Good chapter. I'm glad to see that Kagome and Inuyasha are finding their way back to each other, but as loveable as Inu can be, he would try the patience of a saint defending Kikyo all the time. I hope he FINALLY realizes that Kagome deserves better from him than that, after all she's gone through with him BECAUSE of Kikyo. Even Kagome must have a breaking point somewhere. But, this particular reconciliation seems more promising; maybe Inu finally sees what he stands to lose if he doesn't get his act together. Definitely looking forward to the next one.

Sorry it has taken this long to get to second part. Hooray!I'm back from work and can do the second half of my review for you! Yay!! So far it is really an awesome example of your surperb and elegant writing style, Literary Goddess!!Part Two:Rin is also smitten by those Inu ears. Maybe Sesshouamru is a little jealous? Did Inuyasha just offered up to Sesshoumaru child making advice?! Shocked! And did Sesshoumaru blush at the remark as well? sweet! Knock some sense into Inuyasha that is funny! Considering all the times he has been knocked about already. Inuyasha let out the revealation did he, and Kagome couldn't see it that Sesshoumaru loves Rin. blinks several times Inuyasha is trying to seduce Kagome and Kagome is the one to break the mood. Nobody wants to think about their member in that way... Poor Inuyasha, he is all Mr Romance and Kagome being dense-ish. Well I guess being shocked does tend to throw dampers upon the thought process. giggles! I am loving it!! Really great writing!! Kudos!! I love those pouts Inuyasha has! I am amazed as always at how precise you write the characters. Like I am reading a book from RT. I love how you get the reader and pull them into the story as well and have them be a part of each character-feeling their feelings, seeing their thoughts! Truly you are a gifted writer!! I love how you write your love scenes; they are always so hot, so tender and so wonderful! Woot!! Hooray and Bravo!! Inuyasha/Kagome love scene!! Yay!! He showed her his trust and depth of love by letting Kagome take control. Awesome work! Is worried.. What kind of Nightmare did little Taro have? was it a nightmare or a premonition of something to come. I still have a guess at Who/What the Darkness is but I am waiting to get more proof. Errr.. umm. Is Inuyasha and Kagome still unclothed when InuTaro came in to cuddle between them? Oh dear.. Now Kagome has done it. Taro is going to be frightened that Kagome will pull her usual stunt of Running Away when things get tough or uncomfortable for her. (regarding Inuyasha of course.) All because she did. She has rocked and chipped the foundation for Taro's sense of being, of security. How is she ever going to make it up to him? I hope she is kicking herself for that! (I'd like too.) (Even if it isn't for long, abandoning a child.. It remains with you for the rest of your life leaving doubts and you will have Abandonment issues when you are gone..(know from expericence)) He'll need lots of reassurances. They have started off good with the reassurances. It's the talk with Kikyou! Shivers.. Sighs.. There goes Kikyou.. Blaming Kagome as usual for everything. (how masterfully you have written this Evil Kikyou.) Gosh is she ever twisting that gult knife deep into Inuyasha. Manipulative!! I hope he opens his eyes in time to see the truth! Ouch! Cruel twisted words for Kagome! Inuyasha didn't say he didn't love Kikyou. That he cares for her only as a friend. Left that open. For both Kikyou and Kagome it is going to have to be blunt and straight forward!! Is it me or has Kikyou gone off the deep end of the Wading Pool that is sanity? Foreshadowing!! With Mr I'm Evil but I'm Hiding. Nice!! The Angst that you ahve woven into this story is amazing and deliciously sinful!! Wow Kikyou is even awful to her sister treating her like a lesser being. She lied about the meeting with Inuyasha!! Points at Inuyasha then Kaede. See!! Even her sister can see the darkness! Wake up and smell the Ramen before your pup and mate are put into very serious jeporady!! I am wondering if this will all lead to having Inuyasha or Kagome or even both having to destroy Kikyou to save her. "She also reminded herself that she had to get put the past aside." I'm sorry I didn't understand what was meant by this sentence.Darn Inuyasha he did it again. He just pinned Blame on Kagome. That hurt worse. Some food for thought for Inuyasha. Please keep up the Excellent work! I await the next installment! Thank you for sharing!!

