Nori: Yay! Time for a new fic! I'm going to do the unthinkable and write two fics at once and try to help Tama write the one we started together.
Tama: Good luck with that…
Nori: Thanks….I'll need it…Hiei, disclaimer please.
Hiei: Great…here we go…Nori does not own YYH or its characters but she owns all the OC's and ideas…
Nori: LET'S GO!

Everything hurt right now. She wasn't sure what hurt so bad or why. The pain shot all throughout her body. It was unbearable, she couldn't take it. She wanted to just die right there. She knew she couldn't though. No matter how much she wanted to. She thought of the people she cared most about.
Her two sisters, their mates, and her own. She couldn't just leave them like that. She loved them all too much.
She stood up, clutching the sword in her gut and ripped it out. She winced and screamed. She had never felt pain in her whole life, she hated the feeling.
Suddenly, an arrow was shot, heading straight for her forehead…

Beep! Beep! Beep!
All that was heard throughout the room was that obnoxious beeping noise. It wouldn't stop. It cut a hole right into the silence of early morning. Nothing could be heard but that stupid beeping noise, but then…
THUD!…Smash!
The beeping was gone. A girl, around five foot one stood by the alarm clock, which was now in pieces. She had a look of achievement on her face and a katana in her right hand.
“Alarm clock, DEAD!” she shouted. “Ten points to me!” The girl had a strange hairstyle. It was bright red with black streaks here and there and it was very short in the back and gradually got longer in the front, but the longest it got was to her chin. Her bangs covered one eye. Here eyes were what really stood out. They were an inhuman red, bright red and her pupils were a crimson color. She was still in her pj's, which were orange capris with a black tank top.
Footsteps were heard coming from down the hall. The girl quickly looked around for a place to hide her katana; the only good spot was behind her back. Her door opened.
In the doorway stood a five foot nine girl. She looked much older than the one in her room. She had long black hair that went all the way down to her butt. She had no bangs. This girl's eyes were very unique as well, they were totally black. Two deep pools of darkness. She was in her pj's, as well. She glared at the girl who stood in front of her.
“Ryo, what the hell are you doing?” she asked the short girl.
“Killing the alarm clock,” Ryo answered. “It was bugging me so I thought it should die a slow and painful death.” The older girl rolled her eyes.
“It's six in the morning on a Saturday,” she said. “Why is your alarm set?” Ryo thought for a moment and then shrugged.
“Sorry, Ezura…” she said, innocently. Ezura smiled, she couldn't stay annoyed with Ryo for long.
“It's alright, Ry,” she said. “Get back to bed.” Ryo nodded and crawled back under the covers and curled up like she usually slept. Ezura shut Ryo's door and walked by another room. Inside another girl was still asleep. Even though she looked taller than Ryo, she still looked just a little younger. Her long, wavy dark brown hair was sprawled all over her pillow. She started to stir and open one of her beautiful, bright purple eyes.
“Hey, Ezu,” she said, groggily. “What's up?” she yawned.
“Nothing, Seira,” Ezura told her. “Just Ryo waking all of Japan up again. Go back to bed.” Seira nodded sleepily and put her head back down on her pillow.
Even though Ezura, Seira, and Ryo didn't look a thing alike, they were sisters. Their mother was an older woman; she was sixty years old, Dorika. Technically, she wasn't their real mother, but she had found them exactly two years ago unconscious and hurt in a part in Tokyo. She took the girls back to her home and helped them recover. The three were grateful and took care of Dorika and in return she gave them shelter, food, and an education. Dorika loved Ezura, Seira, and Ryo and they loved her back.
--Two Hours Later—
“Ryo, dear, can you get me a cup of coffee, please,” Dorika asked. Ryo and Dorika were the only two up then, they were waiting for Seira and Ezura to get up. They sat in the living room watching TV.
“Yea, mom,” Ryo said, getting up. She walked into the kitchen to the pot of coffee and took the mug next to it, pouring Dorika a cup. She brought it back to her mother.
“Thank you, Ry,” Dorika said, taking the cup and smiling. Ryo nodded and smiled back. Just then Seira came into the living room.
“Morning!” she said yawning and stretching.
“Good morning, Seira,” Dorika said. “Did you sleep well?” Seira nodded.
“Yes, until someone's alarm woke me up…” she directed her sight to Ryo who smiled sheepishly and rubbed the back of her head.
“Sorry, Sei,” she said, “I didn't know it was set.” Seira smiled and rolled her eyes.
“Whatever, I'm going to get some breakfast, do you need anything, mom?” she asked. Dorika shook her head.
“I'm fine,” she told her. “I have my coffee and TV, that's all I need right now!” Seira smiled at the older woman. She walked into the kitchen, closely followed by Ryo.
“Dude!” Ryo said. “I had the strangest dream last night.” Seira looked at her sister.
“About what?” Seira asked.
“I don't know, it was weird,” Ryo began to explain. “Everything was dark, there was no sound but my own thoughts and I felt pain, a lot of it.” Ryo shivered. “I didn't like it.”
“What were you thinking about?” Seira asked, she sat down at the kitchen table and looked thoughtfully at her sister who was now sitting on the counter.
“About dying,” Ryo told her. “I was hurting so bad that I wanted to die…but I knew I couldn't do that. I wanted to stay with the people I loved and for some reason it just seemed physically impossible for me to die. And the thoughts…they seemed to be someone else's not mine.”
Seira looked at her for a moment.
“That's strange,” she said. “I had a dream sort of like that too.”
“What was it?” Ryo asked. She swung her legs back and forth, not being able to sit still.
“Everything was dark like your dream,” Seira explained. “But I was talking to someone. It was a man, he had a deep voice. We talked about leaving our families and running away just to get away from everything. But, we didn't want to leave my siblings and a couple of our friends.”
“Wait; did he say something about being…a `mate' or something like that?” Ryo asked. Seira nodded. “Same here,” Ryo told her. “This is really weird. Should we say anything to Ezu?”
The girls loved their older sister, but they weren't as close to her as they were to each other. The two were only a year apart and one could tell the other anything.
“I'm not sure,” Seira said. She thought for a moment. “She might tell us we need psychological help…” Ryo laughed. Ezura was a protective older sister and would do anything to make sure that her little sisters were all right.
“Why don't we wait a little while and if something weird happens again, then we will tell her,” Ryo suggested. “Deal?” Ryo jumped off the counter and held her hand out to Seira. They shook hands and nodded.
“Deal!” Seira said and laughed.

