I just spent the entire weekend reading this! Well it's Wednesday and I found it while waiting out Hurricane Sandy, but you get the point. Ah I loved it. I have to say your awards were definitely well deserved. I think what I really love most about this story is while it's about Kagome and Inuyasha in the Sengoku Jidai its not all about Kikyou or the Shikon or even Naraku. But then again you're not done yet so you could be throwing some curve balls our way. You are a talented writer and I hope you keep at it. You obviously will since it's been what 6 years since you've been writing this story ne? Well I'm glad you never gave up because you just found yourself a new fan! |

I just caught up and have to say I've enjoyed this story immensely! I'm usually a Sess/Kag fan, but I've really enjoyed this rendition of the Inu/Kag story - especially how you slip in canon tidbits into this alternate storyline. I will give you two little critiques to help make this better - one is your use of "loosing" vs. "losing" - you usually mean the second as in "lost" - like "losing your mind"; but you put in the first - meaning "loose" like "loosing a knot". The other is you are inconsistent with the spelling of Inuyasha's sword and it's a little distracting - somtimes its "Tetsusaiga" (the right way) and sometimes its "Tessiaga". I actually keep Word copies of stories I like and correct them as I read them, and these were the two things I corrected the most. But all in all, that's really nothing considering your story is over 300 pages! I love your writing style and can't wait to see where you go next and if any other canon characters show themselves. Myouga being fed to Buyo is classic! Keep up the good work! |

Yay! You updated! And I don't mind that this was mostly filler, 'cause like you said it moved the plot along. Nothing like breezing through time so that we can get closer to Kagome's due date. And I wasn't expecting Myouga at the end there but that was just too funny! Hopefully Buyo spits him back out when she realizes he doesn't take too good, LOL. |

Hiya. I'm new to this fic (been reading it for the last 10+ hours in one sitting) and I absolutley love it. I never would've guess that the humor fic that I started reading earlier today would explode into so much more. Already, the wait for the next chapter is killing me, seeing as how I can't just continue reading with the simple click of a button and then, viola, instant gratification. It's probably one of the reasons why I only begin reading fics AFTER they're finished -_- However, I'm still very glad that of the 50+ stories that I have on a waiting list that I want to read at some point, I chose yours. You are a very talented author and I'm already waiting (as patiently as I can) for the next chapter. Thank you so much for writing and posting ^_^ |

This is by far one of my top 5 favorite fics ever! I've read this through twice now and it still keeps me hanging on waiting for your next update :) your style is few and far to come by in the way you captivate the reader, making it practically impossible to put the story down. Sorry I've never written a review until now, it's impossible to decide what to talk about since the entire story is just too good ;) Keep up the wonderful work and know that you are a very talented writer! |
