....Dang. I'm speechless. And so happy I finally stumbled on a story that isn't half finished (well technicaly it is, but that's a detail) and will never be finished. At least...I hope (pray) it will be finished! Please continue! It's an awesome story, and I think it's surpassed only original. It may not be your fairytale or your anime but the thought of combining them together is brilliant. Anyways, just want to beg you to keep going. One more time, it's awesome! |

This was a great story. I'm glad I came to the site just after you uploaded a new part. Its really good. Doing a very good job of taking the original story of on your own tangent. ::sniff sniff:: I know the story well, but this is the first fanfict that I have seen that takes this classic story and put in our favorite CCS characters. I really hope you will continue on with this story. I, too, have a hard time putting something down and then never having time to pick it back up again. I hope you take the time to finish this story. |

This is awesome!!!! I love fairy tales & new takes on fairy tales (& really like Robin McKinley -- ever read Rose Daughter? Funny thing about fairy tales -- there are so many versions of the same thing! When I first started reading this, I thought I'd never heard of the story of Thousand Furs, but it's just that the version I read is called Donkey Skin. Instead of a coat of a thousand furs, the fourth gift is the skin of the King's pet donkey, which he loved above all things (other than the dead queen and, obviously, his daughter). It's also strange how disturbing fairy tales really are...Anyway, please update soon!! I can't wait to see what happens!!!! |

I love how you took a classic story and put it with some of my favorite characters. I love the story!!! And I want to read more. As for style and grammer- there is much to be desired. Try reading them allowed. This will help with the flow- aka putting commas in to take a break. I've learned that if you can read a sentence without a pause no comma is needed, however, if you pause while reading the sentence, place a comma where you paused. I look forward to reading more of this story. Thank you very much for sharing it. |