“Let's go to the mall!” Seira shouted from the bathroom that was connected to her room. Ezura, Dorika, and her all had a bathroom connected to their bedrooms. Ryo never really wanted one, so it was fine by her if she had the only room without a bathroom.
“Why the mall?” Ryo shouted back to Seira. Ryo sat on Seira's bed drawing a picture in her sketchbook.
“We have nothing better to do today,” Seira told her. “Maybe we can find some hot guys!” Ryo thought for a moment. The sound of hot guys at the mall was good!
“I'm down with that!” she told Seira. Seira laughed and finished straightening her wavy hair with her flat iron. Once she finished she put on her make up and walked into her room.
“What are ya drawing?” she asked Ryo bending down to look at the sketchbook. Ryo quickly covered it and growled.
“NOT DONE YET!” she shouted. Seira put her hands up in defense.
“Sorry, sorry!” she said. “Artists…” she said jokingly and smiled. Ryo finished her drawing and held it up to show Seira.
“Done now!” she said. Seira looked at the picture. It was of a short man with spiky black hair that had a white starburst in the middle. He was dressed in all black and had cold crimson red eyes. A white headband was wrapped around his forehead and bandages went up his arm. He was holding a katana and looked as if he would kill you at any moment. Flames made up the background of the picture.
“Wow, this is really good,” Seira told her sister. “Who is it?” Ryo took her notebook back and looked at it. She shrugged.
“I'm not sure,” she said. “I see him in my dreams a lot though. I haven't found out his name yet.”
“Well I like it!” Seira said and smiled. “Let's go to the mall now, I'm ready.” Seira spun around to reveal the outfit she was wearing. It was a black flowy skirt with a purple tank top. She wore a green, light jean jacket that stopped right below her chest. Around her neck was the teardrop shaped sapphire gem on a long silver chain that she wouldn't go anywhere without. On her feet were black flip-flops. It was the beginning of June so it was warm out.
Ryo rolled her eyes at her sister and got up off the bed, putting her notebook on the nightstand next to Seira's bed.
Ryo wore black capris that had lots of pockets with a baggy red t-shirt that matched her hair and eyes. She had a studded belt on with a studded bracelet. On her feet were black and orange skater shoes and around her neck she wore a round ruby gem on a short chain.
The two girls walked downstairs into the kitchen were Ezura and Dorika sat.
“We're going to the mall is that alright?” Seira asked.
“That's fine girls, just be home before dinner because I have some company coming over tonight,” Dorika told her. “I want some of my friends to meet you girls.”
“I'll drive you guys,” Ezura said getting up. “I'm going on a date tomorrow and I need a new outfit.” Ryo rolled her eyes at her older sister. Every weekend she had another date with a different guy. Couldn't she find just one that she could have as a boyfriend? Whatever, Ryo didn't care, it wasn't her business.
With that, Ezura, Ryo, and Seira got into the car and drove off to the mall.
