiches to offer and told Viora to bake cupcakes. Viora put down the letter and took a quick shower then dressed herself. When she went downstairs Shura was sitting in front of the tv watching cartoons. She smiled and went into the kitchen and started breakfast. She made pancakes, eggs, toast and tea. The bell rang and Shura jumped to his feet and ran to the door.

" Shura! go to the kitchen and get ready for breakfast. I'll answer it "

" Aww, mommy its nobody but daddy. Go on mommy open it "

Viora opened the door and to her surprise Shura was right. She forgot I can sense youki. Yomi pulled Viora into his arms and kissed her. " I missed you " He whispered. Viora smiled and let Yomi inside and walked into the kitchen. Yomi closed the door and walked into the kitchen and sat at the other end of the table. He greeted Shura and Viora served breakfast. She took her own plate and sat in his seat. She ate slowly and kept her eyes on her plate. She prayed that Yomi would be able to pull off the act today. If he wouldn't, Viora would never see nor Yomi or Shura. Yomi noticed her trembling and called her name.

" Viora "

" Yes!"

" Stop. If I don't fool your mother we'll still see each other. I'll do what I must to see you again. I'm a youkai and she's a ningen. She can't stop me from seeing you. " Yomi's words soothed her for the moment but what the outcome of the joke lingered in her mind. After breakfast Viora requested that Yomi leave and not return until Kurama came for him. Until that time. Viora prepared lunch with her mother. " Viora, I invited someone else to join us. I trust that he is welcome " Viola said. " Yes mother, he's welcome. I hope we have enough for him as well " Viora said as she continued cutting up sandwhiches. " Yes, he'll be happy to see you. " The doorbell rang and Viora went to answer it. When she opened to she gasped. " Hello Viora. I missed you. " Andy pulled Viora into his arms and kissed her deeply. Viora pushed Andy away and whiped the kiss from her lips. " Your mother invited me. I hope you approve of my presence " Andy said. " I despise you. I don't know what you're up to but if you try anything on me I swear I'll have to arrested. Come in and don't touch me " Viora walked into the kitchen and went back to cutting sandwhiches while Andy sat in the living room. He spoke with Yoita about school and another things. Viora couldn't stand him. She wanted to spit on the floor he walked on but she didn't want to upset her mother. Will Andy's arrival jeopardize her plan?

An hour later Kurama, Ame, Shura, Yomi and Shiori arrived. Yomi gave Andy a 'Who are you' look. Andy glared at Yomi. It was hate at first sight. Neither one liked the other and they both wanted Viora's love. Yomi was about to say something but his sister beat him to it.

" Hi! Mrs. Narita its so nice to meet you again. I'm so glad Viora invited us over for lunch. I couldn't wait to see you again. This is my brother Yomi. He was away when you first met me. He's happy to be here too right brother?"

" Thrilled. " Was all Yomi said. He glared at Andy and took a seat away from him. He didn't know who he was but he wanted some much to break his face. He sat quietly while Ame, Viola and Shiori. Finally Viora came in and set the sandwhiches down on the table in front of everyone. Andy was about to speak but Yomi stood up and took her hand.

" I missed you Viora. I couldn't do anything but think about you while I was on my trip "

" I..I missed you too Yomi "

Yomi directed Viora into the open seat next to him. As she sat down Yomi smirked at Andy. ::: She's mine ::: Yomi sat next to her and Viora began to pour tea. " Ame, what are your interests? I heard your brother is into art " Shiori said hoping to start a conversation. " Well " Ame started. " I hope to be a...singer. I love to sing. Its my favorite hobby. I love to go jet-skiing, shopping, horse-back riding and dancing. I also love to cook. I learned how to cook from Viora. She's the most talented chef I've ever met. The Banana pudding she sent was just delish. " Viora blushed at the complement and began to eat her sandwhich. " She's very talented. One of the most talented girls in school. I love her talent " Andy said. " Thank you Andy " Viora said. Andy smiled at Viora. Yomi knew he had to retaliate. He decided to attack. " I agree. Viora's talents have melted my heart. She's the most incredible girl I've met. I have to thank you introducing her to me Ame. She's definitely someone I'd like to make a wife. If thats all right with you Mrs. Narita?" Yomi asked. " Yomi hush. We can talk about it later " Viora said. " She doesn't want to be bothered with you. She perfers guys like me " Andy muttered. " Andy, are you ok? Here have some tea " Shura offered.

