I can't believe you questioned your writing ability. You have a gift. That last chapter especially was beautiful. That Aya had to lose his sight to actually see the beauty around him...wow. I hope that in the years since you began this fic, you have come to see what a talent you possess, and have used it for wonderful things!

i don't know why i never reviewed this before, but upon rereading for the umpteenth time, i just gotta say: you restored my faith in first person POV fanfics. so really awesome, like, actually felt bad and sad reading it. touching. i can't really think of words other than BRILLANT. hooray.

This fic ...*is at a loss of words*...blew me away! Every paragraph, every sentence was so good, nothing seemed to be left out or unsaid. What I liked the best however, was how even though you probably knew that many Ran/Youji fans (like me!^^)wanted Aya to regain his sight, you stuck with your plan instead. Even doing so, you wrote the ending perfectly, I'm sure many readers ended up happy anyways because of how you made their relationship so cute and sweet.

Once again, this is really a good story and the last chapter + epilogue were just so beautiful. I really, really loved it, up to the last letter!!! I’m so glad everything’s worked out between Aya and Yohji and that they finally can be together. ^_^
I must say I was really scared you would let Yohji get killed, but I’m really glad you didn’t. I did tell you I was almost crying while reading chapter 13? I wasn’t really looking forward to another sad chapter, since I’m one of those “gals” to correct it. *grins* But nevertheless, chapter 13 was so sweeeeeeeeeeeeet, and then this one….. *sighs*
Anyway, I think that, from all the stories, this one is one of my favourite stories. Love, happiness, sadness, sorrow, pain…. It’s all there. It was really good. Too bad, actually, it’s over now…. But it has a good ending, so I won’t bug you to continue writing.
Well, something general (something I think every good author deserves, namely feedback) (this can be pretty boring, you may skip it):
To start with the characters, I think everyone’s more or less in character. Of course, there are some things, mostly with Aya, that doesn’t really fit with his personality, but I’ll forgive you, since those scenes were generally the best. Like Aya and crying… But… he didn’t cry that easily, so that was perfectly in character.
A nice plot and you surely knew how to keep me reading and waiting impatiently for the next chapter.
Umm…. Well… I think that covers my general thingy. Great story!!!!!!!!!!! Loved it!!!!!!!!!!! (And still love it, what were you thinking?)

Ooooooh it was WONDERFUL, through Aya never get his eyesight back, but it would have been a little bit unrealistic, I think (I mean they come together AND he gets his eyesight back and so^^)...yep, the most important part IS, that Yohji is with Aya now....NOTHING ELSE!!!
Uh yeah, I think I tend to forget, that before we come into the pleasure of reading your chaps, you may have had a lot of problems with them ^.^...so I think we should be even more happy, that you never cancelled this fic ^_^....THANK YOU SOOO SO MUCH !!!! ^_^
Of course I will stick around for your other ficcies, because...YOU ARE A GREAT WRITER !!!!

That was the great. The only problem with the ending is the fact that now there is no more of the story to read!!! It was beautiful and sweet and made me teary eyed. Please don't kill Yoji. Please? It's been an angsty ride and I don't know if Aya would be up to leaving his life alone without Yoji in it. But of course you're the author and you can do what you like, but I'm hoping for a less bleak future for Yoji and Aya in this one.
