1. It's called a prologue not an epilogue. An epilogue comes at the end. A prologue comes at the beginning.
2. Do not make your conversations longer than the actual fanfic.
3. Actually _have_ some real content when you upload something, not two paragraphs. Everything you put into a list of who was who and how old could've been made into a paragraph.
4. Honestly, I don't think anyone's that interested in your by-play. Save it for yourselves. Story is what is wanted. Maybe a brief history of _why_ this war is happening.
5. Give credit where credit is due: the names of the countries and possibly more come from writings by Tamora Pierce. I don't see her mentioned anywhere. Not giving proper credit can get you into all kinds of trouble.
6. Don't try and guilt people into a review by saying you won't post more til you get X amount of reviews.
7. Put this in AU, not original. It's an Alternate Universe, not an original universe.
Please take my advice under consideration. It won't hurt and it might help you. |
