Oh wow...I'd almost forgotten all about this story. So glad you updated! I'm also glad that Kagome was able to save Tatsuya afterall. And that evil youkai thing is only doing all this to save his own mate? Didn't see that one coming. Glad Inuyasha's made it there, Tatsuya's scent not masked as well as Kagome's had been. The next chapter should be very interesting, indeed. Hopefully I don't have to wait 15 months? ;-) |

Oh man...what a horrible situation for Kagome to find herself in. Even though I think she failed to react more from shock, I still think she made the right decision, as horrible as that might sound on the surface. But if she had lowered her barrier to try and help Tatsuya, she would have only ended up getting herself and the girls captured as well. But I wonder...can Kagome move forward, and if so, would her barrier move with her? Maybe one thing she might be able to do would be to get the girls to move with her, and they could all three of them move towards Tatsuya, repelling the youkai as the barrier moved over her. But I don't know how miko barriers work, nor how you designed them to work in your particular story. I guess I'll see what happens when the next chapter comes out. Keep up the good work!

goodness-- what a night for that to have happened. one would think that sesshoumaru would have conveniently been close by because of his surely knowing inuyasha's night of humanity-- just in case. so now the hero just might turn out to be the other guy, and it will only make inuyasha feel even more inadequate. the girl was quite lucid while going for help... ♥;

Oh man... Part of me kinda feels sorry for Inuyasha for having to suck it up and allow Mitsuo to do his thing - not like he could've stopped the man anyway - but the most important thing is that Kagome get rescued, right? The more people out looking for her, the better, and it is the moonless night, so Inuyasha's current feelings of helplessness are somewhat justified. Still, part of me is hoping that sunrise will come before Mitsuo has much of a lead, so then Inuyasha can zip past them all and end up being the one to rescue Kagome, after all. Plus, we don't know Kagome's current situation, so maybe she's got things at least semi-under control? I hope.

Great new chapter. That was so sweet! And Kagome got to keep her secret after all, though I'm dying to know!!! LOL, oh well. The most important thing is that things are good between Inuyasha and Kagome again. Just in time for a new problem, if somebody (or something) has been taking young village women. Good plot twist! Every good story needs swappy-sweet moments, heartache and tears, and then moments of challenge and adventure. This is turning out to be an awesome story.

Oh this is definitely a good story. Loving the new 'Houjou/Kouga' problem, and he's even got a white horse, LOL! See...I just knew that Inuyasha wasn't the only one who was going to end up learning a thing or two from Tomomi. Come on, Kagome! Duh that Inuyasha is going to be insecure regarding what happened in your time for the last three years! And sworn to secrecy, you say? That should be interesting... Now I want to know just what happened between her and 'Hobo'.

one thinks that she uses her "insanity" the same way as yasha uses his clueless and ignorant behavior to keep people away and that enemies will underestimate him. yes, she may be exibiting a regressive behavior as a result of trauma, neglect and abuse-- but it doesn't mean she's stupid. many people in the middle ages didn't want to go near the mentally disabled out of fear of a curse or perhaps catching it, it would have kept many of her caretakers who would have normally abused her at a safe distance. she seems very insightful. ♣ one thinks that she is going to get yasha to open up since he feels it safe to confide in her and that it feels better to talk about his feelings without fear of rejection or censure. ♦ good stuff, i'll be looking forward to reading more!! ♥ thank you, ginny
