Yes! Your teaser was very... teasy! That and your cliffhanger ending leaves me with great anticipation of things to come! In earlier chapters, you made it a point to mention how Sano and Yahiko seem not to aprietiate Kaoru's hospitality. Are things about to change?... And what does "Shihandai" mean? I got the general idea from what context it used in, but an exact translation would be nice. It wasn't in your glossery at the end of the chapter, or at least, I didn't see it. I hope that you don't interpret this review as a plead for you to update quickly. On the contrary, take as long as you need before you feel that the next chapter is perfect, at least to your own standards. As I always say, no need to rush a good thing.

Great chapter! Honestly, there is nothing about you're story that I don't like. No, I'm not just being nice. I assure you, I am always honest in my reviews. I thought you're use of comic relief was both funny and fitting to the story. The little exerpts about Kaoru "the master of ribbons" and Sano's fish bones not only made me smile, but they contributed to portraying the character's personalities. And I love the fact that you take the time to choose just the right words for your sentences. Your effort has gone a long way.

This story is absolutely gorgious. The imagery! Oh my God, the imagery! I noticed a theme: you're descriptions of eyes are particularly beautiful and well thought out. You thought of metiphors that I could not have imagined in my wildest dreams, and you articulated them with the grace of a master poet. Keep up the good work!

Heheh. The mishief in this story intrigues me. I like the fact that you made Kaoru bold enough to 'no' to the infamous Battousai. ( Not that his title matters.) So you keep on updating and I keep on reading. Ciao Ciao!
