Reaper is about a boy named July, when July was 9 years old a reaper named Sindo is absorbed into his body, making July a human reaper. Reapers are given a list and on that list are peoples names and death times, reapers must kill these people and reap their souls so the soul doesn't transform into a 'creature'creatures are created from the taint in peoples souls.
July uses his reaper powers to kill people with higher concentrations of taint, ie. criminals, before it's their time to die. He calls it the righteous path and that he is cleansing the world.
This story was inspired by Death Note and Bleach. So if there are similarities in it that's the reason. I'm trying not to copy anything directly from either of those animes.
