I give a 10 for originality. I enjoyed this oneshot and only saw slight ooc. I do not think Miroku would call Kikyo a "clay imitation of a woman," Sango would definatly smack Miroku for groping her, and I see Kagome walking back to camp keeping Inuyasha's love for her a secret. Otherwise, this was a wonderful fic.

Excellent one-shot. And a very good representation of the stupidity of unfounded prejucice.What Inuyasha went through as a child and in the village in this story was horrible. And the explanation he gave for hiding his true feelings for Kagome were very feasible. I really enjoy you stories. This is just another great example.

ah damn you! you've made me cry. i love that. i hate how most authors have inuyasha feel bad when sango and miroku yell at him, then have inuyasha go off to confess his undying love... which is so OOC it isn't even funny. i love you idea of having miroku and sango infiltrating the village to listen to the villagers. brilliant! wonderful job.

Beautifully written, I liked the surprise second person. When I read that he had two die in his arms I was like Kikyo didn't die in his arms...I liked the story you added from his past and Kagome was so Kagome with her emotions.

Well... I'm not sure what happened there, but it cut out about half of my review. Sorry if I made you think you were reviewed for again. Anywho, as I was saying before... I'm glad you wrote it, because it seems that all the fanfictions I read never seem to take in that Inu Yasha is, in fact, half demon, and many humans hate him because of it. And... The kiss at the end was cute. ^^

What a well-written and introspective look at what InuYasha faces on a regular basis. And he was certainly right - seeing is believing. They would never have believed such hatred for him existed if they had not heard it for themselves.
