EEEEE!! That was it?! Where's the rest of it??? I was reading the update, bouncing in my chair like a child w/ ADD and a sugar high--really enjoyed how you handled the whole Inu-Toga interaction...showing how Toga is/has changed as an individual and how Inuyasha was so rattled that he'd be acting a little out of the norm. I hope they'll be more interaction between the 2 as your story progresses. (Hey, Toga, meet your future son, who can kick some serious butt AND your future daughter-in-law, who is an uber miko...XP) A wonderful update to a great read and I appreciate the work you've put into this, especially the historical research--the accuracy just adds to the richness of this fic. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this emperor the one w/ the tomb loaded w/ all the terra cotta warriors and supposedly a minuturized version of China in his tomb?

Good chapter. Poor Inuyasha must have felt like he was in the Twilight Zone, running into his dead father.....a thousand years before he was born. Inuyasha wouldn't call it "Twilight Zone" necessarily, but the concept is the same, lol. Talk about weird. You did a really good job with that, too. Inuyasha has always been somewhat in awe of his father, even if he did pretend he didn't care....so this has really got to be getting to him. I do wonder what Toga plans to talk to him about. It should be good. I also hope that Kagome can find a way to dodge the pervert that's after her. She is in a lot of trouble.....but that guy also doesn't know what HE'S dealing with. Kagome won't go quietly, so he will have his work cut out for him if he seeks to break her. I definitely look forward to reading more soon. I love the uniqueness of this story.

This story is sheer brilliant genius, with a truly imaginative and original plot. Every chapter sucks you in and leaves you wanting more. I cannot wait for chapter 4, and seeing the Inu No Taisho's reaction; as I can already see Inuyasha's and he's saying "OH SHIT." One of the best Inuyasha fics I'v ever read, please continue.

I knew it was HIM, you sneaky devil you... i had a strong hunch the general was going to be HIM and i was right, oh boy... the intensity of this story just increased 10 fold in less than an instant! I can't wait to see how things will proceed now, this is just too good to miss now, so please update again and soon!

OMG!! I was just waiting for that twist at the end! I kept thinking it was going to be him or someone further back in Inu's family tree, but what you've done works nicely! I am anxious to see how Inuyasha and Kagome get out of this nasty mess--keep up the good work!

aw, COOL! moment of silence for the eventual father/son bonding. . . ...... . . . one would only hope yasha would have enough sense to seek his father's help and council to get him and kagome out of their current predicament without upsetting history too much . . . while kagome has to deal with a man suffering from mercury poisoning madness... amazing piece weaving threads of history, beloved characters into a richly colored tapestry, exciting and eloquently mastered. ~ a true pleasure, ginny ~ a rich and sinful reward for such a beautifully colored and richly textured piece: ~ ::ginny's rum balls:: ~grind up: walnuts, dates, almonds, raisins, pecans, coconut, chocolate chips(lots and lots)...add more sticky dates and raisins if not gooey enough ~mix in: mini-chocolate chips, 151 proof rum ~roll in ground nuts, cocoa powder, or finely ground coffee(hazelnut coffee is good) ~ because you don't cook them the alcohol is still there... warning: eating too many rum balls will make you drunk >=P

Good chapter. I had a feeling that Inuyasha had been sent to kill his DAD! When they mentioned a demon that no one could kill, Yash's dad definitely came to mind. I can't wait to see how their conversation goes next time. Please update as soon as you can!

Another good chapter. That Ying Zheng is a manipulative little turd, though. I can't wait to see how Inuyasha deals with him. But, since they are now holding Kagome, that is going to be easier said than done. And his mission is not going to be easy to carry out either, if he's able to carry it out at all. If the youkai he's supposed to kill is who I think he is, there is no way Inuyasha will be able to kill him....for more reasons than one. I really like this story. It's unique and draws you in immediately. I look forward to reading more soon.

Ho hoooo... now things are starting to make sense... and if my theory is anything close to the truth, i think i have a pretty good idea who this 'Yaoguia' general is that Ying was talking about, oh boy, if i am right, this is going to be a blast. As for Kagome, hmmm, things are not looking good i see, and the plot will only thicken from here on out. I love this, i hope you update again soon, because I...AM...LOVING...THIS...!!