Wiggles with glee!! Another super splendid chapter from the Literary Goddess!! Hooray!! Bravo!! Bravo!! And now for the review!! (part will be posted now and the rest tonight after I get home from work) Woot! Whoot!! I liked how the chapter opened! Very nice! (about how old is Rin currently?) Liking how Sesshoumaru has become more respectful towards Inuyasha and Kagome ever since the revelation by InuTaro. That is a masterful touch! Wow, Inuyasha let Kagome go with Sesshoumaru without his usual yipping and barking fit. Excellent you have him maturing very nicely!! Love it!! This story, I love it!! I take it Sesshoumaru was trying to find a way to word the words he needed to say to Kagome. I wonder what he'll tell her? "One is given to wonder the cost that was exacted from her for all her crimes when she was the walking dead."... Ohhh!! Is this foreshadowing? Made me shiver. Smart Kagome! Very smart, she knows Kikyou is being deceitful! Poor Inuyasha still too blinded by his preception of his Kikyou from teh past to see what is before him. Will Sesshoumaru's re-assurance about Inuyasha going to Kikyou help heal Kagome's low self esteem. Oh wow!! I'm impressed.. Sesshoumaru has opened up to Kagome about the real truth behind his hatred of Inuyasha. And so very like Kagome.. explaining to Sesshoumaru a possible reason for why their father didn't tell Sesshoumaru that Izayoi was the re-incarnation of his mother. I think you have them and their characteristics perfectly! I really love how Sesshoumaru has opened up. He trusts Kagome that much and Rin has warmed up his ice walls! This is really awesome!! Kudos!! Kudos!! Woot!! That was so touching.. I had sniffles when Sesshouamru expressed his concern that it is too late to heal the past between his brother and himself, and then having Kagome work her pure hearted magic. So sweet, so touching! OH ho!! A nice little bit of history there! Sesshoumaru met Kikyou before Inuyasha was pinned. I can bet Inuyasha was growing impatient.. how did Sesshoumaru know? Did he scent it on the wind or hear Inuyasha making impatient noises? I just got an image of Inuyasha holding Kagome firmly still as he whuffles her while scenting her with Kagome doing the eye roll when he can't see her. Too cute!! Thank you! This chapter is quite the expressive and masterfully painted! Kagome, You really nailed her character bang dead on! She advises Inuyasha to at least listen to his brother. That everyone can make mistakes. Inuyasha may not admit it but he does listen to what Kagome asks or advises him of. A sign of deep trust in him. And I have tissues going! Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru are beginning to bond, beginning to understand, beginning to heal!! You had me crying. I love the way you have so beautiful written this scene between the two brothers. Inu's are better in family packs. Sighs happily!! Kudos! And Bravissimo!! Another warning to Inuyasha about the newly restored Kikyou. (was it Taro who restored her?) Inuyasha listen!! Heed the warnings!! And Sesshoumaru did he just say Kagome was his sister? .. re-reads.. yes he did.. Squeals with delight and joyous rapture!! And the warning about guarding his pup!! Will Inuyasha listen and heed this warning as well? I wonder if Inuyasha will ahve the strength to see it through -telling Kikyou to leave. (I just had a nasty thought... Kikyou is a black Miko.. She'll do some nasty-butt evil spells and sutras on Inuyasha.. won't she.. Controlling his body.. shudders) I hope that Miroku will have some back up with him when he comes in. And what does Inuyasha scent on Sweet Rin? Some kissing perhaps? rubs hands to eagerly find out in future chapters... Loved the teasing they did at the end of their serious conversation. So cute!! I loved the thought Kagome had about the two Inu brothers hugging and saying I love you the same day Ice Cream rains in Hell.. Too funny!! (my favuorite is monkeys fly out of my butt first..) Going into cuteness overdose!! Taro asleep on Rin!!

Inuyasha can be so blind. He had actual confirmation that Kikyo is not the kind person she is, everyone is warning him about the now undead dead miko, and yet he still sides with her. I mean Kaede just told him what Kikyo had implied....... he really has to stop looking into the past. Kikyo is now flesh and blood so he really cannot say that her way of being os due to Naraku.

GREAT chapter. The reconciliation scene with Sesshomaru and Inuyasha was really good....and funny. But, I'm sad to see that Inuyasha STILL has a blind spot where Kikyo's concerned. Will he not see the truth about her until she manages to kill Kagome or their son?!Her own sister can even see that she's changed. I absolutely love Inuyasha in this fic, but his blindness where Kikyo is concerned is a potentially fatal flaw. I can't wait to see what happens next.

i really don't think anything can change or really move forward so long as kikyou is around. inuyasha clings so tightly to the memory of the woman who first showed him kindness,who first wanted him, to see any changes in her. he should be able to sense the changes if only he would open up pto the possiblity. i thought your ending was perfectly done. while inuyasha has matured he needs to have strength behind his decisions and back them up. and he's got to realize that by saying kikyou won't come between them, and then defending her so vigurously, he's hurting kagome. beautifully done.

WOOHOO!!!I love this chapter. I'm glad that Sesshomaru and Inuyasha made up and how Sesshomaru understands what their father was trying to tell him when he was younger. I hope Kagome and Inuyasha listen to Taro's warning he's more insightful they his parents, Don't you think? What really gets me is that Inuyasha keep defending Kikyou is he that much of a idiot? Why won't he listen to Sesshomaru and Kaede warning? I can't wait till the next chapter I want to see who this dark shadow is will there be a hint in the next chapter? Anyway congrats on your awarded.

oh how i've missed this fic. ah! kikyou, you little bitch! man, trying to steal inuyasha back, using both inuyasha and his son as pawns in her sick game to get rid of kagome! wow that's low. but seriously, whose soul does she even have? two souls can't exist on the same plane, in the same time, so how does this work if kagome and kikyou share a soul? damn... ah! i'm waiting on baited breath for the next chapter!

Man do I really hate Kikyo!!!!! Inuyasha really did fuck up big time, I mean come on, he has to realize that Kagome has always been insecure about Kikyo, especially now after what she knows he did with the damn clay pot. I hope he realized what he could have losst with his insensitivity. And good old Seshoumaru, I love that ice block to death!! Go ahead and kill Kikyo. I hope he tells Inuyasha that Kikyo is an evil manipulative witch, seeing as how Inuyasha has crap for brains, when it comes to Kikyo.
