The evil digimon have seen into the future an know of their inevitable demise. In order to protect themselves and their interests they band together to kidnap one of the choosen children when the digidestined enter the digital world.
But things dont go as planned and the child they choose has a darker soul than even them. Bent on plunging both worlds into eternal night. Now the other children must find a way through the portal after being tossed back to earth in order to save the worlds...and their friend.
