LOVING it ALL! Okay, maybe not the pure vs profane love part. Seriously, how stupid can 1 hanyou be? That really cheapens his feelings for Kagome to think of it that way. Why can't he see the reverse side of it? (Why doesn't Miroku point it out to him? Instead of pure and profane, we're talking platonic and healthy, right? Yeah, someone needs to tell him that.) And he's really adding to Kagome's fears and insecurites by continually mumbling Kikyou's name. I'm surprised Kagome is just taking it like he's under a spell or something instead of just a deep longing for the dead woman. But I absolutely can't wait for Kikyou to show up. Or, even better, I want Sesshoumaru and KOUGA to encounter the new and improved Kagome skin show!!! Wouldn't it be funny for her to smell that Sess is attracted to her? And Kouga's scent will probably knock her out, over and over again. Will the sight of Kikyou make Inuyasha automatically feel pain in his, um, nether region now? Oh, this is going to be so much fun!!!! Now I'm caught up on the story and must wait patiently for the story alert. Is there yet? How about now? Now? Aw, rats.

Oh My GOODNESS!! I laughed so hard, I almost woke up the kids. "a hanyou without a hard-on" THAT has got to be an all-time classic line. If you never wrote another phrase in your life, I would forever remember you for that one. And because of it, I will read everything you ever post.

Just read the fourth chapter -- love it!! SO funny! Having to deal with the smells at school and finding out everyone's dirty little secrets -- who likes who, who's gay, which teachers are perverted, -- you can't beat that for entertainment!!

Mmm, me thinks our Inu has some serious Madonna-Whore complex. Of course, with social value of feudal Japan, a woman is not supposed to be appreciated for her sexuality, something a common whore could provide to satisfy anyman, rather, a woman would take pride if her man respected her and is devoted to her. So I guess Inuyasha, based on this standard, thinks that because he has no sexual attraction to Kikyou means she is higher in his mind, an untainted image of love/infatuation so to speak. With Kagome, however, being from the 20th/21st century she is more open minded about sex and wanted a whole and complete romantic relationship with Inuyasha, both physical and emotional, a relationship completed in both eros and psyche if you will. With Kagome Inuyasha would have a whole and "normal" love life, like any other loving human couple. Wonder if the boy knows what's he got. Hmm. Well, really look forward to more!

holy shit...this is a fucking hilarious story and i love it!! i love when kagome's talking to her mom all crazy saying "i have to find out". and this last chapter just really took the cake. and the chapter before that...with inu's dream and kaede. my sister kinda looked at me weird when i burst out laughing...

You've got me laughing again, and then feeling badly for InuYasha, then Kagome - I'm sure the monk will eventually get his, not that it was all his fault. You do have to be careful what you wish for! Look forward to more - ending there with Kagome's hands down his hakama... LOL
