Title: 22 Years With How Many to Go?

I can't imagine that this site will last much longer. In any case
I'll try to keep leaving updates here. It's Halloween once again.
Just pasted midnight. I helped my niece with her Halloween magical
girl witch costume. It came out really nice! I'm still working and
earning money. I've actually got about 40k saved up, although I've
worked just under two years. Enough about work. I finished Hollow
Knight, great game, but I never finished Persona 5. I'll try to get
back to it. I started Red Dead Redemption 2, but I temporarily
dropped it for Baldur's Gate 3. I'm really liking it, but I don't
have a lot of time to put into it. Not watched a lot of anime, but
my niece and I just rewatched Evangelion. Li'l Problem is beside me
being a pest. And that's about all I can think of to comment on.
We'll see if this site is still here next year.

Happy Halloween! Almost 9 months ago I got a job. It pays decently
and it's pretty easy, not to mention the days go by relatively
fast. Been playing Minecraft with a few of the guys from work. I'm
in the middle of Persona 5 and Hollow Knight. They're both fun and
I want to get back to them. I think I've played my Switch less than
5 hours this year. Another year of not much anime seen. I'd really
like to watch more. In a couple of weeks my niece and I are going
to go see the Digimon 02 movie. Really looking forward to that.
We're currently at the end of season 4 of TNG. We went Mini-golfing
this year and checked out a nearby "haunted" attraction. It was
fun. A good year.

Coming in late this year. I'm currently playing Fallout 4. I've had
it for a couple of years and only recently got around to playing
it. I'm over 400 hours into it with a good bit more to go. I picked
up a PlayStation VR earlier this year. It's pretty damn neat, but I
almost never play it anymore. My niece and I have been collecting
Digimon cards quite a lot. I have a little over 1,100 cards now. My
collection is worth about $300 ATM. I've not started up my Switch
in months. Games are too expensive. Not watched a lot of anime
recently either. I did re-watch Appmon. That was fun. I had my
niece watch a bunch of shows that nearly equaled the same number of
episodes as Appmon. Shows such as Magical Girl Site (she liked),
Girl's Last Tour (was okay), Arcane: LoL (liked also), and
Devilman: Crybaby (so-so). Oh, we went to the movie theater twice
this year. Saw the Bob's Burgers movie, and Fruits Basket: Prelude.
Both were excellent. Speaking of Fruits Basket, I've been reading
my niece's collector's edition. I'm on volume 5. Just last week she
got the final collector's edition blu-ray set. It's amazing seeing
the full collection together. Backtracking some here, but she got
her own PS4 this year. No more borrowing mine. Hers is a PS4 Pro -
God of War Edition. She also played through Mario RPG and really
enjoyed it.

Got myself a Switch a few months ago. Played Animal Crossing: NH
mainly with a good helping of Zelda BotW. My niece and I have been
watching Star Trek. It was her idea to start it and we are four
episodes away from finishing the original series. I hope by next
year we will have watched quite a bit more. Not watched a lot of
anime this past year. My niece has my PS4 again. She's had it for
several months now. Maybe I'll get it back before the end of the
year.

Just started rewatching Cardcaptor Sakura with my niece. It's a
great show. Fruits Basket season 2 was amazing! Been playing a lot
of Stardew Valley. One day I'll get that PS4 back, but no need to
hurry. Got a new TV. I've bought 9 amiibo over this last year. I've
also been stung four times in the last month. Just last week my
niece and I went to a nearby waterfall and took a short hike up a
trail. That was a lot of fun. Covid-19 is still ongoing, but most
people act like it's not. Good luck to us all next year!

Not a lot happened this year. I've still been buying and selling on
local online marketplaces. Picked up well over 100 games. Recently
I managed to pick up a copy of Phantasy Star Online Plus for $8.
Presently valued at $102. Been playing Deadly Premonition. I'm
almost done with it. Appmon was just released on Crunchyroll with
official translations. My niece is about 15 episodes through it.
Let's see, what else? Li'l Problem has been with us for over a year
now. She's very frisky. Boku no Hero Academia season 4 just
started. Oh! Fruits Basket 2019 just ended. It was really good!
Looking forward to the next season. Until next year...

Had a huge Digimon kick this last year. Watched and re-watched the
entire franchise, from Adventure all the way through Appmon. It's
kinda funny because it was a random decision to watch an episode of
Tamers, and that piqued the interest or my niece, so we watched all
of Tamers again (first time watching the sub) and then went back
and started from the beginning and watched everything. Digimon-Tri
ended while we were still on our kick, and that was kinda
disappointing. Tikal moved into a place of her own, and I've been
helping organize and clean a bit. Discovered local online
marketplaces (Letsgo, Offerup, Facebook Marketplace). Picked up
quite a few nice things for cheep. That includes finding a copy of
Digimon All Star Rumble for the 360 for Tikal to snag. Right now
we've been really enjoying Boku no Hero Academia. Great show!
Season three just ended and we're looking forward to season four.