Shura got up and walked to Andy with a cup of tea. Andy extended his hand to take the cup and tea but Shura dropped it on Andy's lap. Andy jumped up and whiped the tea off. Viora knew Shura did it on purpose. She glared at him while Yomi smiled. " I'm so sorry. Please don't be mad I didn't mean to drop it " Shura apologized. " Don't worry squirt I'll go to the bathroom and wash this off. " Andy excused himself from the conversation and went into the bathroom. He turned on the water but nothing came out. He tried turning on the hot water and still no water came out. He cursed silently and looked down the drain. The suddenly hot water squirted his eye. He screamed at loud and Ame stood up.

" Oh Andy I hope you're all right in there "

" I'm fine Ame. Just fine "

Ame smirked and sat down. She earned a smile from Yomi and a glare from Kurama. Ame sighed and gave Kurama an apologetic look. Andy came out of the bathroom and sat back in his seat.

" Are you all right Andy?"

" Yes Mrs. Narita I'm fine "

Viora couldn't believe the tricks Ame and Shura were playing. She couldn't believe that Yomi was the ring master of it all. She couldn't do anything but glare at him. Kurama was just as disappointed. Then it was time for cupcakes. Everyone tried Viora's cupcakes and smiled. " Viora your cupcakes are delicious. You must send a batch over to me when you get the chance " Shiori complemented. Viora blushed and thanked Shiori. " Viora your cooking skills have gotten better. Maybe I should come over for dinner one night " Andy suggested. " That would be marvelous. Tomorrow night sounds fine " Viola said. " I guess that cancels my plans with Viora " Yomi said. " Oh, I didn't know you and Viora were going out to dinner tomorrow to celebrate my return. I had asked her yesterday when I came back " Yomi informed.

" Funny, Viora didn't tell me anything about this "
" Well now you know Dandy "

" Its Andy "

" Whatever. I don't care "

" Hm, I'm surprised Viora would want to go anywhere with you "

" I'm surprised Viora would be with someone as weak as you "

" Are you challenging me to a fight?"

" I don't want to waste my time. A man of my status would rather busy himself with beautiful art and a lovely girl like Viora. Go back to the sewer where you belong "

" STOP!" Viora stood up and stopped the arguement. Everyone looked at Viora and remained silent. Andy you weren't invited here to start an arguement. If you're going to continue then I will show you to the door. " Andy sighed and walked to the door. " Its been a pleasure everyone. " Viora followed behind him and stepped outside.

" I don't like him "

" Nobody asked you to "

" Viora you could do so much better than him "

" Its an improvement. I rather be with him then someone who reminisces about their ex "

Andy took Viora into his arms and looked her in the eyes. " I still love you Viora. Nothing will change that. I won't stop till you see that. That bastard Yomi won't stand in my way. I'll do what ever it takes for you to see how I feel about you. I never meant to hurt you Viora. See how much I've changed. I know now that you're more then beautiful looks. Please Viora, give me another chance. " Andy kissed Viora on the lips and inserted his tongue into her mouth. Viora was shocked but she bit his tongue and Andy pulled away. She took that time to punch him in the jaw and backed up. Andy rubbed his jaw and glared at her. He said nothing. He walked down the street away from Viora. Viora watched as he left and then walked to the door. ::: He doesn't know how much danger he put himself in. He's going to regret he's ever kissed me. What am I to do? :::
