An interesting set of events have been taking place within and outside of the online RPG, The World. CC Corp's ever popular game has been at the top of the online gaming charts for weeks, and shows no sign of faltering whatsoever. But, a new problem has arisen, and, behind the shadows, someone could possibly be pulling the strings. Is The World really just an online game, or has something much larger than mankind itself engulfed its very purpose? At the rate things in the real world have begun to crumble, it seems merely a race against time before both worlds collide in ways people wouldn't care to know. But, before action, someone has to realize what really lurks beneath the mainframe of The World, and what this ulterior reality is all about.
Suddenly, the line between reality and fantasy has begun to blur and a much darker mystery has emerged...
