May I make a suggestion about the next chapter? Have Kagome wake up slightly to voices around her, but her eyes be blurred over so she can't see what's going on. Then...um...Have a couple of the life boats sink (it would be dramatic if the one with her mother sank, but the big guy lived.) Um...Anyway. Good work so far. I can't wait to read what comes next. This is probably another one of the great original fan fics that I have ever read

Im SO happy you made kikyo a good mother, considering that kagome was forced onto her... but i thought this was a good chapter, i hate to say it but i feel bad for bankoutsu cause of his first wife... well i cant wait until the next chapter!!!

I agree, I like Kagome to be a little more 'pirate-y' as Moon_essence1 put it..LoL, I can't wait to hear from Inu!! (I know, I'm so impatient) Please update ASAP!! Can't wait to find out what happens next!!

please are you going to kill off kikyo? cause it would be great if you had kagome raised by bankotsu and his men so she would be alot like them
