Reviewed By: RandomReader Nell On: September 10, 2007 06:47 EDT Comment/Review: Realisticly cute. I like. Now to go and read the book so I can more fully apriciate it. (I saw the movie last night.) (I think this in the 2nd maybe 3rd review in 6+ months of reading this site. Feel lucky.) ;-)

I really enjoyed the angst-tinted fluff! I liked seeing the take on both sides of the relationship, and the hesitancy that is present in any new romantic commitment. The blending of book and movie confused me a bit, but it wasn't so odd as to take away from the overall prose, especially as it sort of, however unintentional, matched your style: a mix of the fable-like tone from the novel and the care-free fluff of the movie. Thank you for sharing an absolutely lovely bit of writing!

Reviewed By: shiroi-miko On: July 02, 2007 23:40 EDT Rating(s):Overall Rating: 9 of 10 Comment/Review: I really enjoyed reading this cute little fic, although one thing that was a bit annoying was the switching from present to past tense. Other than that I find it was beautifully written... and the part about her name being Hatter and the fact that she makes hats was funny ^^

Reviewed By: Rin_chan [MediaMiner Member] On: April 17, 2007 01:12 EDT Comment/Review: I love this piece, even though it was short. It was a happy sigh story that also kinda made me angry and want to read more and more! X3 I love your longer fanfics, but they're all of good quality. And I love this love story because it makes me laugh and smile X3

They're wonderfully canon! And you can definately tell each voice is their own (Sophie's and Howl's respectably). Though it wasn't the most exciting thing I've read, nor the most original, the character development and portrayal is really quite endearing. It was cute. The style of writing, I think, also stays very true to the tone of the book. Not to mention, it's not even been a week since I first watched Howl's Moving Castle! And then, of course, I had to get the movie AND the book in one outing. So this update of yours came at a perfect time. ^_~ -kerricarri@sbcglobal.net

Even though I had no idea what the characters were like, you illustrated them very vividly as two young people confused but very much in love with each other. Gratz to you for your fine writing!
