4 Weeks has gone by since the Battle with Bison and his Shadowlaw organization the team plan to use the Wishing Orbs to wish back the Kids Next Door operatives who ever killed during the Battle. However the founder of Care-A-Lot/Creators of the Wishing Orbs True Heart and Nobel Heart told them that Wishing Orbs doesn’t have the Mana need to do such a task as wishing people back to life. So King Kai is searching the Galaxy for a new Mana Source so the Wishing Star has the power to bring people back to life.
