In a Russian-esque country during the late nineties, a vampire that was currently going by the name of Valen wandered the lands. For the past twenty-two years he’d been traveling in search of humans capable of joining him in his quest to regain his home in the realm of vampires. The vampire who conquered his clan’s territory had also taken over multiple others. The only reason no other land has been reclaimed was because no one was dumb enough to step up to this demon… except Valen. He’d be able to over turn well over a hundred humans, but about a third of them weren’t able to survive the early stage of their new life.
Upset with his recent failures, Valen is greeted by an innocent child as he sits on a street corner. He thought that just playing around with the boy for a day or two would relieve him of some of his stress and maybe even quench his thirst. The boy, named Anzhela, proved to be interesting to the vampire. His determination and loyalty for Valen led Valen to bit the boy bringing him over. Eventually, Anzhela’s sister, Lidiya, discovers what has come of her little brother not to mention on top of that, she starts to take a liking to Valen, mainly because the thrilling life as a vampire.
One of the main things she doesn’t like about him though is the fact that he has spent a bit of quality intimate time with her brother; who in return is also paranoid about Valen being alone with Lidiya. The two siblings become rivals shortly after Lidiya is turned, and slowly begin to build up hatred for each other. After a particular incident with Anzhela, Valen and Lidiya spend nearly every hour with each other, growing a little closer everyday. Aware of this, Anzhela’s jealousy and anger rises tremendously…
