The guys are in a band, Kurone is in here too in high school. The girls (Keiko, Botan, and Yukina) are their groupies/girlfriends. Koenma is their manager and in college. Yuusuke, Kurama, Kurone, Kuwabra, and Hiei are dealing with the conseuqences of being in a gang a year ago. As they try to redeem themselves in the eyes of society and the girlfriends; Kurone's cousin Panther as her own problems to deal with and comes to Kurone for help. The pain doesn't end their as the groups problems begin to stock pile and they find themselves dealing with problems that no one even knew existed.
