*sigh sigh sigh* So sorry for the abominably late review - I've had nightmares myself writing two fics at the same time. LOL Anyway I definitely HAD to tell you that yes, it was a sappy ending, and yes, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. ^_^ I never ever thought it would turn out with Gojyo making a (bumbling) proposal of marriage -- but DAMN you pulled it off well. *sighs again* And yes, Sanzo is definitely *spot-on* - there was just the right amount of delicious angst at the end to make the ending totally worth it. ^_~ On that note though, I gotta say you broke my heart by saying this is your last 53 fic. *sobs* Just when I was getting so addicted too... In any case, THANK YOU for writing this wonderful story.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!! omg omg omg omg omg omg OMFG!!!!!!! first of all....i was so EXTREMELY happy when i saw that you updated!....i have been waiting for soooooo long! ^.^ at first i was afraid that maybe you were going to leave it there..T.T....thank god you didnt! i would have died if you did! anyway....^.^ those bastards that work for the computer companies....ill fucking kill you for stalling my yaoi!!!!!!!!!!.....^.^ i ABSOLUTELY LOVED this story...i feel in love with it from the very beginning!.... i have to admit that i am sad that its over... but the ending was PERFECT! it almost made me cry!....it was so sweet, wonderful, lovely, and extremely deserved for these two....(gojyoxsanzo is my favorite pairing ^.-) also...i thank you o so very much for dedicating yet another chapter to me!...you really make my day!!!!!! once again... I said I'd wait for you to finish it, but what the hey. XD Okay, first off, let me just say a great big THANK YOU for sharing your 53 daydreams with us. *fans self with the harisen* -- just can't get enough of these two! LOL If I haven't told you before already, I'm really enjoying "experiencing" 53 as an AU, especially with Gojyo in his element as the campus playboy. XD I can sooo picture him as one of those heartbreakers who swaggers around with that killer smile, while inside the irony is he's actually looking for the one with the potential to break his heart - only that person can be his equal; and it is only that person that he can give his heart to. After a lot of denial and fighting against it and that kind of shit, of course. ^_^ I guess what I'm saying is that it's kinda like seeing the guys in a "movie"; as if the Saiyuki boys have achieved that level of fame that this is kinda like their first film contract, where they play their stereotypical selves. LOL Am I making any sense? Do I even sound rational, talking about the four boys as if they were actual celebrities? THAT is the extent of my obsession, sad to say. But I'm loving every minute of it. ^_~ And it's partly thanks to people like you, who aren't afraid to write what they want to write, so long as the spirit of the characters remain intact. If I had one tiny little observation, it would be that (so far) Sanzo seems a lot more docile than he normally is. I was expecting more of Sanzo putting up a resistance and giving Gojyo a hard time, before they get to the stage of Gojyo calling him "sweetheart" and getting away with it. (Considering this is a "falling-in-love" story as opposed to one where they're already a comfortable couple.) However, I'm sure all will come together, especially after Sanzo's POV. I suppose that was what I was looking for, more of Sanzo's "voice" as the two of them get together and begin learning about each other as the relationship progresses. But! This is your story, and all that matters is how you're imagining it and it's my responsibility to put the pieces of the puzzle together in my head. Heh. Sorry, I'm a bit scatter-brained sometimes… ^^" The point is, that it is so refreshing to read a 53 from this point of view, and I think you've done a splendid job of interpreting the boys in an AU setting. I only wish it could go on forever; like a TV series going into its tenth season. LOL But since I can't have that, I can only beg you to please continue writing more Gojyo/Sanzo - apart from enjoying 53 stories immensely, it also inspires me a lot with my own fanfics. ^_^ Am looking forward to your last chapter, I have my dark chocolate ready to read it with, and I swear if they don't end up together -- "Omae wo korusu!!!" As Sanzo-sama always threatens. "I'm going to kill you." LOL ^_~
