Original? Yeah, the youkai rose guardian bit was original...back when Deviant Nature first came up with it for "Par Tout Autre Nom" ("By Any Other Name.") Honestly, if you're going to so obviously take a unique original plot device from someone else's fanfiction, it would be best to at least acknowledge the fact in your author's notes. I hope that you at least e-mailed her and politely asked whether she was okay with you using her ideas.

LOVED IT...i especially like it when Kagome finally stood up for herself against Inuyasha's obnoxious ranting about Kagome compared to Kikyo blah blah blah...Yey, Kuronue's coming into the scene pretty soon...wonder how he'll react to Kagome's character and Youko's current interest...?!?
