I personally can say that while you may have taken your time, you managed to write one hell of a story. You don't know it, but you have actually had my entire town of Mountain Home, Idaho hanging on your every word. (don't try to find it on a map of Idaho. Its a very small town but it's here) And you have created such a long and intimate story that I personally could read it over and over tell the day I die. You truely are one of the best authors I've read on the computer and in books. I hope you continue to write even if this masterpiece is coming to an end. I thank you for spending your time writing this story.

nice update... things seem to be progressing fine for everyone especially inuyasha & kagome... looks like inuyasha took a trip down memory lane... what with being emotional... but everything turned out good for the both of them... almost done?... looking forward to how it ends... update when you can... please and thank you...

Whew! All caught up. *wipes sweatdrop* Ok, so the war's over now. With two chapters left, I wonder if you're gonna jump to modern times or take a little detour and hop-scotch through the turbulent '60s and that waste of a decade known as the '70s. Oh, hell - did the Japanese wear bell-bottoms? Urg! Can't ya just see Sessh in polyester & platforms? ROTF

This is the first time I'm reviewing this story but I can easily say that you absolutely ROCK! Your name, SplendentGoddess, absolutely befits you as you have written an utterly compelling story that is both epic in nature and totally engrossing. I LOVE how your mind works and how you have managed to weave history into the story making it more magical and interesting. Just thinking about the amount of research that must have gone into this story boggles the mind. You are truly inspirational and I bow to your genius. Yes, I am sometimes confused as to who is who's child, but taking into account the wide canvas on which you have expressed your story, it is no wonder. I'm going to stop now, before I end up sounding like Jaken to your Sessy. All I will say is - Thank you for writing this little gem. Hey wench, got my banner out; it's all razzle-dazzle red, white and blue. See? Ain't it purty? You know what I love about you? You make me think. You make me try to remember my history, and a time when I actually used that dusty clump of gray matter I call a brain. Hooray for you! I gotta say, this chapter had a really nice hook. Also, the part where the youkai fled "zipping by" - do I detect notes of Area 51 in there? Hmm, geographically significant, wouldn't you say? Ok, so I realize there's probably not enough time to address such things, what with only 2 more chapters left, but hey, it's a thought. At this juncture, I only read half the chapter, 'cause my eyes are killin' me. I'll read the rest tomorrow & review it. But I did want to address this - "Thus why Kagome had not been raised to know the truth behind the concealed youkai around her, and why the man who had performed their wedding was unaware of who she and Inuyasha really were." Really nice tie in you had there. I love seeing old riddles from older chapters solved. Well dearie, until tomorrow... Can't wait to read the rest.

Are you kidding. why on earth would anyone have any right to yell at ya? this is easly the best or one of the top 5 Inuyasha fics ever. Take all the ime you need. life first this is not nearly as important.
