Hey! I absolutely adore this story, and i really hope that you'll update soon. You're going great with the story line, and Sesshomaru's son is a great character. Hope to see more!

YAY!! I've been away for sooo long, so this is finally being typed as a review! SNOW DAY TODAY!!! WWWOOOOOOOHHHOOOOOO!!!!! I'm happy I made you laugh... i love it when other peoples are happy! I just feel so warm and sodaly inside! Oh! Soda? My apple cider is fermenting so it smells like champagne and tastes like an apple soda! It's actually quite good... ! WAH! I'm off topic! ARRGH! Um... hi! Pie is awesome! Shoot, focus... finding happy place... aha! I liked this chapter... the mysterious woman and Kotaromaru's reaction was pretty funny. And then Shippo was just seething because of what Kotaromaru did... Hah! I really really enjoyed this chapter! ... I GOT A BUNNY! I named her Cuddles *beams*! My sister got a bunny too, and her bunny's name is Smoky! YAAAAAAY!!! Um.. ramblings almost done now... I'll go and help shovel... Update soon pwease! ^-^

GREAT chapter. Lots of action....and, my favorite, EMOTION. I was afraid that the stuff between Kotaromaru, Kyuichi, and Inuyasha was going to come to a head. You could tell by the way Kyuichi was acting that he envied his father's closeness with his nephew. And, it was somewhat understandable; Kyuichi was a mischievous pup, always getting into trouble for something or other, from his dad and everyone else. And it must be rough to have everyone comparing you to your "perfect" cousin, the taiyoukai. LORD, it was Inuyasha and Sesshomaru all over again, with the boys playing the parts of their fathers (although Kota isn't nearly as cold as his dad, thank goodness). I'm just glad that it seems to have resolved itself peacefully. Kota needed to understand Kyu's position and sacrifice.....and Kyu needed to see that his cousin wasn't just a usurper in his family but PART of it, an orphaned pup who had lost ALL of his family....except for Inuyasha's side. You did SUCH a good job with that. I also enjoyed Kota's awakening into puberty. After that scene, he is DEFINITELY growing up, lol. And his new attacks....AWESOME. I really love this story, and I look forward to reading more whenever you can post. And thanks for the compliment about the reviews. I just believe in giving credit where credit is due. And you definitely deserve it.

Welcome back! Great chapter - totally loved the trip back & the duel! Koga's a total thorn, but I understand it completely (I do it to my sister). The cousins' rivalry could be a problem in the future, but hopefully not. Danryokusei has a very interesting attack. You could take someone out but no evidence of the weapon...nice!! Glad things are going better for you! And as always, looking forward to your next installment! :)

Great chapter. I love your characterization in this story. And, even though Kyuichi is a little troublemaker, I just think he is adorable. becasue he is truly Inuyasha all over again. I just hope that Inuyasha's closeness with his nephew won't eventually cause trouble between him and his son. I think that's really why Kyuichi messes with his cousin so much....to get his dad's attention. Right now, the rivalry between the boys is funny. But it has the potential to get a lot more serious. I am really enjoying this story, and I was glad to see it back.

Nice chapter. I like that the young lord took a fancy to Kouga. I am somewhat surprised that the disappearance of someone as powerful as Sess wouldn't have made it to Kouga, but he probably just ran away from the messenger. I also liked that Inu allowed Kotaromaru a chance to be the "adult" and only took over when Kot couldn't really do it any more. I look forward to reading about Kot's training under Inuyasha - especially seeing that Inu didn't have a lot of formal training in the mange either.

hm, i love every bit of the gruffy inuyasha and cocky kouga and all the other characters you describe so well! if i could make a suggestion, try and make kagome even more gentle, i think this is her main characteristic after all isn't it? but all in all, congratulations for your beautiful work - oh, and the battle scenes came out really well, it's obvious you've put a lot of work into them!

I loved the dinner scene! Very everyday normal with everyone chattering. It's good to know some things do not change(Kouga & InuYasha's "love" of each other). What was Kouga going to see Sesshy about? Since he's been sequesterred in the mountains, maybe it was for news of Naraku? LOL InuYasha is the best one to train Kotaro - something Sesshy should have done for InuYasha in their father's place. You can't train someone properly by just beating the crap out of them. And a 10 year old at that..tai-youkai or not!

Love the uncle/nephew dynamic - they are so alike in many ways - it's good Kotaromaru is amongst so much family (family is not only blood, it's what is in your heart) - sounds like Kotaromaru will honor his mother just as InuYasha has - thanks for the update!!
