Oh man, that was quite emotionally intense! You captured the denial/pain/stomach-churning-ness of Rukia's grief so well. I'm very impressed. I'm also very happy that Ichigo got the public humiliation and slap that was coming to him. (A kick in the head would have been even better, but poor Rukia was ready to collapse at that point.) Can't wait for Ch 7 now!

such a sad chapter!!! Hisana's dead! pooor Rukia!omg i wanted o cry with her but such a good chapter i have been waiting for rukia to slap ichigo but her kissing him in front of all their friends... magnificent. You are truly a gifted writer and i can not wait until the next chapter. I love this story so much especially since i have gone through a situation similiar to this, thank you so much for writing it!

Oh my. This story is quite possibly one of the most heart-wrenching things I've read in a long time- even if I know (I hope) that everything will turn out for the best. Your writing style never fails to amaze me; you're able to make your characters absolutely human, and that's beyond admirable. Rukia made me cry :P Thank you so much, and please update soon!

This is still the most heart wrenching story I have ever read. Don't get me wrong...it is an EXCELLENT story and again I applaude your brilliance. I just hate...hating Ichigo. He is one of my favorite characters and with every chapter you make me want to hate him. I read your stories because I enjoy how you write a really wonderful love story. When you read each chapter is makes your heart warm and leaves a smile your face. With this story, my heart hurts more and more with every chapter. when I read in your A/N that this was the chapter we were waiting for I was hoping for Ichigo to finally do or say something positive, but there was nothing...well except when Rukia kissed him and he didn't pull away. This is a truly depressing story...I'm expect anytime now Rukia will try to commit suicide...I know I would. Her sister is dead, Ichigo has stomped all over her heart and she feels she has no one to love at all. My god woman...give the girl a break...And as far as Kaien showing up...He should be a grief counselor...he shouldn't be a love interest. Put Rukia in a mental hospital for a month or so and let Ichigo feel helpless without her. Let him see how he's made her feel all this time. She has no one to love or comfort her. And he should be there for her...period. And as for Orihime, let her run off with Ishida...or better yet let Ishida tell off Ichigo. He's very observant...he could have known all along that something was going on between Ichigo and Rukia and He actually feel sorry for Rukia, someone in her bunch should feel for her enough to defend her. Someone should because Orihime's a selfish little twit and she thinks of no one but herself. If this seems like and angry rant...it's not, I'm just frustrated...I'm used to your usual romance with action and drama mixed in. I'm not used to this much Angst...Don't get me wrong I love a bit of angst every now and again, but this is a bit too much. I hope is dials down a bit in future. Why do you want to hurt your readers so much. I agree with one of your reviewers...Ichigo would never be this cruel to Rukia at least not in this way. Please update soon and give poor Rukia a break give her back her love...give her back Ichigo...she needs him. PLEASE...I'm on my knees begging. PLEASE *reviewer sobs*

Wow, great chapter!! I felt so bad for Rukia! And that kiss, I can't wait to see everyone's reaction!!:) That was great and I notice Ichigo didn't try to push her away either!!:)

OMG! So good! XD I know how you feel about those reviews, lol, it's always a good pick-me upper when you get some good ones. Although, I'm happy that you decided to update. You're killing me here! lol Such a good and heart wrenching chapter. You were right, when people are starting to give you crazy reviews and getting upset, you're hitting a nerve somewhere. The story is just excellent and I enjoy reading it. I'm just so upset for Rukia. I can't believe Byakuya did that. Okay, maybe I can. And then everyone is just all surprised by Rukia's kiss. I'm glad she finally did something. And Ichigo sure as hell didn't seem to mind. XD Such a great story, excellent chapter, and I hope you can update the story soon. XD

I have a love-hate relationship with this fanfic. It's a really good story so far, but I feel really bad for Rukia. I know she likes the guy, but I can't stand seeing her this emotionally weak and being treated like crap every chapter. Ichigo's personality still confused me. I don't understand why he acts like this towards Rukia. Why he used her like this? You should write more on Ichigo's thoughts and give us some idea on why he's like this to her. Also, just for a confirmation...This is an Ichigo/Rukia fanfic, right?

It hurts so much when you're stucked in a hopeless, impossible love like this,reading this fic really is ripping my heart.Rukia here is such a poor girl.I can't stand this but still can't stop reading.You are brilliant,I love your story.I can't wait to see Kien.The more I read the more I wonder: could a girl who is in such a deep love with a guy ,like rukia to Ichigo-the bastard here,be able to change her heart for another man? I hope YES!I'd love to see her slowly forgot her miserable love and walk on a new open rohead.And that will teach him a painful,unforgetable lesson.He will have to live in regret and misery when he reconized his own feelings and stupid actions but it was too late because the her heart was no longer with him,it had belonged to another man.He with his own hand had destroy his one a lifetime chance of love and life,now he is left with only an emty shell.>_

you're right, i still can't figure it out. and yeah, i know, you'll reveal it to us sometime. but do you know how hard it is to wait? honestly, i don't want to wait. i want the whole story out right now! but hell, that is just the fangirl in me screaming. i know i'll find out sooner or later. i still can't believe it in my heart that ichigo could be that cruel. well not, never to rukia anyway. so what is the deal? why? damn, i feel like a kid who can't sit still or sleep at christmas eve, trying to get a peek at santa during christmas. that is how i feel about this fic. i can never seem to wait long enough for each update. plus the fact that i still can't get the general picture here. it is also quite confusing, sure you depicted that inoue was the one clinging to ichigo all the time but still, ichigo does have some touchy actions towards her too. and yet he can't do that with rukia. he wouldn't even kiss her during sex. howcome? why? the only way i cxan have the answers is for you to update faster. could you? pleeeaaassseee?

Ugh, my stomach. Poor, POOR Rukia... my heart pains for her!! I want to punch Ichigo in his gut right about now... what a jerk. I don't think I could take another chapter of Rukia being jerked around emotionally by Ichigo... please, PLEASE let there be a light at the end of this tunnel!

This is my first time reviewing you on this site. I created a new account just to review this story, so here it goes. I love the story, even though it is heart wrenching. My heart actually hurts each time I read your updates. You have written Ichigo as such a rotten guy...I have no clue why, but I am sure it will all come out soon. Also, I didn't like Orihime before this story, now my loathing for her has increased way past my loathing for Aizen. Ichigo should never even breath the same air as Orihime. However, I am sure you are going some place with this unusually painful pairing. As I read, I ask myself if this is truly a Ichigo/Rukia story because you have inflicted so much unnecessary pain on the pair. However, I am an avid reader of your brilliant stories, so I know you have a plan and they will be together in the end. I look foward to your next update and I am sure the next chapter of this story will be just as brilliant as this one.
