"So, what kind of pizza do you think we should order?"asked the wolf demon as her and Mitari walked down the street.
"Any........anykind you want.."he said nervously. He thought to himself. "Is this a......date?". Zinnia stopped for a second.
"Oh no......"she said.
"Wh-what's wrong?"asked the blonde.
"I forgot my bandana.....I need to hide my wolf ears...I'll be back!"she ran off back to Kurama's house leaving Mitari by himself. Now he was alone in the cold weather of February. There was a cool breeze. He pulled his hood over his head. He stood and waited. After a while he looked up at the clouds. He looked at the first cloud. To him....it looked like Zinnia. He looked at another.......Zinnia. Then another......you guessed it, Zinnia! He sighed. Then he saw something that struck fear into his heart. There stood the group of kids that had pummeled him with snowballs yesterday but it was much worse cause they had two pitbulls with them. They stood on the other side of the street. Mitari slowly turned around and tried to sneak back to Kurama's house. He slipped on some ice and fell face first. Instantly, the group of teens saw him. The two pit bulls began to snarl as the group moved over to Mitari. Lucky, for him Zinnia instantly dashed up to him in her wolf form. She stood in front of Mitari snarling at them.
"Z-zinnia!"he said relieved. The black haired bully smirked.
"Well, this is a suprise."he said as he looked down at the angry wolf. He looked up at Mitari. "I have an idea......my pits vs your dog" Mitari protested. He embraced the wolf standing before him.
"No! I wont let you hurt her!"he cried with tears in his eyes. Zinnia stared at him confused. The black haired guy let both leashes go setting the pits free. Both dogs leaped at Mitari and Zinnia. Zinnia jumped up to attack. She pounced on black pit and tore on one of its front legs. The other dog which was white bit her tail from behind. Zinnia yelped out in pain. She spun around and jumped on it letting the other pits leg free but super bloody. She drove her claws through the white pit's chest then locked onto his neck with her fangs. When she tore her teeth away from the dogs flesh blood began to our down its chest and dripped off of Zinnia's mouth. The black dog leapt on Zinnia and bit one of her wolf ears. Zinnia yelped out in pain once again. With enough strength she bucked him off her. She once again poucned on the black dog and this time she chomped into his chest. She tore out a large amount of flesh with was in her mouth. She spat it out then licked her lips. She finished it off by slashing it in the face. The dog layed motionless. She then turned to the other dog which was running away with its tail between its legs. She then turned to the group of teens and snarled. They instantly ran. Zinnia gave a victorious howl. With a poof of smoke Zinnia stood in front of Mitari in her regular form.
"All done!"she said happily! Mitari's eyes were still full with tears. "Are you okay?"she asked. Mitari sniffled then slowly nodded. Zinnia hugged him tightly. "Dont cry, AquaticDude. Im okay."she said trying to comfort him. Mitari now felt warm inside from Zinnia's embrace.
"You promise you're okay?"he asked tearfully.
"Yep!"she said happily.
"Okay....."he wiped his tears. "And Zinnia?"he said slowly. Zinnia smiled at him.
"Yes, Mitari?"
"My name is SeaMan."he confirmed.
"Oh sorry..."apologized the ookami.
Later, Zinnia and Mitari sat in the Pizza Hut resturaunt. They had already ordered their drinks and waited for their pizza to be served. The waitress came to their table with their drinks. "Who ordered the cherry coke?"she asked.
"Me!"said Zinnia happily.
"Okay, here ya go."said the waitress setting the glass of the caffine in front of her. She then took the glass of apple juice off the tray. "Then the apple juice must be yours. "she said setting the glass in front of Mitari.
