i am so happy that your son turned out okay! i was worried about how he was doing and i'm glad that you gave us all an update. the whole time i was reading it, i was thinking 'for beating the odds, alex is gonna grow up to be a great boy...' i'm so happy for you and i hope everything continues to go well. oh, and the chapter was amazing! ^^

First off, the chapter. Great chapter, love that Inu is finally pulling his head out of his ass. Maybe he'll finally see that he's not the only one who has scars? Next, your author's note. I'm so happy that your son is home and (mostly) healthy. When I read your statement, "I saw God", I almost burst into tears, but that could be the hormones. See, I'm actually 25 weeks pregnant with my own son, and he was kicking away as I was reading your note. Kinda gives me chills thinking about it. I know a couple of women who's sons were born extremely premature, and they are all happy, healthy young boys now. And one of my coworkers sons had to have open-heart surgery for a murmur when he was only a few days old. Now he's a year, and other than the zipper scar down his chest you would never guess at what he's endured. Stories like this give me hope, and I hope that your son's story will be one for other parents may have to endure. I don't know witch made me cry more the chapter or the A/N, I'm leaning towards the A/N. HUGS!!! (I really wish I could give you a really big hug right now.) I think that is the best news I have heard all day, Thank you so much for letting us know what happened, I honestly was very worried when you wrote that your son had been born so early. My cousins baby and my nice were both born early, though not nearly as early as your miracle boy, resulting in several complications. Since I seem to be unable to stop my tears at the moment (their ether tears of relief or tears of joy, I'm not sure which) I think I will stop a bit early and get my rather tired rear end to bed. Thank you again for letting us know, and I am so glad that he made it. I know it may sound weird but, pleas give the little guy a hug for me.

great update... seems that inuyasha and kagome have lots of issues... but in the end looks like inuyasha was able to sort out some things in his mind... will inuyasha & kagome get together... update when you can... please and thank you...

I watched the video and it made me cry. I wasn't balling all over the keyboard but the tears did come. I am so glad you and your son have made it through ok. Only a parent in your situation could truly understand, so I won't pretend...but my heart and blessing went out to you. Only God could have been with that baby through this and I hope you count your blessings everyday. Glad to see you writing again. I can't wait to see more and keep us updated on your son as well. :)

I'm first and foremost so happy for you and your family. My little brother was about a month premature(we have about a twenty year age difference), and that was hard, so I cant even begin to imagine how had it was for you and your family. You are a very strong woman with a very strong story as well! I'm glad to see that you updated, at first I didn't believe my e-mail! Haha! But you have~! ^_^ I'm excited to see what happens next! Keep up the good work. Oh and enjoy Alex while he's young...they turn into little terrors so fast! Haha! Congrats.!!

Wow, first and foremost I am glad your son is doing fantastic. It is amazing the power of prayer. I will keep you and your family in mine...its so hard to believe that in a moments time life can bring us to our knees..and even more amazing as how strong we can become by facing our worst nightmares. Im glad I have God in my life, as you have in yours. Keep the faith my friend! I laughed about the 10lbs on the boob....just wait till its 18lbs on the boob...lawd....and baby fat...sheee-it, my kid will graduate before that is gone...Ung, my son is gonna be fifteen in a little over a week. My daughter is almost nine...you never realize how fast it goes...and a mother never stops worrying over their lil ones...even when they are taller than you. Your son will prolly be 6'5 and play football for high school and one day rule the world. As for the story, absolutely bravo!! It was very good and worth the wait! I love the fact that he couldnt no matter how hard he tried, turn away love. So she has agreed to sleep with him.......will he turn her away when he sees her scars?? I was a little shaken when she almost had to wear that outfit. Wow, that would have been bad if she came out in it and he saw it after what he said.......it was horrible. But I think she is the only one who sees past his anger and hurt and straight to the man. Maybe because she faced her own nightmare....Im not sure. Im also a little concerned regarding the first chapter...it speaks as if she has died. Ugg, Im not sure I could bare it....but I am a sucker for angst, so here I am at your door step. But what can I say, WDW is back!!! Whhoooot!!! Take care my friend. Love Neddi

Well, two things, you were finally able to update! Yay! Gettin your mind settled nuff that you can, and to me that's a good thing. But the main thing: BABY'S HOME! YAY! Him looked soo tine and itty bity there in the vid, but towards the end of it tho he be lookin round and stuff wonderin what y'all are makin a fuss for, lol. Am so glad y'all are home safe, sound and healthy. As for getting back to the story, that was some cliff ya left us on with Inu finally not resisting, but then again neither was Kagome. Awesomeness all round. Update when ya can, and give baby Alex Hugzz and Kisses. XXOOXXOO

I didn't get a chance to write before but i'm extremely happy for you and your little blessing. Not only is he a strong little boy but also the prime example of what is to have the will to live. I love this story!!! But I also have to tell you something, my sister was born at 27 weeks and she had an iron will as well the docs said that she wasn't supposed to be here, but she has lived for almost 22 years as a normal person or as normal as possible for her she's mentally handicapped. You can't really tell unless she doesn't understand something that everyone else does. I am praying that your son makes it and continues to live and has a long and healthy life no matter what :)

Wonderful chapter and well worth the wait. But before I get into that, I just want to say how glad I am that your son came out of his ordeal as well as he did. From what you describe, it is nothing short of miraculous that he's still here...you must be so grateful and feel so blessed. As for the chapter, Inuyasha just makes you want to cry. His self-hatred causes so much damage to the people who care about him.....but so much more to Inuyasha himself. Kagome loves him UNCONDITIONALLY; he just couldn't accept that. Until the end when it finally dawned on him that she wasn't going to leave him, no matter how cruel he was to her. And he was cruel. But the last line of the chapter worries me a lot. Inuyasha has finally accepted Kagome's love and is feeling brave enough to take a chance. But, that bastard Naraku is still waiting in the wings.....and he isn't going to easily let Inuyasha go. Accepting that he loves Kagome and that she loves him was only the beginning. His freedom from his past is going to be much tougher. I just hope he gets the chance. If there was ever a character worthy of a second chance, Inuyasha is DEFINITELY one. I love this story, and post when you can. Take care of Alex. He really is a miracle.

OMG...I am so glad that everything has turned out better than it did before..I was wondering what was happening since we havent heard from you in a while but I am glad that you have your family safe and healthy at home. And i hope ti stays that way. i am glad you updated and I cant wait for the next chapter. Wow. I am so happy for you and Alex. I am glad everything is better and that he is a healthy baby, growing up healthy and everything. Now with the story, it was amazing. I do hope to see an update soon, but I understand with having a baby in the house, it is going to be busy. Good luck with your family!!
