Sounds to me like you need to look at this situation from an emotionless point of view. Now, you already mentioned that everything about both of your lives would make being with him difficult. Now, that could be dealt with, IF you two really, truly loved eachother. Notice I say LOVE, and not passing attraction, because anything less than love will make the rest of your life hell. You'll be alienated from both your sister and your friend, not to mention you just might piss off anyone else involved. Now, if there was a definite spark between you, and you could definetly see a furture beyond a bit of necking on the couch, I say go for him anyway. Now, that would be my advice, if not for the fact that this guy doesn't seem to be much of a prize. It's painfully obvious that he flirts with girls while both himself and his victems are already tied down, now do you really want to deal with that? You could easily fall for him, do you really want to be head over heels with a guy that might not even see you as more than an option? Not that you are, I'm just saying you deserve better than that. In the end, I think it's best if you ignore your attraction for him when you're around your friends, and if your friend who is dating him asks, tell her the truth. I'm sure she'll understand if he's as much of a playboy as he sounds. I think the best corse for you (since you haven't gone out with him) would be to hang around another guy, and act like guy #1 isn't there. Try to get interested in someone else, someone not taken. I know it's hard, but trust me, it's not worth throwing yourself at him. And hey, who knows, if you likes you enough, he might come after you. Sorry....I get a little carried away with my two cents....I usually end up throwing in a couple quarters ^-^