My yearly journal entry here is always interesting to look back on.
I'll be sad when this site finally goes offline. I got a free
smartphone a couple of months back. Been using that to play Neko
Atsume mostly. Just finished Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion. It was
fun. Niece's Halloween costume this year is going to be a
lizard-person. Looking forward to that.

Not much going on this year. Been playing some Minecraft on the
PS3. Tikal (my niece) has been playing some Silent Hill 2 when
she's not playing Corpse Party. We're almost through the second
game. Only one chapter to go. Archer, Bob's Burgers, & Gravity
Falls are on our top watch lists. Not to mention the new season of
South Park just started with "Go Fund Yourself" & "Gluten Free
Ebola", very awesome so far. And here's a shout out to Guude
Bolderfist on Youtube. Loving those videos.

I'm a day late because I couldn't be bothered to get on here yesterday. Although I gave up on this story a long time ago I do still like writing a review once a year for it. Recently I've been enjoying several very well written fanfics by my niece. Most of them are based on South Park, which is an awesome show. Season 17 just started up. The latest episode was Informative Murder Porn. Oh, speaking of my niece, she's still kicking ass in college. She's planing on going to England for a cross cultural trip. So that will be interesting. Anyway, I'll try to be back on here next year. |

It's hard to believe I've been leaving reviews for this fanfic for 10 years. I don't really even remember what the story is about. Then again, it's not the fanfic that kept bringing me back here after all these years. My niece is doing very well in university. She's now in two honor societies. I'm really proud of her. Oh, we hit a deer last week when I was taking her back to her dorm. No one was hurt. I guess I'll be back in a year. |

Once again I missed it by a day. I guess there is no particular reason to review on the 7th of October. I just like the consistency. My niece started college a couple of month ago. She's going for a bachelor of arts in English emphasis in writing. I know she will do well. It will be interesting if I keep this up the whole time she is in college. Hopefully four years from now I can talk about how she graduated and is doing so well. See ya next year... |

As I was telling a friend over AIM, this is one of the better written fics of the Digimon fandom. It's nice to see that there are some people out there who can write tasteful lemons and still squeeze in good plot and characterization with it (you and Lord Archive are too major writers that come to mind). I don't know if you're doing anything with this fic anymore, but I hope so - it's been very enjoyable thus far, and I would really like to see more of it in the future. Also, I believe in chapter 10 you asked if anyone knew the names for Hirokazu's parents? His father is Hirofumi, and his mother is Takako. Hope that helps you some. ^_^ Also, I believe the person who I got that information from stated Hirokazu had an older sister, but I'm not sure on that - I never watched a lot of Tamers. -shrugs- Keep up the great writing! n_n

I forgot a couple of things. For one, schizophrenia is hearing and seeing things that aren't there. That would not include split personalities. That is something completely different, even if at times some do seem to talk with themselves. Scond, when will Mie realize how she was basically trying to live through Takato? I was just wondering the last one.

A few things. First, Renamon wasn't able to devolve a long while before she slept with Impmon, so that would mean that the coding process really began then. Second, I need to know when Impmon will realize that he's always being used by Altimamon. He just seems too stupid to realize that he's just being used, but then again, he doesn't seem that way. And finally, when will you update next? It just seems that you've had a long break from this. So, you really need to update.

Deuce, I know you are busy and everything, what with the two jobs and the studies and everything. Heck, you havent even been online lately. But I must say, and I am abseloutly sure that others would agree, that it would be a SIN not to continue with this piece of art. I grew up in my secondary school years with this fic. (Am in the last year...) I awaited your emails in the days of FF.net when your story was on there. I remember when there was an update I used to cheer to see what would happen to the tamers. You were the one who inspired me to write Rendezvous and you told me to put in on this website... It has been a while. People worry. I worry. I've read part of your 12th chapter and it's amazing as usual, and you say it ain't even started. You may feel you don't have the umph to carry on with this. "To Be A Tamer" is a fine piece of fanfiction in general and one of the best ever written in the Digimon universe. (stupid MM.org won't let me login...) It's about to be 2 days since you moved from FF.net into here and uploaded this story, and more since you last updated it. It is a shame if this story has died in your mind since it was one of the best Digimon stories ever written. I, along with a lot of other persons never lost hope in that this might be updated and checked every other day but 1 year is such a mark that I'm sure most of us (including me...) already lost hope... I do hope you prove me wrong though, and continue this wonderful fic...

It has been almost another 6 months since my last review. And almost a year since your last update. I love your story so much that I keep checking to see if you added the next chapter, but it's never here. I truly fear that something has happened that you will never update this story.
