I'm glad that the exoneration of Miroku was not solely down to Sango overhearing the two girls' "confession" in the toilet - that her own instincts were kicking in about the oddity of the scene and she was working it out for herself, that the girls simply confirmed her suspicions. I'm not a huge fan of relationship drama being raked over the coals for a billion chapters, so it's nice to see. It made the event seem more like proof that Miroku's earned Sango's trust - that he *can* be trusted despite his past. If someone's to be viewed as a potential (future) husband material (and it may be too early in their relationship for such thoughts, so I'm talking about us - the readers) then we need to see evidence that yes, the couple can and do trust each other even in trying times. That's more interesting to me than seeing whole chapters worth of soap-style melodrama, so I'm very glad you did it that way. It'll be interesting to find out how the journalist traced her - whether it was simply the journalist doing their job (which is annoying enough!), or whether there's a more nefarious reason. It's nice to see a sense that, even before the trap can be sprung, the group may be vulnerable. I loved those rumours though - a great example of how you only need to set one story in motion, and then let it snowball by itself, to get what you want. Unless Kagura really is pregnant, of course (I'm hoping not, crazy speculation is more fun than it really being true), but it's true that in real life when you hear about an unexpected, or whirlwind, marriage (Sesshoumaru and Kagura's being both), you also hear people around very often wondering if the reason why is because the woman's pregnant. It's great to see the rumourmill is going crazy with speculation. It's the same as the other chapter where you didn't give all the facts in the press release Naraku read, just enough fact left out for Naraku to reach all the conclusions he wanted to.

this is so good, i wish the chapters were longer though. yes longer chapters posted more often would be nice for me, of course that would mean more work for you and you probably cant do it.

first look up the list of student on the internet might be a good way... it would also give a good idea of where she might be... and if some one called up at the office asking about her, they might even thought they really shouldn't give out her time table... decent people can be tricked very easy... then again... if Sango was on the internet... Lets say its pretty easy to find out the major internet access point (ie the city, China's one works really great, how ever Australia's one sucks...) but to get a very close location.... is to have some one who is VERY good with computers and lack in either morals, or doesn't care about going to jail.... or Yellow pages or what ever you call your telephone books... the website can give you the number with just the name... GREAT CHAPTER!!!

Good chapter. I am so glad that Sango used her head and gave poor Miroku the benefit of the doubt. He really was innocent this time, lol. But seriously, considering the shameless lech that Miroku has been in the past, Sango truly did him an honor by trusting him. If he wasn't in love with her already, he certainly should be now :D.

Ahh, poor Miroku - a classic case of even if someone changes, can they ever escape their past (a la Dean Keaton in The Usual Suspects - though hopefully this turns out better!). Just a quick note to say still lurking and enjoying the story (and two posts in two weeks!)!

Okay finally caught up lol. I have been reading this story every time I had the chance to do so and I have to say I love it. and you are doing a awesome job. And Ji-Chan did a awesome job setting the trap now hopefully everything will go as planned so Naraku will be defeated finally. And poor Miroku I hope Sango will understand. Wow and he just got he trust too even see the scar on her back. Well keep up all the great work cant wait to read more! :D
