Absolutely brilliant, One of the best things I've read out there, M-rated or otherwise. Masterful use of the change in perspective to deliver powerful scenes, mostly in-character, wonderful descriptive lines and amazing execution leave me with nothing to criticize. I only wish you'd update/write longer chapters, but that's selfishness on my part ~_^ Beautiful work and looking forward to more.

It's a really nice alternate version of the 12th angel's attack. A few typos, though, but it's really creative. Also, I've never encountered this style of writing before, where each paragraph (somewhat) molds into the next.

Based on chapter one, it seems this angel does manage to help Shinji and Asuka at least, though I'm not quite sure how. Asuka's aware of what's happening, and that may make it worse. Meanwhile, Shinji's having nightmare's of his darker thoughts and Rei's lost herself to a misguided concept of love. I'm curious to see what happens next, and just why this angel wants to "help" them. P.S. I apologize for my rating. I realize all 10's doesn't tell you much and seems like a cop out, but I really do love this story and look forward to updates, and you actually seem to proofread your fic, which I greatly appreciate.

This is very good. Very good use of present tense and terrific use of pacing. I like how you interlace the different scenes together to pull in the reader and give it that disjointed feeling like the characters are experiencing. Well done. Let's see some more.

Oh, this is good... this is really good. Please do not let this become another unfinished work of art. What you have given us is a taste... a tantalizing taste... Something (as-yet unexplained) has happened to the Children and it has left them (well, Asuka and Shinji - we haven't seen Rei yet) profoundly changed, and while they are coming to grips with that change, they are reluctant to go back to what they were, and that unknowing of what has happened, plus the emotions that have been displayed, are what makes me hope that this story will be continued. Please... keep it going!
