But not without a price...

Millenniums later, the twin pharoahs are summoned again by Ra, God of all Gods. Their new agenda takes the form of an intricate plot set to take place very soon.

Strange things are happening in present-day Egypt. Floods. Sandstorms. Blood coming from the sky. Shadi realizes that the end of the world is coming and enlists the aid of his former students Malik and Isis Ishtar. What they discover hidden beneath the sands of the Bahariya Oasis is beyond their imagination.

In the midst of all this, things are stirring up in Domino City. CEO Seto Kaiba might have some serious competition with the construction of a new monster theme park that promises a new way of playing duel monsters. However, Kaiba's true threat lies within something else. A mysterious stalker is sending him death threats. At first, they appear harmless. Gradually, however, things become dangerous once the stalker seeks to destroy all those close to Seto, including his brother Mokuba.

Meanwhile, school-boy Yugi Motou's sweet sixteen birthday is coming up. He's given a special present in the form of an earring that dates way back to the Pharaonic era. A six-year old child's spirit named Khentu-Amentiu resides in the earring. He warns Yugi of the danger that approaches nearby and that Yugi has been made a target of the twin pharaohs' rage...
