You've got a pretty nice story here. You're in character also, which is a plus on my part, because I can't stand OOC fanfics. Tsunada is supposed to be Tsunade. As a fellow KakaSaku writer (just updated Lessons in Shinobi Love, actually) I'm all formore fanfics on the couple and I encourage you to write more. Have considered a beta reader? They are very helpful and go through your mistakes so your story looks good when you submit it. Also, you might want to put more space between your paragraphs so it is more readable.
