This is a very powerful story. Bravo for having the courage to write such darkness. So often we want the happily ever after, which is why we all read fiction. Thank you for giving these characters a reality. I noticed that the last chapter was posted in August. I hope that the delay of posting the next chapter is because of the intricacies of up coming plot points. I'm itching to see what happens next. Please, don't leave me hanging....What happens?!

That's one of your specialties. Heheheh Thanks for answering in this chapter, all those questions that kept swimming in my brain after that heartbreaking chapter. Uff. You're right about the inevitably repetitious feeling brought by when the last fight against Naraku is written here. But I see why you felt compelled to include it. I find it very interesting that there is a psychologist in the story. It is very risky considering that Kagome could be discovered. However, it is one great way to prepare Kagome for when Sesshomaru re-enters her life. That way her feelings are resolved by when that time comes. Honestly, the anticipation is crazy! I hate to put pressure on you. I'm sure that you are giving yourself enough pressure already. I can only recommend that you don't add or take away from what you had imagined. Be true to how you thought that it would happen and it will be perfect. No hurry, take your time...we all know that it will be wonderful. Here's to a continued recovery from your surgery. Best, QS

As always, the chapter was great. I like the way you portrey Kagome, somewhat fragile: we all have problems, and not always we know how deal with them.I think it´s hard to believe that she would always be a strong and secure woman, after all, everyone has his bad days (although hers seem to be specially nasty). Looking forward for next chapter, and I hope you recover very well from your surgery. Good luck

I had an inkling that Inuyasha wasn't going to make it to the end of this, but Kagome's whole loss was very unexpected. You wrote it quite well, I actually got a little foggy by the end of this chapter. Damn I love a good tragedy, it really makes you feel if it's written well enough and I love that.

I totally did not expect this. It's been a long time since I started your story so I either forgot that it was a tragedy or I didn't notice. I had a knot on my throat during the read but the tears let out at the end when Souta got home and found Kagome in the state that she was. She underwent an expectant Mom's worst fear; this doubled with the loss of InuYasha. It's a very sad chappie. I do hope however, that you will consider elaborating some more about the following points. First, could you explain a bit more the connection of the Shikon No Tama's influence with this sudden turn of events? Especially, that voice; whose was it? Second, could you share a bit more about how Kagome digests the loss of Inu and Sango? This can be perceived with her re-living all that Inu did for her with the stairs and then the baby's room but I guess that those moments were written as a narration or after the fact. Perhaps I needed to hear her talk it out in a dialogue, even if it is her talking to herself. Basically, as a reader I feel that by 'listening' to her then it would help me heal along with her. I say this because this is a very saaaaad chapter. Waaaah! Last, this chapter was very well written although I wonder if you felt rushed while writing it. I totally understand if you were, especially with your impending and unexpected move. But as a fan, I am happy to give you as much time as you need so that you can continue to give us all the details that go through your mind about the events that you present. :-D Good luck with the move and enjoy writing the next chapter. BTW, during the move, don't forget to use your legs and keep good posture when you lift the boxes. Many thanks for the update and take care of you, QS

Anyway, so much happenned in these last chapters: mainly the developmant of Kagome´s healing powers, the fact that Sesshoumaru simply can´t stay much time away from her, the way she was adapting to her life with Inuyasha, her pregnancy, his efforts to make her happy, the whole episode regarding Souta´s room to accomodate their baby and the tragic accident, it was beautifully done. What a tragedy indeed. In an instant she has lost everything and, in the end, she found out that all of that happenned because of a silly and unfounded argument. This can turn a person really crazy. But I have to tell you that I relly had a bad feeling about the way Inuyasha used the jewel. From the start, I thought that he had used it to his own purposes, it was never a selfish desire from him: in a way he used it to his own benefit (or so he thought). But it seems that the jewel has it´s own way to distort things, and in the end it only brought sadness and tragedy. What a trinket. It´s almost as if it was waiting the better oportunity to attack and make the utmost havoc. I thought that Inuyasha would die, but I never thought that it would be that tragic and that the jewel would drag Kagome along. Poor thing, she´s suffered so much, but I suppose that she ended up paying for her own passivity and resignation with the whole situation she was in. Everything has a price. But I can´t help but wonder... How strong could her healing powers be now? Would it be strong enough for her dream come true? Very good job and I´m dying to see what happens next. DivaG

I was crying so much. Why couldn't Inuyasha survive? Why couldn't he die before kagome was pregenant. Of course it wouldnt have made much of a story but still!!! I'm giving you a month to update!

I kind of figured the only way to end Inuyasha was by some type of accident, however, I didn't think you would end the child's existence as well. Plus make it so she can't have children anymore. That was quite sad. I think you did a good job with how you handled the situation tho.

There were no warnings in the summary that I could see and I typically won't read fics that have the deaths of any of the main Inuyasha characters because life sucks enough as it is and I read to wash that away. Give us a warning next time, ne?
