In the wake of the god awful sequel anime, this fills me with a
particular joy as a contrast to the garbage version of sessrin the
show gave us.

Those are a lot of "And sometimes"-es! I liked the read, though; haven't ever come across something like this before, that much I can say. It was strange in its own way, but enjoyable. 9/10 for the grammar because writers know, despite the temptation, that starting sentences with "and" is a no-no.

Throw out the ratings since they are probably biased. That was an amazing read. I suppose Rin is somewhere around eighteen since the line 'There are many ways for a woman to get in trouble' was a recurring theme. Why don't these two become official? Are they excited by the impromptu nature of their encounters? I think Jaken and Kohaku should have some sort of idea of what's going on. I mean, she requires a new kimono every few days! What will they do once Rin becomes pregnant, eh? I'd adore a story about that.

I read this a while ago, can't believe I didn't review before. I really enjoyed this, I like the flow of the piece, with the recurring lines ('the many ways a woman can find herself in trouble') and the words and writing style you used--plus, the sex in the river thing was really original! ;) Thanks for sharing this. =)

Whew. I've missed your Rin/Sess stories Alot. Thanks for writing this. It blazes off the pages for the descriptions alone and the countlessf fiery scenes. And the underlying humor makes it sweet. (love the Kag/Sess stories too)
