I excited about the 'sex talk'. Kagome's mother is always warm and understanding. I hope she doesn't make it too hard on her daughter. Me and my mother still haven't had 'the talk' and I'm 23. I still don't think I could hear her talk about it! It's just so strange to think about your parents and sex. Uggg... :shudders:

I have to tell you I LOVE seeing Inuyasha having these "daddy" moments with Rin. Is there really going to be "the talk" with Kagome and her mother? (eep)Sesshoumaru in a bookstore? I'm surprised Kagome lured him out of there as quickly as she did. The nerd in me wonders how much the written language itself has changed from Sesshoumaru's time to Kagome's. (Nerd moment over.) I really liked the hanky-panky scene in the dressing room. Nicely naughty. Loved it. Kouga... poor Kouga... it's one against many for him. (Awesome!) Thank you for posting so quickly.

*hanging head* Hojo really stepped off the deep end. I guess unrequited love can make a fella crazy. Brainshake beat me to the punch saying this, but it was one of the first things that popped to mind... what kind of DNA profile ARE they going to find on that knife, anyway. ROTFL.... Is it going to be human or puppy? Something else entirely? The real heart-cincher for me was Souta. Sure, the grandfather scene was touching, but it's not as painful as the Souta scene because the grandfather is at peace with the changes. Lest we not forget that Souta is born of two eras, too. . . so I'm hoping hoping hoping he gets to use the well one day. Maybe it's a coming of age thing (none shall pass unless this tall?). Please for the love of everything good and pure, let him finish that puzzle one day. Maybe dad has that piece. All this time he's guarding *something*... and we don't know what yet. Kagome still has to find at least two more pieces of heart, too... nope, not forgetting that. Sess is such a horn dawg! I guess if it takes you over 500 years to find your soul mate, you're bound to have a lot of pent up frustrations to ease. By the way, I've noticed that you've been jumping from scene to scene a little more frequently than in the earlier chapters. I like it. It works. It keeps us on our toes. hehe... no bra... as if anyone is going to notice in the mall. I have to side with Sessh on that one. I don't know about the mall where she is, but it's been my experience that you can see far more fascinating things than a bra-less teen girl at the mall. (like Hojo in a dress maybe?) There is so much to look forward to! I'm particularly interested to see how the conversations between Sesshoumarou and Kagome's mother play out. Once again, you've delivered a good punch of action and left us pining for more. Thanks for a great read, as always.

It's gonna be very interesting what happens to Hojo now. If the police decide to investigate the knife further and make a DNA-analysis, what will they find? Or will the blood have healed itself off from the knife? If they take in Kagome for questioning, they'll see she has no wound. Either that, or Kagome have to open up a small wound so he gets busted when they see the matching blood! I bet Hojo will end up in the nut house. *evil grin*

I'm back! Muahahahah! I loved this chapter. *cue grin* It reminded me of all of my favourite movies from the 80's and 90's. quote from [80's]'Circuit': "Stephanie changed colour!" Think about the whole no bra moment. priceless. Sess made me laugh *if you don't know this movie...OMG!* (its the one with the robot and the dude off of police academy. he played mahoney) Then there was the moment where I cackled like the witch off of snow white... kahahahaha. I think this was the moment when everyone realized Hojo had gone off the deep end with a parachute and decided he forgot his cookie *aka: crazy persobn...beware*. ...um... that didn't really make sense did it?...hahehe ^^' ~.^ I loved this chapter. But this time I was sad to see it end. It shocked me that it was at the end already. I was wanting to read more. Alas, i must wait. I was like... What! its the end? *cue confused look* and that is when it reminded me of the original just-for-laughs comedy tour: "mommy... it's ovvvverrrrr!!" Today was all about the tv flashbacks...lol Happy writing and I hope I brightened your day... wow...omg... wtf... Two reviews for one chapter.. I just read your comments on the new chapter and had to write a review... I haven't even read the chapter yet...lol I know this is going to be my fav chap so far I can tell by the way you ended the last one... I love your story so much...! I want my review to fill you with bugs bunny and tweedy and all of those playful characters. I think this is the first chapter that has been done completely in the modern era. It was quite interesting to see how Souta an Gramps feel about Kagome and her time traveling. I feel so bad for Souta. I wonder if he will ever be told why a white dog might have red eyes lol. I liked the puzzle thing... it made me feel a lot of things, but one of those things was to get a puzzle and put my dining room table to use for a change! I would just have to find a way to protect it from my cats... I suppose that Mokomoko didn't get any blood on it... You didn't mention if she was still wearing it or if it got bloody, but it probably didn't seeing as her pants were OK and the blood was flowing while she lay back... That was very naughty of Sesshoumaru to keep Kagome's bra from her... and just about everything else he did with her in that stall... bad dog! Good thing Kagome's hair is long enough to cover those things... It will be quite interesting to see what happens when Hojo tells his story and there is no evidence anymore to support it. I'm sure the police will want to question Kagome... and possibly Sesshoumaru even though it's obvious to them that Hojo is a little off. Well I hope you can post the next chapter soon! I'll be looking forward to it.

Ye you naughty girl I was owndering why you haven't done reveiwer responses...but I forgive you I understand how the flow thing works. I loved this chappie tone hojo's crazy ass needs to be locked up already but Kags is amazing s usual. But sess needs more confidence damnit lol Your hubbyis reading your story now freaking awesome I tried getting my BF to read mine psh it's like trying a putll a tooth so I dn't try anymore buut he's awesome to read it LUCKY!! Thank you for another wonderful chapter. I'm enjoying Sesshoumaru and Kagome in the modern era. Don't worry about the reviewers response. Anyone who complains doesn't really need to have your attention anyway. You just keep on writing and I'm sure we can find it in our hearts to forgive you. lol. What's your new story about? I can't wait for it. I love this story but I'm sure I could love anything you write.

i just keep finding this story on a whole bunch of different sites, and I have to say I love it! For some reason the sever I use goes down but I can still read your fantastic writing. Your character interactions still amaze me along with the plot. I love your work! ^^

Great transitional chapter. Kouga's in for it, and I'm completely enjoying watching that play out. I'm also feeling a few ounces pity for Inuyasha for not having a woman of his own, and I'm proud of him for his current attitude on the matter. Hojo... dear little loony-toons himself... I never once had him figured for wielding a knife. He really is a beer or two short of a six pack. At least Kagome's gaggle of teen girlfriends are safely squirreled away in another store and won't have to see whatever is unfolding. Sesshoumaru just knows how to roll with the punches, doesn't he? I wonder if he's going to let Kagome out of his sight after this. I can just see him guarding the bathroom door, for example. It's a good thing he never got a chance to snoop in her Victoria Secret's bag. Yes, this story is developing nicely and at a very believable pace. Well done. I'm looking forward to the next installment.
