it has been many years since the ancient digidestined battled for an extinct world once called the digi-world. humanity has fled their own dying world in favor of floting space colenies with the aid of combat machines known as digimon.
of the eight, one rises up to use his power to take dominion over humanity. an inferior military government cannot stand against this foe, and thus the immortal digidestined reunite in this brutal war against one another.
in the middle of it all a digital\human hybrid of great power, hated by humanity, and a young assassin are given the most powerful digimon in existence, now they must learn the nature of fate and their own destinies
